According to the program Digital Economy of the Russian Federation adopted in 2017, the share of the population with digital skills should be 40%. Moreover, these skills include not only user skills, but also specific ones related to a specific professional activity. In this regard, higher educational institutions are faced with the task of training personnel who will be able to work effectively in the era of digital development of the economy, namely, to be able to work with end-to-end digital technologies. In order to cope with this task successfully, it is necessary to change the main professional educational programs and include work programs of disciplines in which end-to-end digital technologies become the object and / or means of study. This paper analyzes the problem of the readiness of prospective speech therapists majoring in 44.03.03 special (defectological) education to use end-to-end digital technologies in their professional activities. The authors characterize the course End-to-end digital technologies, which appeared in the 2021/2022 academic year at Samara State University of Social Sciences and Education among first-year students of the Faculty of Psychology and Special Education. Based on the results of the course approbation, the authors formulate conclusions about the advisability of supplementing the training of students with a workshop that allows them to master several applied software products based on end-to-end digital technologies at an in-depth level.

This article is a logical continuation and concretization of the authors’ work [1]. Dedicated to the consid-eration of the prerequisites and possibilities of creating a coher-ent public communication network in the interests of end-to-end digital technologies. Justification and use of the core of the time-frequency support of the fixed network as a basis for the syn-chronization system of 5G and 6G standards communication networks. Based on the ITU-T Recommendations, an analysis was carried out on the current state of the primary reference sources of frequency and time (Primary Reference Timing and Clock – PRTC), the basic requirements for them in terms of fre-quency and time signal accuracy, the possibility of implementing promising PRTC and enhanced PRTC – ePRTC on domestic equipment. Precision characteristics of frequency and time sig-nals on the network sections from the sources of the State Time and Frequency Service to the ePRTC, between the PRTC core of the backbone network and the wireless communication network synchronization system. The norms for the permissible errors of the main nodes of the network elements are given, their feasibil-ity is shown.

The article discusses the legal basis for the use of digital technologies in labor relations. Digital technologies can be used both in the performance of work, for example, the work of remote workers, and in the control of employees. When monitoring employees, including remote workers, the use of digital technologies and public information and telecommunications networks by the employer comes first. Moreover, the use of digital technologies by the employer when monitoring remote workers is the only means of control. The author examines the legal regulation of the implementation of such means of control over employees as video surveillance, an automated system for monitoring and recording working hours, monitoring sites that an employee visited from his office computer during working hours, checking correspondence in corporate e-mail, listening to telephone conversations, using billing programs, and provides examples from court practice. The author identifies the defects of legal regulation in these areas and suggests ways to improve the legislation.

ABSTRACT Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), the virus that causes coronavirus disease 2019, is a respiratory virus primarily transmitted person to person through inhalation of droplets or aerosols, laden with viral particles. However, as recent studies have shown, virions can remain infectious for up to 72 h on surfaces, which can lead to transmission through contact. Thus, a comprehensive study was conducted to determine the efficiency of protocols to recover SARS-CoV-2 from surfaces in built environments. This end-to-end (E2E) study showed that the effective combination for monitoring SARS-CoV-2 on surfaces includes using an Isohelix swab collection tool, DNA/RNA Shield as a preservative, an automated system for RNA extraction, and reverse transcriptase quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) as the detection assay. Using this E2E approach, this study showed that, in some cases, noninfectious viral fragments of SARS-CoV-2 persisted on surfaces for as long as 8 days even after bleach treatment. Additionally, debris associated with specific built environment surfaces appeared to inhibit and negatively impact the recovery of RNA; Amerstat demonstrated the highest inhibition (>90%) when challenged with an inactivated viral control. Overall, it was determined that this E2E protocol required a minimum of 1,000 viral particles per 25 cm2 to successfully detect virus from test surfaces. Despite our findings of viral fragment longevity on surfaces, when this method was employed to evaluate 368 samples collected from various built environmental surfaces, all samples tested negative, indicating that the surfaces were either void of virus or below the detection limit of the assay. IMPORTANCE The ongoing severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) (the virus responsible for coronavirus disease 2019 [COVID-19]) pandemic has led to a global slowdown with far-reaching financial and social impacts. The SARS-CoV-2 respiratory virus is primarily transmitted from person to person through inhalation of infected droplets or aerosols. However, some studies have shown that virions can remain infectious on surfaces for days and can lead to human infection from contact with infected surfaces. Thus, a comprehensive study was conducted to determine the efficiency of protocols to recover SARS-CoV-2 from surfaces in built environments. This end-to-end study showed that the effective combination for monitoring SARS-CoV-2 on surfaces required a minimum of 1,000 viral particles per 25 cm2 to successfully detect virus from surfaces. This comprehensive study can provide valuable information regarding surface monitoring of various materials as well as the capacity to retain viral RNA and allow for effective disinfection.

The potential possibilities and areas of application of end-to-end digital technologies (EDT) in telecommunications are considered. The federal project “Digital Technologies” includes roadmaps of activities for eleven EDTs, among which EDT 5G directly focused on the development of telecommunications. It is shown that, although other EDTs and their sub-technologies are not explicitly related to telecommunications, nevertheless the impact of the achievements in the field of these EDTs on the development of communications can hardly be overestimated.

A modern assessment of the technical and economic efficiency of the oil and gas project involves the construction of a specific economic and mathematical calculation model, as well as an analysis of project criteria based on a set of predicted technological indicators for the formations and the field as a whole. An automated system developed for this purpose served as the basis for theoretical and applied research in the field of mathematical modeling and modern digital technologies.

In 2019–2020, at the Oil and Gas Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, an automated system for preventing complications and accidents during oil and gas well construction was developed, which constitutes an integral part of the digital field. The article shows by the case of the Musyurshorskoye field that the use of the system allows to significantly increase the technical and economic efficiency of the development of hydrocarbon reserves. To assess it, two methods have been used based on different efficiency criteria: the total unit cost of liquidation of accidents and complications and the maximum profitable reserves per well. The methods are easy to use and speed up the process of making expert conclusions significantly.
