This paper explores the innovative ways of teaching mode of environmental art design major under the concept of OBE. Through theoretical elaboration, combined with the understanding of literature and practical work experience, it innovates from three aspects of teaching concept, teaching system and training objectives, and establishes an innovative teaching system.

Art design creative talent training can’t be separated from the teaching reform in colleges and universities, and the mission of art design creative talent training will be accomplished by the system of creative curriculum of the speciality eventually. The article reflects of environmental art design teaching reform currently provided from both creative thinking training and national design concept, renews the ideas, changes the thinking, reforms teaching system, adjusts the aims and service directions and explores the talent training mode to meet the social needs.

The effective integration of CDIO education philosophy and the cultivation of innovative talents is an effective way to carry out the education of Transportation Engineering. With the changes in the transportation industry, the current transportation engineering education is difficult to meet the market's urgent demand for innovative engineering and technical personnel, mainly due to outdated teaching content and teaching methods, imperfect evaluation system, and imperfect teaching team construction. According to the above-mentioned problems, we should adjust to form a teaching mode suitable for innovative transportation talents. Based on the in-depth study of the existing deficiencies, this article uses the CDIO (conceive, design, implement, operate) to combine the cultivation of transportation engineering talents with the actual needs of the enterprise. By enriching educational resources, optimizing the educational evaluation system, and improving the practical teaching system, the quality and level of transportation engineering education will be effectively improved to achieve the goal of training innovative talents. The optimized teaching mode has a certain reference function for the discipline construction and innovative talent cultivation of engineering majors in colleges and universities.

This article addresses challenges regarding relevance in vocational education and training (VET) curricula. Recent research on Norwegian VET shows that the educational content is not sufficiently related to the students' needs for qualification in the actual vocations. I will present a new curriculum research project aimed at investigating and improving the vocational relevance in Norwegian VET. An important part of the project is to investigate epistemological perspectives on how vocational knowledge is constituted and developed, and consequences for the curriculum. The article presents results from these epistemological investigations. I will argue that the relevance problem relates to a one-sided rationalist epistemology in which a main idea is that vocational knowledge consists of theoretical principles and procedures to be applied in practical situations. This idea influences educational traditions and structures, and leads to a separation between theoretical and practical subjects and learning arenas. From a pragmatic epistemological perspective, it can be argued that vocational knowledge is contextual and holistic, and consists of complex wholes of physicality, motor skills, intellectual understandings, values, and verbalized concepts. To ensure curriculum relevance, a curriculum is needed in which authentic practical work is the base, and subjects are integrated with students' practical work experience.

The arrival of the new media era has a certain impact on the teaching environment of universities in China. The rapid development of new media has also profoundly affected the thinking mode, behavior style and psychological consciousness of college students. This paper puts forward some innovative teaching modes under the background of new media information technology, including the online simulation court, the construction of interactive dynamic teaching website and so on. It realizes the deep integration between law teaching and modern new media technology, and gradually forms an open and diversified teaching mode. The research content of this paper has far-reaching significance for promoting the teaching of new media technology and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of College Students’ legal education.
