The impact Covid-19 pandemic is very big when we look at it from the quality and quantity side, where previously the community generally prayed in congregation in the mosque both in terms of quantity, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, we can see that in the field it has fallen greatly in terms of quantity.This study aims to determine the management carried out by the Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders (PDM) of the Sinjai Regency in conducting Da'wah during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used is qualitative research methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data verification, and concluding, the results of this study indicate that Da'wah Planning, Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders carry out Da'wah planning virtually by involving several Muhammadiyah Business Charities in Sinjai Regency. Also, during this pandemic in terms of quantity, there were more recitation participants than before the pandemic. Then in terms of controlling Da'wah, the PDM of the Sinjai Regency carried out control, namely evaluating in terms of the implementation of da'wah by always synergizing and coordinating with all Muhammadiyah charities in Sinjai Regency, starting from Ortom, Higher Education to Branch Leaders in each of the existing branches.

This study discusses the analysis of participation in the management of BOS funds in the RKAS program to improve accountability, transparency and school welfare. With the case of embezzlement of BOS funds and inefficient management, schools must strive for accountability and transparency to account for the entire BOS budget by applying the principle of participation so as to create prosperous schools. The purpose of this study is to find out how to increase accountability, transparency and school welfare in the management of BOS funds in the RKAS program after the participation principle. This study uses qualitative research methods where data collection is obtained from interviews, observations and documentation.The data analysis in this research is data reduction. The results show that participation can increase accountability, transparency and school welfare in the management of BOS funds in the RKAS program, with the participation of the principles of accountability and transparency it can increase, where accountability and transparency of BOS funds in the RKAS program can run well.

The purpose of this study was to describe the general conversational implicature, scale conversation implicature, and special conversation implicature in in the Sweet 20 film by Ody C. Harahap. The research method used is qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and refer to techniques. Data analysis techniques by transcribing the entire contents of the film, marking implicature, interpreting, and making conclusions. Test the validity of the data with member checking and expert validity. From the results of the study, the dominant implicature used in the Sweet 20 film by Ody C. Harahap is a specific conversation implicator as much as 75%, followed by a general conversation implicator as much as 21.33%, and finally the scale implication as much as 3.79%. The specific implications of the conversation in the form of using the language of speakers tend to use special words that only the speaker can understand the meaning or purpose of the speech. The Sweet 20 film is personal and familial in delivering speeches by speakers. From the results of this study, what needs to be considered is that when writing films Indonesian language teachers should pay attention to the composition of the use of implicature types.

The management of public complaints in Tegal Regency is carried out based on the Tegal Regent’s Regulation Number 10 of 2015 concerning Guidelines Public Complaints Management in Tegal Regency Government Environment. In practice, there are many complaints that come in through the available complaint channels. The problem occurs is that many complaints received indicate that there are many problems in the administration pf government in Tegal Regency, there are still unresolved problems, and the percentage of resolved problems complaints continues to decline. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the determinants of the policy implementation of guidelines public complaints managemen in Tegal Regency Government Environment. This study uses qualitative research methods with data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data display, dan drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the determinant of policy implementation, namely communication is a driving factor, while resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure are inhibiting factors.Keywords: implementation, public complaints, policy implementation

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

This study aimed to see how the implementation of the Hizbul Wathan scouting movement to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. This type of research is to use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, the coach of Hizbul Wathan, the class teacher, students. Data collection is done by interviews, observations, and documentation. While in data analysis, using techniques in a way, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The scouting movement of Hizbul Wathan's development in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu since its inception tends to be stagnant and not optimal. The obstacles that exist make the implementation of the scout movement hizbul wathan less than the maximum to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah segi empat pada fase konkret, dan fase transisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskritptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 subjek yang diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase konkret yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambar bangun yang diceritakan soal, salah dalam menentukan rumus dan tidak menuliskan rencana penyelesaian, salah melakukan prosedur penyelesaian dan tidak menggunakan rumus secara semestinya, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase transisi yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambarkan bangun yang diceritakan dalam soal, salah dalam menuliskan rumus yang perlu digunakan, pada tahap melaksanakan rencana tidak terjadi kesalahan, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban.</p><p> </p><p>This study aims to describe the mistakes made by students in solving rectangular problems in the concrete phase and the transition phase. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with four research subjects taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using the test. Data analysis techniques using a model developed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification of data. Students often made mistakes. In the concrete phase, students making drawings that are told about problems.  Errors in determining formulas and not writing completion plans, error when doing completion procedures and not using formulas properly, and not re-checking answers. In the transition phase, students who are wrong in describing the shapes told in the problem. Errors in writing the formula that needs to be used, at the stage of carrying out the plan there is no error, and not re-checking the answers.</p>

<p>ABSTRAK</p><p><br />Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan peristiwa teater Tu(m)buh mendekonstruksi konstruksi elemen dan konvensi teater. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan dekonstruksi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara dan analisis data. Hasilnya menunjukkan, pertama: peristiwa Tu(m)buh<br />melakukan pembongkaran persepsi keaktoran. Aktor dan penonton menjadi subjek aktor yang setara, kedua: pembongkaran mengenai persepsi ruang. Persepsi ruang yang digunakan menolak fungsi dan kegunaannya. Ruang yang membebaskan subyek untuk memonopolinya, ketiga: pembongkaran mengenai tubuh sebagai gagasan.</p><p><br />Kata kunci: Peristiwa Teater, Dekonstruksi, Tu(m)buh, Tony Broer.</p><p><br />ABSTRACT</p><p><br />This study aims to explain the events of the theater Tu (m) buh deconstructing the construction of the elements and conventions of theater. This study uses qualitative research methods and deconstruction approaches. Data collection uses observation, interviews and data analysis. The results show that firstly: the Tu(m) event has deconstructed the perception of actor. Actors and audiences become equal subject of actors; secondly: deconstruction regarding the perception of space. The perception of space used rejects the function<br />and usefulness. The purpose of this research is to describe the efforts to build the defense of PGSD students through Pancasila Education in Higher Education. The study was carried out in the Department of PGSD Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research with data collection in the form of interviews, observations, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study revealed that students of the Department of PGSD Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta have the conception that the defense of the country is no longer through taking up arms, but can be through their professionalism. Besides, there are some characteristics of students in defending the country, namely, maximizing time as a student with useful activities, loving Indonesia, having morals, excellent skills, and having a national insight. The findings of this study also revealed that Pancasila education in Higher Education became an addendum in providing a basis for students' understanding of Pancasila as the basis of the state.
