Generation Z is a generation with unique characteristics that makes them differ from their predecessor. With Generation Z entering the workplace, there are currently three generations (Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z) that must work together and coordinate within the company. However, Generation Z is known to be a “job hopper” generation. They like to switch between jobs for a certain reason. This behavior is surely associated with the concept of organizational commitment. Furthermore, both variables (motivation and satisfaction in work) presumed to have a great impact on organizational commitment. Therefore, the aim of this study is to observe on how to enhance Generation Z’s organizational commitment through job satisfaction and work motivation. This observation is to explain on what Generation Z expects and values the most in the workplace and how employers can meet those expectations. Research method used is desktop-based research which consists of secondary data collected from different research papers, journals, articles, and books.

This study aims to determine the prediction of the relationship work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees in PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. The research sample was 50 employees. This research method uses SmartPLS and by distributing questionnaires through google form. The result of this research is a positive and significant effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees in PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. But for the work discipline variable has a negative effect on organizational commitment of employees in PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja dapat memprediksi komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. Tetapi untuk variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti.

ABSTRACT        This study aims to determine discipline, organizational commitment and motivation to work productivity of employees at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak. This research method uses descriptive and associative quantitative methods. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019. The study population was 63 employees of KPDC, the sample was 61 people using saturated sampling. Data were collected using research instrumens and processed using SPSS statistics version 24.00 windows. Discipline process, organizational commitment and motivation have very important roles to realizae optimal company goals requiring quality human resources, but in reality based on preliminary observations at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak work productivity is currently in a low condition because the average score has only reached 30.3, the standard score of 35, due to the accuracy of employee work with a score of 19. So it can be said that employee productivity is still not good and successful in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained: discipline has no positive and insignificant effect, Meanwhile, organizational commitment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity either partially or jointly at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak.   Keywords : Discipline, Organizational, Motivation, Employee Productivity.

It has been shown that the bad degradation of ethical conduct in the organization, continuous investigation of the asymmetry between productivity and worker commitment about employment have been satisfied. Results shown in practice could not improve employee performance in different work ethics. The effect of work ethics on employee performance has been explained when employee satisfaction is perceived as a mediator variable. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of unethical behavior on employee commitment and productivity in Nigeria. For the study, a descriptive survey research method was used, with fifty valid questionnaires distributed to employees from five cluster government establishments in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

Employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the key factors that affecting the performance of enterprise’s employees. Through using empirical research method to explore the relationship among the three with the sample of 330 employees of an enterprise. The results show that: Employees’ job satisfaction have a positive effect on job performance significantly; Employees job satisfaction positive effect on organizational commitment; Organizational commitment played a partial intermediary role in the process of job satisfaction improving performance.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employees’ job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation in the educational sector in the state of Qatar. Design/methodology/approach The study was conducted using a questionnaire with a sample size of 364 employees in the educational sector in Qatar. Data were analyzed using factor analysis, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression, were employed to examine the relationships between the variables under investigation. Findings Significant positive relationships were observed between supportive culture and job satisfaction; supportive culture and organizational commitment; participative-supportive leadership and job satisfaction; directive leadership and job satisfaction; job satisfaction and work motivation; job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Practical implications This paper would help managers and policy-makers in the education sector to develop a better understanding of organizational culture and leadership styles and their influence on employee satisfaction, commitment and motivation. Originality/value The education sector is experiencing a fast growth in Qatar due to significant outlays by the government. This study is among the first in the country to understand the variables affecting employees’ performance in education sector.

Government agencies' service standards have been established based on MENPAN Decree No. 25/2004. Therefore it is necessary to review the giving of work motivation, so that job satisfaction and performance can be improved again. The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the direct and indirect effects of service quality, work motiva-tion, on job satisfaction and performance and to measure and analyze the direct influence and indirect effect between job satisfactions on employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 200 people taxpayers service staff Palangka Raya BPPRD Office. Research data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis, while the job satisfaction variable was an intervening varia-ble and performance was the dependent variable (the dependent variable). From the results of path analysis where the direct effect between service quality on job satisfaction and on performance has a significant effect, and work motiva-tion on job satisfaction is not significant. While the indirect effect (indirect effects) quality of service on performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.115 is greater than work motivation on performance through job satis-faction by 0.030, meaning that work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a non-significant effect.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The effect of organizational commitment mediates the relationship between work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction on employee performance and psychological capital, which moderates the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of the state civil apparatus. They work in government agencies in the education sector of the Directorate of Senior High Schools in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with one hundred and ten respondents, sampling using a saturated sample technique, and a questionnaire as a measuring tool. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the model's suitability in this study with the help of the SmartPLS version 3 application. The results of this study conclude that work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction affect employee performance, organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance but cannot mediate the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, and psychological capital can moderate the relationship between job satisfaction with employee performance.

This research aims to test and prove the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and motivation of work towards job satisfaction and performance of employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Kalimantan. The population in this study were employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Kalimantan some 392 employees originating from the manufacturing, human resources development, marketing, and accounting. Using the formula, the respondent elected slovin as samples of 50.5% of the number of 198 employees originating from the manufacturing of 155 employees, human resources a number of 19 employees, marketing a number of 14 employees, and accounting of 10 employees. Based on the results of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 16.0, the results showed the 7 proposed hypotheses, there is a significant hypothesis 6 or received and there is a rejected hypothesis 1. As for the hypothesis is a hypothesis accepted: 1. Organizational culture affect significantly to job satisfaction of employees. Hypothesis 2. Organizational commitment affect significantly to job satisfaction of employees, the hypothesis 3. Influential work motivation significantly to job satisfaction of employees, hypothesis 4. Organizational culture affect significantly the performance of employees, the hypothesis 6. Significant impact on the motivation of working performance of employees, and hypotheses 7. Job satisfaction influence significantly the performance of the employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Kalimantan. The hypothesis was rejected while the 1 is the hypothesis that 5 has no effect on the Organization's commitment to the performance of the employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Kalimantan
