Research on work achievement is still relevant and exciting to study in companies worldwide. There are three variables tested for work achievement effects, namely work discipline, rewards, and job training. The location chosen in this study is Perumda BPR Lamongan. This study's population was 130 employees of Perumda BPR Lamongan Regional Bank with 98 samples using a probability sampling method. The data analysis of this study used SPSS, namely multiple linear regression. The results showed that work discipline, rewards, and job training had a significant positive effect on BPR Perumda BPR Lamongan Regency's work achievement, where the Job Training variable had the most significant influence on work achievement.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are impacts of tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax holdings (X3), on formal compliance of taxpayers (Y). The population in this study is the taxpayers registered with KPP Cibitung who live in RW 030 Tambun South. The samples consist of 100 taxpayers using an explanatory sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate that partially tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have a significant positive effect on taxpayers’ formal compliance (Y). Meanwhile simultaneously tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2) and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have significant positive effects on taxpayers’ formal compliance of (Y), with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.444 or 44.4%.

Members´ loyalty is a very important thing in the business of cooperatives, for the development and progress of cooperatives in the future. High members´ commitment and satisfaction in cooperatives greatly influence the attitude of members to use the products and services offered by cooperatives to make members more loyal. The study aims to determine the effect of a members´ commitment and satisfaction on the members´ loyalty. The population of this study was members of the KSP Dharma Dhita cooperative in Sanur, which numbered 172 people. The number of samples taken was 120 members, with a simple random sampling method. Data collectors are carried out through interviews, observation, literature, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research findings state that partially members´ commitment and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the members´ loyalty of KSP Dharma Dhita cooperative in Sanur. Simultaneously members´ commitment and satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the members´ loyalty of KSP Dharma Dhita in Sanur. To increase member's loyalty, members need to be aware of themselves to have high commitment and satisfaction for cooperatives to create prosperity for cooperatives, cooperative members and society in general.

This study aims to analyze the effect of vigor, dedication and absorption on the employee performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Cargo. The object of this study is the employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate, which is located in the Cargo Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this study is 93 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate. The sampling method used is a census sample. Therefore, the sample of this study is 93 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study with the help of the SPSS application version 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, vigor, dedication and absorption have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both vigor and dedication have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, absorption has no effect and is not significant. The magnitude of the influence (R Square) of vigor, dedication and absorption on employee performance is 48,1%.

Profitability is the ability of a financial institution (company) to earn a profit during a certain period, this study aims to determine whether the amount of credit, growth in the number of customers, and capital adequacy affect the profitability of LPD in Kintamani District. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The population in this study consisted of 61 villages in Kintamani District. The number of samples that meet the criteria are 20 LPDs in Kintamani District. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of analysis and hypothesis testing, it was found that the amount of credit did not have a positive effect on the profitability of LPDs in Kintamani District, while the growth in the number of customers had a positive and significant effect, and capital adequacy also had a positive and significant effect on the profitability of LPDs in Kintamani District.

The smartphone is a technology that develops rapidly from year to year. Several factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions are brand image and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 95 consumers of the Oppo brand smartphone at the Mobile Shop Outlet in Gianyar. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) simultaneously brand image and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and Profit Sharing Fund (DBH) to economic growth in Sarbagita area of ??Bali Province. This research was conducted in Sarbagita area of ??Bali Province using saturated sampling method in determining samples with population and sample are Denpasar City, Badung, Gianyar and Tabanan regencies in 2012 - 2016. Data collection was done through nonparticipant observation technique. Data analysis was done using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research requires that Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) have a positive effect on economic growth in Sarbagita area of ??Bali Province. While the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and DBH (Fund DBH) negatively affect the economic growth in the Sarbagita area of ??Bali Province

This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of personal technical ability and user involvement on the effectiveness of using SIA with training as a moderator at the KSU in West Denpasar City. This research was conducted at 24 KSU in West Denpasar City. The sample of this study were 72 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the ability of personal techniques has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of the use of SIA. User involvement significantly positive effect on the effectiveness of the use of SIA. Training strengthens the influence of personal technical abilities and user involvement on the effective use of SIA. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management and asset ownership on subjective well-being on entrepreneurial families. This research was conducted on 90 families who had a business in Babakan Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. The sampling method was using the purposive technique. Respondents in this study are husband or wife who owns and manage their business. Data analyzed descriptively and inferential statistics using multiple linear regression test. According to the research, entrepreneurial families have a low financial management index. Most families have assets at least three types. The level of subjective well-being of the entrepreneurial family is classified as moderate. Income and financial management have a significant positive effect on the subjective well-being of families. Asset ownership does not have a significant effect on subjective family well-being.

This research aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, growth opportunities, and profitability on accounting conservatism on state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 – 2020. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with the amount of data processed as many as 49 companies from 100 owned companies. The method of data analysis use multiple linear regression. The results showed that institutional ownership had a significant negative effect and profitability had a significant positive effect on accounting conservatism. While growth opportunities have no effect on accounting conservatism.

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, perceived price, and service quality on repurchasing interest in lazada. Respondents in this study were Lazada users in the students of the Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. The analysis instruments in this study were data quality test, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. This study shows that brand image has a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest, and service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Other results from this study indicate that the perception of prices has a negative influence on repurchasing interest.
