The development of technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is very rapid. These developments triggered developments in all sectors, one of the most affected by the industrial revolution 4.0 was the trade sector. In the current era of 4.0, trade has begun to develop from conventional trading that is trading through physical markets or more often we are familiar with supermarkets, malls, mini markets, and so forth to trade through online markets or more commonly known as E-Commerce. This is a fresh wind for consumers because with the switch of trade through E-commerce, a myriad of conveniences offered by the E-commerce. The conveniences include that consumer do not need to leave the house to buy an item, or in other words a trade transaction can be done anywhere without having to spend special time to travel to a store or shopping center. Not only positive things and conveniences caused by this development, but a myriad of problems that nowadays often occur in online buying and selling activities. Starting from goods that do not match the description or information provided by businesses to the delay of goods that have been promised by businesses, to other problems that essentially harm the consumer.

This study aims to determine changes in the structure and leading sectors in the City of Kendari. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data from BPS in the form of GRDP of Kendari city based on the business field in 2010-2020. The results showed that the economic structure of the city of Kendari is dominated by the retail wholesale trade sector and the construction sector. Where in 2010 the trade sector gave the largest contribution to GRDP, but in 2020 the construction sector dominates the contribution to GRDP. The results of other studies show that the leading sector in the city of Kendari is the corporate services sector from 2010-2020. The implication of the results of this study is that the city of Kendari as a service city needs to make changes to urban planning related to trade. And as a city that has advantages in the service sector, it is necessary to issue policies that support service improvement in order to increase the value of the contribution of the service sector in the city of Kendari considering that the city of Kendari is not superior in terms of agriculture.

The Covid-19 pandemic is a major problem that is currently faced worldwide. As an effort to minimize this problem, the government enforces a health protocol appeal for the Indonesian citizens. The change in the situation affects people’s lives, especially in the economic and trade sector in Indonesia. One of the impacts is a change in people’s assumptions in assessing a product. Currently, health protocols are one of the considerations in consuming products during the pandemic, so that people move to products that can protect themselves from the transmission of Covid-19. The changes in consumer behavior can be explained through one of the dimensions of the Big Five Personality, namely conscientiousness. Conscientiousness can describe individual behavior in maintaining their own health. Therefore, this study wants to see whether there is a relationship between the conscientiousness and the consideration of health protocols in product consumption during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach, with correlational research design. Based on the results of data analysis using Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation, the value obtained was ???????? (1056) = 0.256, p < 0.001. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between conscientiousness and the consideration of health protocols in product consumption during pandemic.

Audit Delay is the duration needed for completion of the financial statement audit performed by the auditor measured from the date of the company's annual financial statements, to the date of the issuance of the independent audit report. The longer an Audit Delay will have a negative impact and will delay the publication of financial statement information which can affect economic decision making. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the effect of Profitability, Company Size, Auditor Opinion, and Company Age on Audit Delay in retail trade sector companies in 2017-2019. This study uses data from retail trade sector companies in 2017-2019. After selecting the sample, there were 21 companies selected in this study. The statistical test used in this research is a descriptive statistical test. While the hypothesis test used multiple linear regression tests. The results of this test indicate that (1) Profitability and Auditor Opinion have negative effect on Audit Delay. (2) based on the conducted research, it can be seen that company size and company age have no effect on audit delay.

Earnings management arises because of pressure from both inside and outside the company. Several factors that can influence management include: independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of independent commissioners, managerial ownership and leverage on earnings management in retail trading sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 27 retail trading sub-sector companies that are incorporated in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period and taken as many as 7 companies using purposive sampling. retail trade sector for the 2015-2019 period. Based on the results of the t-test (partial) the independent board of commissioners has a value of -tcount < -ttable where -3.520 < -2.03951 with a sig value of 0.001 <0.05, meaning that the independent board of commissioners has a negative and significant effect on earnings management. Managerial ownership has a value of -tcount < -ttable where -4.364 < -2.03951 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on earnings management. Leverage has tcount > ttable where 3.188 > 2.03951 with a sig value of 0.003 < 0.05, meaning that leverage has a positive and significant effect on earnings management and the results of the F (simultaneous) test Fcount > Ftable and a value where 12.940 > 2.90 with sig 0.000 < 0.05 means that the board of commissioners is independent, managerial ownership and leverage affect earnings management

