This paper reports on an investigation into the value of the contribution of the higher education institution (HEI) context in developing graduates' enterprise skills. The study was an exploration of where graduates develop enterprise skills, examining the impact of the higher education and employment contexts on the development of these skills. The paper draws on a qualitative study in which interviews were conducted with pharmacy academics and employers. The results show that an ability to demonstrate skills in one context does not necessarily indicate an ability to demonstrate them in another, because the development and demonstration of enterprise skills are influenced by the contexts in which they are developed and demonstrated. The study adds value by highlighting the significant role of both the HE and employment contexts in developing enterprise skills, while emphasizing that these skills become more transferable through exposure to more contexts.

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the nurse's emotions about coronavirus infection (COVID-19). Method: We conducted a qualitative study with 58 nurses, students of the postgraduate course in Nursing of a higher education institution in Fortaleza, State of Ceará, Brazil. We obtained data through questionnaires with a sociodemographic approach and reflections on the emotions/perceptions of nurses, as well as a synchronous meeting to discuss strategies for worker health during the pandemic. We organized the results on the IRaMuTeQ software with a presentation in figures and speeches. Results: The speeches revealed emotions such as anxiety, tiredness, fear, insecurity, distress, and emotional pain. However, the occurrence of words such as "tranquility" and "well-being" emphasize comfort, overcoming, and hope. Final considerations: The Master's degree students showed concern for family members, fear, and anxiety, with requests for actions by people management to promote strategies to minimize and control such emotions.

This qualitative study focused on proxemic feelings and feelings of detachment and ambiguity among professors-nurses concerning their experiences. This study aimed to reveal the meanings of sensibility held by being-professor-nurse in teaching and learning to be and do nursing. The theoretical-philosophical support is based on Merleau-Ponty's existential phenomenological approach and the hermeneutics phenomenology of Paul Ricoeur was used. Nineteen professors-nurses from a Higher Education institution in the South of Brazil were interviewed between November and December 2006. Sensibility was revealed as the capacity to observe details in order to intervene in a situation the best way possible, and also as a way to break with exclusive models of the cognitive-instrumental rationality of science and technique, since sensibility is the basis for developing other ways of teaching and learning to be and do Nursing.

Universities are institutions whose commitments go beyond the fields of teaching, research, and outreach. In a society that increasingly requires changes, cooperating with other actors must be a path to be followed. At the same time, internationalization has become a priority appearing on many Higher Education Institution (HEI) agenda. However, it is an open question how universities should manage the new demands proposed by society in a very fast challenging world. Therefore, the aim of this article is to provide a framework for strategic priorities which outlines steps and activities that the Western Paraná State University (UNIOESTE) should adopt as part of this transformation project through the lens of the Project Model Canvas (FINOCCHIO JUNIOR, 2013). The methodology is characterized as a qualitative study, with an exploratory character, with the collection of data through documentary research. The results show that to operate successfully in the increasingly globalized environment, Unioeste must continue to foster a commitment to internationalization and make significant efforts to integrate the international dimension into key areas of operation.

Sexual harassment is a type of gender violence, which is generally naturalized and rarely reported. The aim of this qualitative study was to analyze the experiences of female university students who have been victims of sexual harassment. The intentional sample consisted of 10 participants between the ages of 22 and 24 years from a university in the southeast of Mexico. Interviews were analyzed through different categories, such as the perception of the interviewee, about the harassment, the consequences, and facing the event. The analysis was based on the QSR 6 (NVivo) software. It was found that students perceive harassment as something normal and even romantic, but subsequently there are feelings of humiliation and guilt. Those who reported the incident did not obtain help, in all of them there was a feeling of learned helplessness. In addition, harasser professors have a special language to communicate when they want sexual favors: "you have to take an equivalence test”, language that the students know and understand.

Despite the large number of studies on the issue of psychological and pedagogical security of educational environment, the sphere of higher education still remains underexplored.
