<p>This research is to present the effect of Human Resources Practices on Performance in Service Quality Through Employee Satisfaction In Commercial Scheduled Passenger Airlines in Indonesia” by referring to previous research conducted by Michel Rod and Nicholas J. Ashill (2010) as the main reference, and its equipped with research conducted by Jochen Wirtz, Loizos Heracleus, and Nitin Pangarkar (2008). The research background is to analyze the job performance in quality service as an important element to win the competition in the aviation services industry. The objective of this research was to examine the influence of Human Resources Practices for Performance in Quality Service, through job satisfaction. The research design is using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 110 of front line employees on airlines companies in Indonesia. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results of this study concluded that there is a positive effect of training, empowerment, Customer Service Orientation, and rewards, as part of the Human Resources Practices for Performance in Service Quality, through job satisfaction.</p>

<p>The problem of this research was Turnover intention is a factor of discomfort experienced agent in a company. Turnover intention needs to get serious attention to the organization especially to leadership or manager so can applying force leadership proper and improve job satisfaction to reduce job stress in the company.<br />The purpose of this research was the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress at customer service (frontline) PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), Tomang Jakarta.<br />The methodology of this research was testing hypothesis. The data used were primary data collected from questionaire. The samples consisted of 164customer service (frontline)PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), which were determined through purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) of AMOS version 23.0for Windows.<br />The results of the study showed that there have been negative effect and significant between leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress. The role of job stress very dominant as a mediator the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention.<br />Implication of this research is expected to managers can increase the determinants job stress itself for example by raising job satisfaction (salary, reward, job promotion) and applying force leadership proper and able to adjust with all the work situation.</p>

This type of the research is case study with survey method by using questionnaire as a toolof data collection. The study was conducted in Purwokerto area. There are many varioustype of culinary business, such as cafe, restaurant, foodstreet, foodcourt, etc. But one of themost popular in the society now is cafe and restaurant. One of the new cafe and resto thathad been just found in Purwokerto is Level Up. As a new arrival, Level Up have a uniqueconcept, place, foods and beverages, and also the services that can attract young adult inPurwokerto to visit Level Up. But, there was a decrease in the customers who visited LevelUp after a year of standing and the problem that faced by Level Up become a businessphenomenon. Based on the problems above, this research was conducted to analyze thefood and beverage quality, service quality, place, and perceived price to customersatisfaction and repurchase intention. Respondents of this research are 165 respondentscame from consumers in Purwokerto who have been visited Level Up Purwokerto. Thisresearch uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) as analysis tools technique. Statisticalsoftware SPSS is used to analyze the data. The result of hypothesis testing using T-test is inthe following: (1) Food and beverage quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction. (2)Service quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction. (3) Place has a positive but nosignificant effect on customer satisfaction. (4) Perceived price has a positive effect oncustomer satisfaction. (5) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchaseintention.

<p>This research refers to a previous study conducted by Matthew S. Crow, Chang-Bae Lee Jae-Jin and Joo (2011) and completed by Andy Myhill &amp; Ben Bradford (2012). This research is about “The Impact of Organizational Justice to Affective Commitment mediated by Job Satisfaction on Banking Companies In Jakarta”. The background of this research is to analyze the Affective Commitment as determining factors dedication and loyalty in banking industry. The purpose of this research was to examine the impact of Organizational Justice to Affective Commitment mediated by Job Satisfaction. The design of this research using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 130 employees of Private Bank in Jakarta. Data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this research concluded that there is a positive effect of Organizational Justice, Procedural Justice, Distributive Justice, Interactional Justice against Affective Commitment through Job Satisfaction.<br /><br /></p>

Human resources is the most important element to achieve the company goals. The performance of company can be influenced with several things such as motivation, satisfaction, and disciplie. It wiil be give the company good impact. Because of their performance. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Astron Optindo Industries. The research using quantitave description menthod with structural equation model analysis (SEM). The data used in this study uses primary data obtained from the answers of 100 respondents.The results show that motivation has a positive influence on employee job statisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,001. Discipline has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,000. Motivation has has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,000. Discipline has a positive influence on employee performance with a p value of 0,000. Satisfaction has has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,000. Satisfaction has has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,006. Satisfaction has a positive influence on employees as mediators of motivation and discipline on employee performance.

