Extension of Wake-Survey Analysis Method to Cover Compressible Flows

The objective of this research is to outline the correlation of principal transformational leadhership and organization culture with teacher work job satisfaction. This research was conducted in Islamic junior school Kadudampit district by applying survey analysis method and the data were collected from the given quessionnaires. 153 of population and 111 of samples were taken by using proportional random sampling. The research findings reveals that: 1) there is a principals positive correlation between transformational ledhership with teacher job satisfacttion, 2) there is principals positive correlation between organization culture with teacher job satisfaction., 3) there is principals positive correlation between transformational leadhership and organization culture with teacher work job satisfaction. The findings of this research shows that teacher job satisfaction can be achieved through improvement of transformational ledhership and organization culture.Keywords : Transformational leadership, Organizational Culture, teacher Job Satisfaction.

At present, WeChat’s Mini Program focuses on commercialization and new retail sales in China, but there is no related research in foreign countries. The research on customer satisfaction is blank. This paper adopts the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method in the research method. Based on the user of WeChat’s Mini Program, the related theory of user satisfaction and the Chinese Customer Satisfaction Model (CCSI) are applied. Background and status quo of WeChat’s Mini Program development are analyzed first along with the user satisfaction survey analysis and SPSS 24.0 software to analyze and validate the collected data. Differences among the analysis dimensions of user satisfaction of WeChat’s Mini Program are found to modify the model, and suggestions are proposed thereafter.

The purpose of this research was made to be able to analyze and provide facts related to the existence of knowledge, motivation, and independence can have an influence on the quality of audits in this research in the form of survey analysis method which will use questionnaires in a way to be able to collect a variety of data needed. The purpose of distributing this questionnaire to employees in this case auditors in 5 BPR Malang city with the number of auditors 30 respondents. The level of quality of data that can be generated from the user of the research instrument and evaluated by testing the validity of the data. Hypothetical testing will use multiple linear regress data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research, it can be known that three independent variables can have a significant and positive and negative influence on the quality of audits.
