LEARNING EFFECTIVENESS IMPROVEMENT THROUGH ACADEMIC SUPERVISION AND WORK DISCIPLINE STRENGTHENINGThe purpose of this study was to empirically determine  the enhance of teaching effectiveness. Research respondents were permanent teachers of private high schools in Bogor City. The number of samples were 131 teachers who were established by using proportional random sampling technique. The method used was the correlational method. Hypothesis testing was carried out by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, and partial analysis where a significance level of α = 0.01 and α = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a very significant positive relationship between academic supervision and the teaching effectiveness where the correlation coefficient of ry1 = 0.824. Secondly, there was a very significant positive relationship between work discipline and the teaching effectiveness, where the correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.66. Thirdly, there was a very significant positive relationship between academic supervision and work discipline together with the teaching effectiveness, where the correlation coefficient of ry.12 = 0.84. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the teaching effectiveness can be enhanced by strengthening academic supervision and work discipline. Results of the SITOREM analysis indicated that several priority indicators need to be improved, such as; assessment of work results, problems solving assistance, self-control during working, teachers’ willingness to carry out obligations, sucessfullness in conducting learning activity, and successfulness in managing learning activity. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the teaching effectiveness can be enhanced by strengthening academic supervision and work discipline.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT (Studi at Al-Azhar 37 Middle School in Pekanbaru)School Based Management (SBM) is the alignment of resources which independently ran by schools where all stakeholder groups involved. SBM also provides a flexibility for schools to determine directions and policies that are relevant to the situation and environmental conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of SBM in Islamic-Based Junior High Schools. This research was taken at Al-Azhar 37 Middle School in Pekanbaru. The research method that was qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects were the principal, student representatives, public relations representatives, administrative staff, and 2 teachers and 5 students. The research object was the implementation of school-based management it self. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. As the results of this study, the authors found that several school policies were related to student management, school relationship management with the community, curriculum management, personal management, special service management, facilities and infrastructure management, school budget management. One of the policies that related to student management was providing the online registration of prospective new students as well as giving prospective students the terms and conditions It was continually completed by the requirements to do an interview, taking test of Math, English, Recitation and memorization test juz 30.

STRENGTHENING LEARNING EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH SELF EFFICATION AND SUPERVISION OF SCHOOL HEADSThis study aimed to find the efforts to increase the effectiveness of learning through a study of its relationship with self-efficacy and principal supervision. The population of this study was 163 civil servant teachers, with a total sample of 116 teachers. It was determined by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5%. The data was collected by using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that there were three positive and significant relationships. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and the learning effectiveness of PNS teachers with a correlation coefficient value of 0.536. Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between principal supervision and learning effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.519. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and principal supervision together with learning effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.616.

CHARACTER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT AT SCHOOL OF UNIVERSE BOGOROne of the facts of the problem in our country recently is the large number of unemployed, due to lack of employment. Based on CNBC Indonesia's news source, October 30, 2019 the Indonesian (society) prefers to become an online motorcycle or taxi driver because of the gap in applying for another job. People who already got a job often become an online motorcycle or taxi drivers for additional income. To overcome these various problems of education, this people need an educational method which is most effective in character building. Nowadays, there are many educational experts in some regions in Indonesia managing to develop educational institutions which are certainly unique and able to stimulate student character formation. Entrepreneurship is one of the educational characters which can be the point of economic movement of the nation. Entrepreneurship is needed for the progress of the nation's economy, because by entrepreneurship the nation will be able to build up an individual independency attitude. It is aimed to reducing the sense of the dependent on others, thus providing a great opportunity to create jobs and reduce unemployment. The School of Universe (SoU) to combining some methods that should be carried out by a school that requaring his pupil progression by using the concept of nature and directing students to their interests and talents. In this case, SoU focuses students on entrepreneurship development with a number of views on some world prominent business and also supported by technology facilities. By these programs, Indonesia is expected to get a generation that will be able to create jobs so as to reduce the number of unemployement.  It is also expected to be a new breakthrough idea of Indonesia to organize a better education system. The administer of entrepreneurship development system of The school of Universe covered some  contents of learning processes, learning resources, and the collaborative networks with institutions that support the school.

Educational Assessment Standards ar ethe criteria regarding mechanisms, the procedures and instruments for assessing student learning outcomes. According to BSNP, the standardized assessment conducted by educators are to include general standards, planning standards, implementation standards, processing and reporting standards for assessment results as well as standards for the use of the assessment results. Each of these standards contained the principles and criteria established by the BSNP. Meanwhile, the assessment of learning outcomes carried out by educational units contains two main standards that must be considered, namely: the standard for determining class promotion and the standard for terminating graduation

INTERNET BASED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MODEL TO IMPROVE SCHOOL LEARNING TEAMThe tendency of the fact where the teachers do not need to learn or do not want to improve professional competence is a reflection of the opposite of team learning. Schools need to improve their performance to achieve maximum results. This study aimed to analyze an Internet-Based Professional Development model that can improve the ability of kindergarten teachers to carry out professional development independently and build team learning as well. Internet-Based Professional Development is an alternative effort in overcoming the improvement of kindergarten teachers' ability to organize Professional Development as well as team-learning. Limited trial research was conducted at Smartskul Preschool Kindergarten with 5 teachers. Extensive trials were carried out at TKI Al-Hamidiyah Depok with 25 teachers, and at TKIT Aliya Bogor with 13 teachers. The method of research used was research and model development (Research Professional Development / R D). Each trial carried out three times actions in limited trials and two actions in extensive trials at each school. In this study, the data analysis used was qualitative, quantitative, and formative. To measure the validity, this research used non-test and expert judgment. The Internet-Based Professional Development model consisted of input, process, and output. The input consisted of the Internet-Based Professional Development module, and kindergarten teachers and principals. The process consisted of planning, implementing monitoring, as well as evaluation reflection. The output of the Internet-Based Professional Development model was able to improve the ability of kindergarten teachers in organizing Internet-Based Professional Development as well as being able to build team learning.

IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATION IMAGE THROUGH THE SERVICE QUALITY AND COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIP EFFECTIVENESS ON PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS AT SUKAMAKMUR, KABUPATEN BOGORThe educational institution has changed into profit industrial institutions as the impact of era change. The proliferation of educational institutions has created competition for education service providers, both private and public schools. This competition is absolute and is getting tighter, especially for private educational institutions. To win the competition, school should build a positive image on all stakeholders.  On the contrary, at Sukamakmur District, it is found that the school image is still relatively low. This research aimed to improve school organizational image by analyzing its relationship between service quality and public relations effectiveness. The research was taken in private junior high schools in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency. The study population was 385 students of grade 9 of 2019-2020 Academic Year. The sample taken was 196 students by using proportional random sampling. The data was collected by using a questionnaire with a scale (Rating Scale). The analysis technique used a survey method and a correlational approach. The results showed that there was a relationship between service quality and organizational image (ry1 = 0.785). There was a relationship between public relations effectiveness and organizational image (ry2 = 0.401), There was a relationship between service quality and public relations effectiveness on organizational image (ry12 = 0.794). It can be concluded that the organization image could be improved by service quality and public relations effectiveness partially or collectively

IMPROVING TEACHER WORK EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCY STRENGTHENING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AT PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN CIBINONG, KABUPATEN BOGOR This study aimed to determine empirically the enhancement of teacher work effectiveness. The sampling in the study was 146 teachers who were determined by using proportional technique. The method used was the correlation method.  Hypothetical testing was carried out by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, where a significance level of α = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between pedagogical competence and teacher work effectiveness where a random sampling correlation coefficient of ry1= 0.75.  Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and teacher work effectiveness where its correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.56. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between pedagogic competence and organizational climate together with teacher work effectiveness where its correlation coefficient of ry.12 = 0.79. It could be concluded that teacher work effectiveness might be enhanced by strengthening the pedagogic competence and organizational climate.

THE IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) BY MEANS OF ADVERSITY QUOTIENT (AQ) AND SERVANT LEADERSHIP OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TEACHERS WITH PNS STATUS IN KOTA BOGORThe aim of this research was to explain the increase of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by means of Adversity Quotient (AQ) and Servant Leadership. The research was an empirical study using a correlational approach and SITOREM analysis. The research was conducted in several vocational school Bogor by taking teachers with civil servants PNS status. The population in this study was 257 with a sample of 157 respondents that determined by using  Proportional Random Sampling technique. The Hypothesis was tested by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple linear regression and multiple analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis as well as partial correlation analysis where the significance levels a = 0.01 and a = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions.  Firstly, there was a significant positive relationship between Adversity Quotient and Organizational Citizenship Behavior where its correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.636 and the coefficient of determination ry12 = 0.7172. Secondly, there was a significant positive relationship between Servant Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior where its correlation coefficient ry2= 0.069 and coefficient of determination ry22 = 0.0257. Thirdly, there was a significant positive relationship between Adversity Quotient and Servant Leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior where its correlation coefficient ry.12 = 0.4137 and the coefficient of determination ry.122 = 0.7218. It means, in order to improve the Organizational Citizenship Behavior, teachers have to strengthening their Adversity Quotient, and schools’ principal need to have a better Servant Leadership either in group or individually.

ENHANCING TEACHER ENGAGEMENT THROUGH STRENGTHENING AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP AND WORK-LIFE BALANCEThe purpose of this study was to determine empirically the improvement of teacher engagement through Authentic Leadership and The Work-Life Balance of Private Vocational School Teacher Foundation (GTY) in Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The number of research samples was 136 teachers who were taken from 206 permanent teachers from the school foundation. It was taken randomly by using proportional random sampling technique. The method was the correlation method. Hypothesis testing was using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis as well as partial analysis at the significance level α = 0.01 and α = 0.05. This research brought three conclusions. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between Authentic Leadership (X1) and Teacher Engagement (Y) which was shown by a simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 31.05 + 0.76X1 with a correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.892, the coefficient of determination Ry12 0.7050, significance a correlation of 22.89. Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between work-life balance (X2) and Teacher Engagement (Y) which was shown by the linear regression equation Ŷ = 28.14 + 0.78X2. with a correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.75, the coefficient of determination ry2 2 = 0.6514 and a correlation significance of 13.21. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between authentic authentic leadership and work-life balance together with teacher engagement as indicated by the equation Ŷ = 26.05 + 0.56 X1 + 0.24 X2, the correlation coefficient ry. 12 = 0.715, the coefficient of determination ry.122 = 0.715 and the significance of the correlation was 20.43. Based on the results of the final research, it is stated that the GTY teacher engagement of private vocational schools in Tanah Sareal Sub-district-Bogor City can be strengthened by Authentic Leadership and Work-Life Balance.
