With the rapid development of the internet, smart classroom has become the research interest of modern-day educational informatization. With Tiktok, WeChat, QQ, and other new media, the intelligent teaching model of “new media + education” has been derived. The research subject in this study is the economic and management undergraduate course, Principles of Economics. In regard to that, it is expounded based on the new media and an intelligent teaching model is designed in line with the development of colleges and universities in the new era to change the plight of the traditional classroom teaching model, stimulate learners’ enthusiasm and interest in learning, as well as improve the teaching effect.

With the rapid development of information technology, various online courses have sprung up and SPOC (Small Private Online Course) is one of them. In the meantime, Chinese colleges are in the process of transformation from traditional classroom teaching to web-assisted teaching, which demands for a corresponding adjustment of teaching techniques used to guide teaching practice. Therefore, after a deep investigation into the attitude of some students and teachers, based on the results of questionnaires and interviews, this paper proposes several strategies for SPOC assisted college oral EFL teaching, aiming to guide teachers to use online courses effectively and as a result, improve the quality of EFL teaching.

The rapid development of information technology and Internet technology has played a positive role in enriching classroom teaching forms and improving teaching effectiveness. To study the effects of the innovative English classroom teaching in rural primary and middle schools, this paper adopts the iterature analy-sis method, case study method and observation method, theoretically ana-lyzes urban-rural distance teaching and establishes an urban-rural synchronous distance teaching model based on online computer technology. Then it gives de-tailed de-sign of the urban-rural synchronous distance teaching process based on online computer technology and uses a specific teaching case to investigate and analyze the effects of urban-rural synchronous distance teaching. The results prove that this teaching model can promote the effects of English classroom teaching in rural middle and primary schools, facilitate the urban-rural integrated teaching and en-riches the English classroom teaching froms in rural middle and primary schools.

Nowadays the education system has dramatically changed from traditional classroom teaching to remote online teaching due to this COVID-19 crisis. This study aimed to estimate the challenges in Online Learning among undergraduate l students studying in various Aided colleges during this lockdown period due to the COVID-19 crisis. The study was conducted by employing a questionnaire prepared using 'Google form'. An aggregate of 136 undergraduate students participated in this survey. For hypotheses testing both descriptive statistics such as 'Mean, SD' and inferential statistics such as t – test' were employed. Analysis showed that there is no significant difference between Problems faced by UG students in terms of gender, place of living, and academic year. The study confirms that girl students have more than boy students in the online learning process.

Abstract. With the continuous improvement of education informatization level, especially the rise of MOOC, online and offline hybrid teaching, which organically combines traditional classroom teaching with network teaching, is endowed with more abundant connotation. The outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020 also makes colleges and universities pay more attention to the important role of the network education platform in teaching. How to carry out the mixed teaching scientifically is becoming a new topic. In this paper, the hybrid teaching is applied to the teaching of computer network course, which can not only stimulate students' interest in learning, but also mobilize students' learning initiative and improve their learning effect.
