In the midst of an unstable Indonesian economy, it requires every company to be able to face and anticipate all situations to survive in increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to test whether receivables turnover, working capital turnover, cash turnover and capital structures have an influence on profitability in large and small trade sector manufacturing companies listed on the stock Exchange Indonesian. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research which uses data from 62 companies manufacturing large and small trade sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and obtained as many as 18 samples. The research methods used are methods of descriptive analysis and analysis methods of multiple linear regression.The results showed that in a partial receivables turnover has no significant effect on profitability,working capital turnover has no negative and significant effect on profitability,cash turnover has no effect Significant impact on profitability and the capital structure has no significant effect on the profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Simultaneously the receivables turnover,working capital turnover,cash turnover and capital structure together have significant effect on the company's profitability measured from the profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. This research was aimed to evaluate whether there is a Leverage, Total Assets Turnover, Earning per Share, Current Ratio, Profitability, and Firm Size have related to dividend policy of manufacturing companies which is registered on Indonesia stock exchange in period 2017-2019. This research is included in type of quantitative descriptive research which uses data from 162 manufacturing companies that is registered on Indonesia stock exchange in period 2017-2019. This research also uses purposive sampling method that have 52 samples. Data in this research are all of the financial reports from each company that is published  on www.idx.co.id. The variables related in this research are leverage, tato, eps, current ratio, profitability, and firm size. The research’s method uses descriptive analysis and multiplelinear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that Leverage have a negative effect to dividend policy, Total Assets Turnover have a negative effect to dividend policy, Earning per Share does not have a negative and significant to dividend policy, Current Ratio have a negative effect to dividend policy, Profitability does not make a significant contribution to dividend policy, and Firm Size does not have a negative and significant to dividend policy of manufacturing companies on Indonesia stock exchange. Simultaneously, Leverage, Total Assets Turnover, Earning per Share, Current Ratio, Profitability, and Firm Size together have a significant with dividend policy of manufacturing companies on Indonesia stock exchange. This study’s main objective is to examine the effect of working capital turnover, return on equity, and firm size toward price book value in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. Working capital turnover is the proxy chosen from activity ratio. Return on equity is the proxy chosen from probability ratio. Firm size is based on total assets, with the nominal itself is in natural logarithms. Sample of research was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 58 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the years 2013-2016. This study uses secondary data. Validity test of this study is done with multiple regression analysis and classic assumption test. The results of this study indicates that there is significant influence between the variables Working Capital Turnover, Return on Equity, and Firm Size toward Price Book Value.

The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of asset structure, profitability, firm size and company growth on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013 – 2017. The sampling method used was purposive sampling that was 52 companies in the criteria. Data obtained from the Financial Reports and Performance Reports published in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The analytical tool that used is multiple regression. Hypothesis testing is done by the F test, t-test and determination coefficient. For the classical assumption, the test is done by the normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The analysis of asset structure has a positive effect on the capital structure and not significant to the capital structure, profitability has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure, the size of the company has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure, and the company’s growth has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine whether working capital variables, size, and capital structure affect the return on assets. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in various sub-sectors proposed in the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The type of data used in this study is secondary data from the company's annual financial statements as a sample that is used and processed using SPSS 16.00. This research uses the classic assumption test and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show how working capital (ratio using current ratio, accounts receivable turnover, and net working capital), size, and capital structure (tested using a debt to equity ratio) are considered to compare asset returns.Keywords: working capital, size, capital structure, return on assets ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah variabel modal kerja, ukuran, dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap return on assets. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur di berbagai sub sektor yang diusulkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sebagai sampel yang digunakan dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 16.00. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana modal kerja (rasio menggunakan rasio lancar, perputaran piutang, dan modal kerja bersih), ukuran, dan struktur modal (diuji menggunakan rasio utang terhadap ekuitas) dipertimbangkan untuk membandingkan pengembalian aset.Kata kunci: modal kerja, ukuran, struktur modal, return on assets

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. <p>The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of capital structure and liquidity on earnings quality with the audit committee as a moderating variable. <br />The research population was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2017-2019 totaling of 144 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and obtained 40 companies as a sample. The data analysis used was mulpiple regression and run under SPSS rogram. <br />The result shows that capital structure, liquidity, and committee audit silmutaneusly affect earnings quality. Partially, capital structure has negative significance effect on earnings quality, and liquidity has no significant effect on earnings quality. Meanwhile committee audit able to strengthen the effect of capital structure on earnings quality, and committee audit do not able to strengthen the effect of liquidity on earnings quality.</p>

This study aims to examine earnings management behavior is based on the company life cycle. This study is classified as comparative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period of 2013 to 2017. By using purposive sampling method, there were 61 companies as the research’s sample. Earning managements is measured through accrual earnings management and real earning management. Company life cycle is measured using the company cash flow. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that:1) company in the start up, growth, mature and decline stages tend to use real earning management, 2)there is no decrease in earnings management as the life cycle changes from start up, growth, mature and decline stages