The prolonged crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia had a significant impact on various sectors, including the goods and services trade sector. Traders in the wholesale center of textiles and textile products in Tanah Abang are one of the parties who really feel the impact. The declining purchasing power of the people coupled with the necessity to close shops during the Implementation of community activity restrictions led to a decrease in income, while the obligation to pay operational costs still had to be carried out. This forced quite a number of traders to decide to close their businesses. The purpose of this activity is to find the best solution for the business continuity of traders. The method used is the focus group discussion. The conclusion obtained is the need for the application of digital marketing at the Tanah Abang wholesale center. The steps that need to be taken are socializing about the importance of digital marketing, training on social media creation and creating a market place or website that provides marketing access for all traders.

The impact of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in employment and value added in the Republic of Macedonia registered a slight increase in the period from 2009 to 2013. Just like in other economies in the region, most SMEs work in the wholesale and retail trade sector (44.0%), followed by the manufacturing sector (13.0%) (OECD 2016). Based on the importance of SMEs in the Macedonian economy in general, this paper aims to point out the gap that exists between the well-identified weakness of the Macedonian economy towards stimulating the life expectancy of SMEs on the one hand and their development on the other, emphasized in the forms of the sources of funding available to them. For that purpose are used statistical analyzes and comparisons, and are accepted conclusions about the current situation with the SMEs environment and the forms of financing of SMEs in Macedonia

Gross Regional Domestic Product is as the amount of value-added (add value) that are generated by the entire production unit or in a region or the entire amount is the value of final goods and services produced by the economy of the entire unit within a region in a given period, either on the basis of rates in force or on the basis of constant prices. One GRP District of Kebumen is a sector of trade, hotels and restaurants which is an important part of the calculation and the increasing economic growth each year has increased, although not significantly.On the trade sector, the hotel and restaurant viewed from the results of analysis calculation on equation trend for certain years have elevated the quality of the year 2008 amounting to 583, 253.02 in 2009 amounted to 651, 473.61, then increment level trends in2010 719, 694.20, while for the year 2011 for the highest rate of increase in trends, namely of 856, 135.38, then in 2012 has increased the trend 355.97 924, and 2013 for trends 992,576.56.The result of the analysis of the Gross Domestic Product has increased fromKebumen Regency, trade, hotels and restaurants on the basis of the applicable rates in 2008-2013.

CSDW is one restaurant that sells various kinds of fish dishes. As the development of the mobile application finally impacts on various areas of our lives. One of them is the trade sector. Considering that many customers are lazy to go out and buy food, researchers take the initiative to build online ordering applications at CSDW restaurants online with smartphones to make it easier for customers. The aim of this study is to produce an Android-based sales application for ordering food and transactions that can be done anywhere without having to come and queue, accompanied by images to be easily understood.Data collection techniques used are by observing and studying literature. Researchers hope to be able to help customers to be able to facilitate food and transactions easily without having to queue and come to the place.The results of the study are that it makes it easier for customers to buy food quickly and efficiently without having to wait in line or come to the CSDW restaurant.

The development of trade sector of the Ukrainian economy triggers the need to study the processes of formation and evaluation of the retail business efficiency taking into account the current conditions of economic development. The objective of research is a methodology for assessing the performance of retail. The proposed methodology is based on the target, resource, dynamic approaches to the efficiency assessment and contains determined efficiency indicators in accordance with evaluation criteria. The indicators of the efficiency assessment take into account the specifics of the retail according to the subjects of assessment: retailer, consumer, competitor, supplier. Proposed methodology for assessing the efficiency allows us to calculate indicators in accordance with the selected approaches to the assessment and identify the problems to be addressed by the retailer’s management. Considering the requirements and interests of stakeholders to assess the efficiency of retail businesses helps to achieve the most recent competitive advantages.