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. This study examined the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and performance of midwives in the Mataram City Public Hospital. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of midwives, to know the significance of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and to know the mediating role of variable organizational commitment in midwives in Mataram City Hospital. The study population was 72 midwives in charge of the RSUD Kota Mataram. This study uses structural equation model analysis (SEM analysis) with smartPLS applications. The results showed that organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the performance of midwives, while job satisfaction did not significantly affect performance. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. For the influence of mediation on organizational commitment, there is a full mediating role in the influence of job satisfaction on midwife performance, while the influence of organizational culture on the performance of midwives is found to have a partial mediation effect.Keywords:Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Midwife Performance.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effects of food quality, service quality, and physical environment on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The sample used are 150 respondents using purposive sampling who have minimal education of senior high school or equal and have been in Nanny’s Pavillon at least twice in the last six months. Data Analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate the construct of food quality, service quality, and physical environment has positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The implications on this research show that the customer of Nanny’s Pavillon chooses the food quality such as the catchy food display, variety of the menu, delicious food, also the temperature of the dish as appropriate. The advices for Nanny’s Pavillon managements are to pay more attention to the service,Therefore, the satisfaction of Nanny’s Pavillon customer can be increase so then will effects on behavioral intention in the future.

<p>The background of this research was the effect of Customer to Customer Interaction affect satisfaction, word of mouth, in mandarin oriental hotel. The objective of this research is to examine the impact of Customer satisfaction, Service Atmosphere, Personal Interaction, Customer Customer Interaction, Word of Mouth. The design of this research applies primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 200 customer who are using Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research there is positive impact Personal Interaction Quality toward customer Satisfaction, there is positive impact Service Atmosphere toward Customer Satisfaction, there is positive impact Service atmosphere toward Customer Customer Interaction, there is positive impact Customer Customer Interaction toward Customer Satisfaction, there is positive impact Customer Customer Interaction toward Word of Mouth, there is positive impact Customer Satisfaction toward Word of Mouth.</p>

For a bank, the depositors are the primary assets. Therefore, the bank should maintain a good relationship with them to be loyal to all efforts. If they are faithful, they will always keep putting their money in the bank. Therefore, the bank can execute the intermediate function properly. This study intends to examine the effect of perceived value and service quality on depositor loyalty. Consequently, the depositors of commercial bank H at branch F in Bandung become the population and the samples. This study also uses the Slovin formula, simple random sampling, and survey to calculate the samples, grab them, and accumulate the primary data. Moreover, the gathered data get analyzed by the structural equation model (SEM) based on variance. To sum up, this study proves that the perceived value and service quality positively affect depositor loyalty after examining the proposed hypotheses. To increase depositors to be loyal, the bank has to focus on elevating their perceived value and giving them superior service.

Abstract- Ketingan Tourism Village is located in Tirtoadi Village, Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta which has the potential as one of the village's tourist destination destinations in Yogyakarta. However, the development of the village tourism is still not optimal, especially in terms of product socialization and marketing strategies that have not been prospective, so there needs to be an effort to increase the attractiveness of village tourism.This research presents that, there are many other factors that can influence consumer decisions in traveling, but the source of individual information turns out to be the main influence that shapes one's perception in visiting a tourist area. The research subjects are tourists who are members of the Yogyakarta backpacker facebook group. The sample selection uses a non-probability sampling method consisting of 120 people. Hypotheses are tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study found that service quality has a positive effect on e-word of mouth, e-word of mouth has a positive effect on destination image, service quality has a positive effect on destination image and e-word of mouth can fully mediate a positive relationship between service quality with image destination. Keyword: Service Quality, Destination Image, e-Word of Mouth Abstrak - Desa Wisata Ketingan terletak di Desa Tirtoadi, Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta memiliki potensi sebagai salah satu tujuan destinasi obyek wisata desa yang ada di Yogyakarta. Akan tetapi pengembangan desa wisata tersebut masih belum maksimal khususnya dalam hal sosialisasi produk dan strategi pemasaran yang belum prospektif sehingga perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisata desa. Penelitian ini menyajikan bahwa, banyak sekali faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam berwisata, tetapi sumber informasi individual ternyata menjadi pengaruh utama yang membentuk persepsi seseorang dalam mengunjungi suatu daerah wisata. Subyek penelitian adalah para wisatawan yang tergabung dalam grup facebook backpacker Yogyakarta. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling  yang terdiri dari 120 orang. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap e-word of mouth, e-word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap citra destinasi, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap citra destinasi dan e-word of mouth secara penuh dapat memediasi hubungan positif antara kualitas layanan terhadap citra destinasi.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Citra Destinasi, e-Word of Mouth
