This type of the research is case study with survey method by using questionnaire as a toolof data collection. The study was conducted in Purwokerto area. There are many varioustype of culinary business, such as cafe, restaurant, foodstreet, foodcourt, etc. But one of themost popular in the society now is cafe and restaurant. One of the new cafe and resto thathad been just found in Purwokerto is Level Up. As a new arrival, Level Up have a uniqueconcept, place, foods and beverages, and also the services that can attract young adult inPurwokerto to visit Level Up. But, there was a decrease in the customers who visited LevelUp after a year of standing and the problem that faced by Level Up become a businessphenomenon. Based on the problems above, this research was conducted to analyze thefood and beverage quality, service quality, place, and perceived price to customersatisfaction and repurchase intention. Respondents of this research are 165 respondentscame from consumers in Purwokerto who have been visited Level Up Purwokerto. Thisresearch uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) as analysis tools technique. Statisticalsoftware SPSS is used to analyze the data. The result of hypothesis testing using T-test is inthe following: (1) Food and beverage quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction. (2)Service quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction. (3) Place has a positive but nosignificant effect on customer satisfaction. (4) Perceived price has a positive effect oncustomer satisfaction. (5) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchaseintention.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect e-service quality and perceived value on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in e-commerce business. The research was conducted quantitatively through survey method as many as 165 respondents toward customer at least had made transactions with e-commerce in West Jakarta Region. The sampling method uses non probability such as purposive sampling. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaries online and processing data uses SPSS and LISREL 8.70 for structural equation model (SEM). The result of the research hypothesis show that e-service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention and customer satisfaction madiates the effect of e-service quality and repurchase intention on repurchase intention.

This research aimed to investigate consumers’ intention to repurchase jamu at Jamu Café. Service quality, customer satisfaction, and Word-of-Mouth (WOM) were selected as the predictor variables. In total, 200 participants who purchased jamu at the café were selected conveniently. Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses as well as Structural Equation Model (SEM). As a result, service quality influences customer satisfaction significantly. As customers are satisfied, they do word-of-mouth and repurchase. On the other hand, WOM has an insignificant impact on repurchase intention.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effects of food quality, service quality, and physical environment on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The sample used are 150 respondents using purposive sampling who have minimal education of senior high school or equal and have been in Nanny’s Pavillon at least twice in the last six months. Data Analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate the construct of food quality, service quality, and physical environment has positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The implications on this research show that the customer of Nanny’s Pavillon chooses the food quality such as the catchy food display, variety of the menu, delicious food, also the temperature of the dish as appropriate. The advices for Nanny’s Pavillon managements are to pay more attention to the service,Therefore, the satisfaction of Nanny’s Pavillon customer can be increase so then will effects on behavioral intention in the future.

This research aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards Netflix’s user. This research uses quantitative method and the data collection use survey method with questionnaires as the instrument. The sample of this research is 200 respondents who live in DKI Jakarta and have used Netflix in the past 6 months. Data were analyzed using software SPSS version 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from Lisrel 8.8 to process and analyze the research data. The result of hypothesis testing shows that e-service quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. However, e-service quality has significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The result also found that brand image has significant effect on both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction has the most influence on customer loyalty

<p><em>This research was conducted in order to assess the direct and indirect effect of website design quality and service quality toward consumers’ repurchase intention, both directly and indirectly through trust in the Indonesian e-commerce industry. This research implemented survey method, in which questionnaire were distributed to a total of 270 respondents, thus enabling the data to be analyzed. Data were collected from three cities in the Indonesian regions, which are Jakarta, Bandung, and Tangerang.  Data were analyzed using partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was revealed that both website design quality and service quality had a positive impact on Indonesian consumers’ repurchase intention, both directly or indirectly. Furthermore, trust partially mediated the impact between website design quality, service quality, and repurchase intention.  </em></p>

The purpose of this study to determine whether the proposed Repurchase Intention of B'Steak Gading Serpong restaurant’s consumers is affected by the Food Quality, Service Person Customer Orientation and Physical Environment through Customer Satisfaction. B'Steak Gading Serpong is a western style restaurant with an interesting concept of fine dining which is the object of this study. The theoretical model in this study presented with 4 hypotheses to be tested using Structural Equation Model, with sample of 110 respondents aged 17 years or older who had once come to visit B'Steak Gading Serpong. Results from the data analysis showed that the Food Quality, Service Person Customer Orientation and Physical Environment through Customer Satisfaction have positive influence on Repurchase Intention in B'Steak Gading Serpong restaurant. This study investigates the effect of service quality and perceived price on customer satisfaction and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study also seeks to determine the mediating role of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and price perceptions and customer loyalty. This study focuses on observations on 100 students in Sidoarjo who have made purchases at Indomaret-Sidoarjo. The research hypothesis testing adopted the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique using SmartPLS. This study found that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty and perceived price also has a significant effect on customer loyalty. However, this research proves that service quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

<p>This research is to present the effect of Human Resources Practices on Performance in Service Quality Through Employee Satisfaction In Commercial Scheduled Passenger Airlines in Indonesia” by referring to previous research conducted by Michel Rod and Nicholas J. Ashill (2010) as the main reference, and its equipped with research conducted by Jochen Wirtz, Loizos Heracleus, and Nitin Pangarkar (2008). The research background is to analyze the job performance in quality service as an important element to win the competition in the aviation services industry. The objective of this research was to examine the influence of Human Resources Practices for Performance in Quality Service, through job satisfaction. The research design is using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 110 of front line employees on airlines companies in Indonesia. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results of this study concluded that there is a positive effect of training, empowerment, Customer Service Orientation, and rewards, as part of the Human Resources Practices for Performance in Service Quality, through job satisfaction.</p>

This study investigates the effects of e-service quality and after-sales e-service dimensions of e-commerce sites on customers' e-satisfaction. E-commerce site hepsiburada.com operating in Turkey, was selected as an example for their e-commerce website. The survey method collected the data, and 417 hepsiburada.com customers reached by random sampling method were included in the study. E-S-QUAL and E-RecS-QUAL scales were used to measure the concepts of e-service quality and after-sales e-service quality. The data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. According to the analysis findings, system availability, fulfilment, responsiveness, and compensation had a significant and positive effect on e-satisfaction, and efficiency, privacy, and contact have no significant and positive effect on e-satisfaction. The findings were interpreted, and suggestions were provided.

The superior service quality enables an economic unit to distinguish itself from other competitors and compared with them, gain a series of competitive advantages. Increasing the service quality will increase customer satisfaction, followed by increasing positive word of mouth (WOM), reduced staff turnover and improved financial performance of the company. The aim of this study is to find the relationship between different elements of long-term cooperation between banks and customers. The research method is a survey-descriptive research and data collection tool is a standardized questionnaire that is localized and its reliability and validity have been reaffirmed. The statistical society of this study was all customers of Tejarat, Saderat, Eghtesade Novin banks in Zanjan and the questionnaires were distributed randomly among 400 customers of these banks. The conceptual model of the research processed using the structural equation model in PLS software. Findings showed that quality of services, mental image, trust and environment brand have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and emotional commitment. Also, customer satisfaction and emotional commitment have a positive effect on behavioral tendencies.
