    The study aimed at revealing the degree of awareness of the principals of the governmental secondary schools in Irbid Governorate for the management of change and their relation to the effectiveness of these schools. The researcher used the descriptive approach. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher constructed a questionnaire, , And the results showed that the degree of awareness of high school principals in the governorate of Irbid for change management is high and with a mean (4.01). The order of the fields ranked in descending order according to the level of fields: the field of school administration, reached (4.15) Teaching, Reached (3.96), the regulatory climate field, and was (3.92).obaha grade (high), also showed a strong correlation by (0.86), the degree of awareness of public secondary school principals in the governorate of Irbid to manage change effectively and their relationship to those schools. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented to raise the level of awareness of change management among high school principals.

    The study aimed at revealing the degree of relationship between the trends towards the use of information technology and the degree of guidance for managing change among high school principals in Mafraq Governorate.. The researcher used the descriptive approach. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher built a tool for the study "questionnaire", which was distributed to a random sample of (137) managers and managers. The results showed that the degree of trends towards the use of information technology is high, (3.83). There was also a strong correlation between (0.82) between the degree of relationship between the trends towards the use of information technology and the degree of guidance to change management among high school principals in Mafraq governorate. In light of the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented.

The competency of secondary school principals needs to be developed. The development of school principals' competencies needs to pay attention to cultural aspects that develop in the surrounding community. This research was aimed to describe the school principal’s competencies according to National Education Ministry Regulation No. 13 (2007) about School Principal’s standard competencies and their competencies development based on the values of local wisdom. This piece of research was conducted quantitatively and qualitatively. The research samples were 30 school principals whom their schools were located in the regional of Mataraman cultures. Data was gathered by collecting questionnaires (open and closed questions) and also interviews. The data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study are as follows: first, the school principals have been good at social and personality competences, yet the managerial, entrepreneurial, and supervision competences were still in adequate level; second, school principals already comprehended the values of Sistem Among and some of them had been implemented them. However, they had not been comprehend the leadership values based on Asta Brata and Sastra Gending; third, most of leadership values were based on Asta Brata, Sistem Among, and Sastra Gending that were compatible to the school principals and used for developing their leadership.

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of the integration of Al-Kort program in the development of decision-making and decision-making skills among high school principals in Riyadh city. The experimental approach was applied by the two experimental groups of secondary school principals in Riyadh, which are taught using Kurt's program, and the effectiveness of this study is based on the dependent variables of the achievement and decision making skills and the control group. On the variables related to educational achievement and decision-making skills of school principals. The content of two groups of high school principals in Riyadh has been enriched with skills-oriented activities in three areas of thinking derived from the CO program RT is: expanding the field of perception, organization, and problem solving. The results of the study showed a positive effect on the role of Al-Kort program (for high school principals in Riyadh) in the development of decision-making skills. The experimental group of the training program for the development of decision-making skills showed a positive difference of statistical significance in the experimental group (65%), The impact of the Quart program (for secondary principals in Riyadh) is reflected in raising the level of decision-making skills of students, expanding their perceptions, organizing their information, solving their problems, and making appropriate decisions. The study recommended the integration of the courteous program in the development of decision-making skills for secondary school principals to enhance the decision-making capacity, in addition to the need to hold courses, seminars and workshops for managers to introduce thinking skills and programs for their development and to provide a school environment that encourages them. The implementation of the Al-Kort program has led to the development of skills, the ability to make decisions and improve the level of academic attainment among high school principals in Riyadh. The impact of out-of-school training has had a clear impact, making training programs part of the daily trainees' practices in the various areas of human activity that require it.

<p>A national survey of United States high school principals (n = 2,187) was used to assess the acceptability of job applicant qualifications that included degrees earned either online, partly online, or in a residential teacher-training program. The applicants with coursework taken in a residential setting were overwhelmingly preferred over applicants holding a degree earned partly or wholly online. Analysis indicated that the type of institution, personal experience and perceived benefits of face-to-face interaction play an important role in the formation of the perceived quality of online degree, programs and courses.</p>
