This study aims to determine the prediction of the relationship work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees in PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. The research sample was 50 employees. This research method uses SmartPLS and by distributing questionnaires through google form. The result of this research is a positive and significant effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees in PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. But for the work discipline variable has a negative effect on organizational commitment of employees in PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja dapat memprediksi komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. Tetapi untuk variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti.

Employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the key factors that affecting the performance of enterprise’s employees. Through using empirical research method to explore the relationship among the three with the sample of 330 employees of an enterprise. The results show that: Employees’ job satisfaction have a positive effect on job performance significantly; Employees job satisfaction positive effect on organizational commitment; Organizational commitment played a partial intermediary role in the process of job satisfaction improving performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The effect of organizational commitment mediates the relationship between work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction on employee performance and psychological capital, which moderates the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of the state civil apparatus. They work in government agencies in the education sector of the Directorate of Senior High Schools in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with one hundred and ten respondents, sampling using a saturated sample technique, and a questionnaire as a measuring tool. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the model's suitability in this study with the help of the SmartPLS version 3 application. The results of this study conclude that work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction affect employee performance, organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance but cannot mediate the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, and psychological capital can moderate the relationship between job satisfaction with employee performance.

Generation Z is a generation with unique characteristics that makes them differ from their predecessor. With Generation Z entering the workplace, there are currently three generations (Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z) that must work together and coordinate within the company. However, Generation Z is known to be a “job hopper” generation. They like to switch between jobs for a certain reason. This behavior is surely associated with the concept of organizational commitment. Furthermore, both variables (motivation and satisfaction in work) presumed to have a great impact on organizational commitment. Therefore, the aim of this study is to observe on how to enhance Generation Z’s organizational commitment through job satisfaction and work motivation. This observation is to explain on what Generation Z expects and values the most in the workplace and how employers can meet those expectations. Research method used is desktop-based research which consists of secondary data collected from different research papers, journals, articles, and books.

One of the priority directions of administrative reforms that take place in the Republic of Kazakhstan is the enhancement of civil service effectiveness. And, the success of reforms will mostly be determined by the condition of civil service, which depends on the performance of civil servants. Taking into consideration the importance of motivated and satisfied employees on their commitment, this study was aimed to identify the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ commitment and studying the mediating role of job satisfaction on the relationship of civil servants’ motivation and organizational commitment in the central and local executive bodies in Kazakhstan. In total, 1205 civil servants from 5 ministries and 4 regional administration completed a questionnaire adapted from previous studies. The results show significant relationships exist between work motivation dimensions and organizational commitment as well as work motivation and job satisfaction. Moreover, the study found the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the hypothesized relationships. This paper contributes to the existing human resources literature on employees’ commitment and guides management on how to improved employees’ job satisfaction and employee’s commitment.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the competence, motivation and job satisfaction and organizational commitment of lecturer’s performance. Research was conducted in private Islamic university in Makassar. The population in this research is the foundation of the entire faculty as many as 1,264 people using Slovin formula samples were obtained 176 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS aid 18. The results prove that the competence and no significant negative effect on lecturers commitment. The other variables effect shows that between work motivation and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. At the end found that the competence, motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive significant effect on the lecturer’s performance.

This study aimed to determine the effects of the variables of job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. In this study, the researcher conducted the sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by survey method. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The total sample was 35 respondents. This analysis used SPSS 16 for windows. The data was analyzed by validity, reliability test, classic assumtion test and multiple linear regression analysis.The research by partial test (t test) showed that job satisfaction, work motivation positive affected on turnover intention. Then the organization commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. The results by simultaneous test (F test) indicated that job satisfaction, working motivation and organizational commitment had positive effects on turnover intention.

Researchers conducted observations at SMP Batik Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation with teacher performance. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools. The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMP Batik Surakarta. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the teacher performance of SMP Batik Surakarta. Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Batik Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a relationship with teacher performance. Purpose: The purpose of this study was identifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment with job satisfaction of staff of Ebne Sina Hospital. Method: For this purpose, NEO personality inventory and Minnesota job satisfaction questionnaires were used and after assuring of reliability and validity, Measuring tool were distributed among 125 sample of staffs of the Ebne Sina hospital. The research method is survey-correlation. Results: The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment with job satisfaction of staff of Ebne Sina hospital.

This paper seeks to use motivator-hygiene theory as a lens to investigate how job satisfaction influences turnover intentions of faculty of private university colleges in addition to how organizational commitment mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions of faculty of private university colleges. The study argues that job satisfaction has a negative relationship with turnover intentions and a positive relationship with organizational commitment. The model and hypothesized relationships developed in this study were examined using survey data from faculty of private university colleges affiliated to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana. The exploration of data gathered was done using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Version 22. Test conducted include frequency test and regression analysis which was used to examine the developed hypothesis. The findings revealed that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment.
