Creativity is the ability to think about things in new and unusual ways and give birth to something unique, or create something original. Plasticine is a material that is made of flexible and can be shaped as desired. This study aims to increase early childhood creativity through playing plasticine. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each stage, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, field notes. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were group B with a total of 14 children consisting of 9 boys and 5 girls. The results showed that the creativity of children increased, namely from the pre-cycle the number of undeveloped children decreased from 12 children to 0 (85.7%) in cycles I and II, then children who began to develop from pre-cycle 2 children (14 , 3%) to 9 children (64.3%) in cycle I and to 0 in cycle II. Children who developed as expected from pre-cycle from none to 5 children (35.7%) in cycle I and 3 children (21.4%) in cycle 2. Children who developed very well in pre-cycle and cycle I did not there were 11 children (78.65%). These results indicate that playing plasticine can increase the creativity of early childhood in RA Ibnu Sina, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.

Achievement of learning objectives and learning competencies can be possessed by students through a process of learning experiences that are meaningful for students. Low learning results one of them caused by misunderstanding of the concept of matter. Understanding the concept of students can be improved in learning by using the model of learning think, talk, write. This study is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data analysis technique is done by calculating from the value obtained from the completeness of individual and classical. The result of the analysis shows that there is an increase of learning result 23,32% from cycle 1 to cycle 2.

Abstract:  This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK), aims to increase the activity and biology learning outcomes as many as 21 students who have varying ability levels. Researchers observed directly for 2 cycles. Each cycle has stages of planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques use observation and test sheets. The results showed that the use of cooperative type of think-pair-share with demonstration can increase activity and learning outcomes. Increased activity is seen in each activity indicator. Students who declared to reach KKM (value ≥ 75) in the first cycle of 76,19% and in the second cycle increased to 90,84%. Suggestions submitted to the teacher for activities and learning outcomes to obtain optimal results, it is advisable to apply the model of cooperative type of think-pair-share with the demonstration.

Abstract. Seismic reflection data (normal incidence and wide-angle) are unique assets for Solid Earth Science as they provide critical information about the physical properties and structure of the lithosphere, as well as about the shallow subsurface for exploration purposes. The resolution of these seismic data is highly appreciated, however they are logistically complex and expensive to acquire and their geographical coverage is limited. Therefore, it is essential to make the most of the data that has already been acquired. The collation and dissemination of seismic open access data is then key to promote accurate and innovative research and to enhance new interpretations of legacy data. This work presents the Seismic DAta REpository (SeisDARE), which is, to our knowledge, one of the first comprehensive open access online databases that stores seismic data registered with a permanent identifier (DOI). The datasets included here are openly accessible online and guarantee the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles of data management, granting the inclusion of each dataset into a statistics referencing database so its impact can be measured. SeisDARE includes seismic data acquired in the last four decades in the Iberian Peninsula and Morocco. These areas have attracted the attention of international researchers in the fields of geology and geophysics due to the exceptional outcrops of the Variscan and Alpine orogens and wide foreland basins; the crustal structure of the offshore margins that resulted from a complex plate kinematic evolution; and the vast quantities of natural resources contained within. This database has been built thanks to a network of national and international institutions, promoting a multidisciplinary research, and is open for international data exchange and collaborations. As part of this international collaboration, and as a model for inclusion of other global seismic datasets, SeisDARE also hosts seismic data acquired in Hardeman County, Texas (USA), within the COCORP project (Consortium for Continental Reflection Profiling). SeisDARE aims to make easily accessible old and recently acquired seismic data and to establish a framework for future seismic data management plans. The SeisDARE is freely available at https://digital.csic.es/handle/10261/101879, bringing endless research and teaching opportunities to the scientific, industrial and educational communities.

This study aims to improve collaboration in thinking, pairing, and sharing of students in energy conversion learning. This study experimented with the think pair and share (TPS) type of cooperative method to get improvements in terms of activity and cooperation. The procedure of the study adopted the classroom action research of the Kemmis & Taggart model covering the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The results showed that the application of the cooperative learning model type TPS method was able to increase collaboration in thinking, pairing, and sharing as evidenced by the results of observations of each cycle which increased the first cycle of 12.5% for activeness and 25% for collaboration, the second cycle of 78,1% for activeness and 53.1% for cooperation, and third cycle of 96.9% for activeness and 100% for cooperation. It shows that the application of TPS is useful to be applied in energy conversion learning. Also, this research may need to be continued in other engineering courses which are dominated by theory and practicum.

The condition of the teacher at SDN Kepanjen 2 shows far from ideal conditions. The results of preliminary surveys conducted by researchers in the execution of teachers ' duties, seven aspects of pedagogic competence teachers have not seen showing the skills of teachers in carrying out learning. Academic supervision is a selected action researcher to help teachers develop pedagogic skills of the teacher. This research is done cycle by cycle according to the concept of research action, planned there are 2 cycles with each cycle implemented measures planning, implementation, observation, reflection. Data collection techniques used in research using observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results of data analysis obtained exposure that proves that of the seven competencies that are targeted to research obtained an average value increase of 86%. So it can be concluded that the application of academic supervision can improve the pedagogic competence of teachers.
