the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of this research is descrip- tive research with qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation with informants. Data analysis technique uses Miles & Huber- man theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency had not run effectively because the standard operating procedures had not been implemented optimally by the supervisors and carved out a subscription; facilities and infrastructure are inadequate; as well as the salary of supervisors and parking atten- dants subscribers are minimal. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency has not run effectively related to stan- dard operating procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the level of compliance of the parking attendants subscription.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain pembelajaran menulis puisi anak melalui pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah subjek 20. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diuji keabsahannnya dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa puisi anak yang buat oleh siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Asmaul Husna sudah sesuai dengan unsur intrinsik teori Nurgiantoro.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the design of learning to write poetry for children through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 20 subjects. The data collection methods were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the research data was tested by triangulation of sources. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the children's poetry made by students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Asmaul Husna is in accordance with the intrinsic elements of Nurgiantoro's theory.

This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

This study aims to determine community participation in the development of Ke'te Kesu tourism objects in Panta'nakan Lolo Village, Kesu District, North Toraja Regency and the factors that influence community participation in the development of Ke'te Kesu tourism objects in Panta'nakan Lolo Village, Kesu District. North Toraja Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique used is the data analysis technique in the field with several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The informants in this study were the managers of the Ke'te Kesu tourism object and the community around the Ke'te Kesu tourist attraction with a total of 7 people. Based on the results of research, the local community is very involved in the development of the Ke'te Kesu tourist attraction by giving contributions of energy and ideas, seen from actively maintaining the cleanliness and preservation of the Ke'te Kesu tourist attraction and providing evaluation to the manager. Ke'te Kesu tourism object has a big influence on the surrounding community.

Poda Na Lima is Angkola-Mandailing local wisdom means five advices which are used as a basis for the formation of islamic character of its people in their life. This local wisdom has dealt with islam such as to maintain cleanliness and purity both mentally and physically. This study explains about how Islamic character based on “Poda Na lima” local wisdom in Angkola-Mandailing community. The five basic values of Poda Na Lima are paias rohamu (the obligation to purify your hearth), paias pamatangmu (the obligation to purify your body), paias parabitonmu (the obligation to clean your clothes), paias bagasmu (the obligation to clean your house) and paias pakaranganmu (the obligation to clean the environment). This type of research was qualitative using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are done by observation, in-depth interviews and literature review that examines directly about Poda Na Lima. Data analysis used systematically starting from data collection, data presentation, data reduction to draw conclusions. The result of this study shows that those traditions were very important identities to of Angkola-Mandailing community particularly to perform a good character and personalities to build a clean and healthy community order. And also become a guideline and foundation of life held by every Angkola-Mandailing ethnic group in managing life.

Public services are implemented to provide satisfaction for service users whose implementation requires the principles of service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with 8 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City, is in the quite effective category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research that service procedures are in the effective category, employee discipline is in the effective category, fairness of service delivery is in the quite effective category, the reasonableness of cost is set effectively, service convenience is in the quite effective category.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

The aim of study is to know the students’ mathematics critical thinking ability on the topic of lines and sequences arithmetic in pandemic Covid-19 period at SMA Negeri 1Padang Bolak. The approach of the research used qualitative descriptive and data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusion. Instrument of the research used test and semistructure interview. the result of the research shows the average of students’ mathematics critical thinking ability on the topic of lines and sequences arithmetic in SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak  is 67.26 (enough category). Only 8 from 10 students are able to answer three question completely and the rest are able to answer one from three questions.

Artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial dalam sentra pelayanan publik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian berupa penggunaan maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial sesuai dengan tingkatan yang sesuai dalam sebuah interaksi. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah dua contoh video pelayanan publik yang diperoleh dari situs youtube. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik simak catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dan menggunakan alur pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan secara tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan representasi maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial dalam sentra pelayanan publik mengarah pada (1) penggunaan kata dasar. (2) penggunaan vokal dalam sebuah kata. (3) penggunaan suku kata terakhir sebuah kata. dan (4)  penggunaan konsonan dalam sebuah kata.Katakunci: kolokial,  kuantitas,  maksim,  pelayananAbstract:This article will describe the maxim of quantity of colloquial use in public service centers. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data in this research is the use of maxim of quantity in colloquial use based on the appropriate level in an interaction. Sources of data in the study are two examples of public service videos obtained from the YouTube site. Data collection was conducted by using note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used the theory of Miles and Huberman and the flow of data collection, data reduction and conclusion. The results show that the representation of maxim of quantity in colloquial use in public service centers leads to (1) the use of basic words. (2) the use of vowels in a word. This study aims to analyze the use of Instagram in the marketing of Alkhalif Tempe Chips small and medium business products during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were the owners of Alkhalif Tempe Chips UKM. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The techniques used in data analysis are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is done to explain the validity of the data by using source triangulation. The results showed that the use of Instagram in product marketing for small and medium-sized businesses Alkhalif Tempe Chips included: (1) The use of Instagram by Alkhalif Tempe Chips SMEs in product marketing through Instagram features, namely, Upload photos and videos, Captions, comments, Likes, Instagram Stories, IGTV, Hasthagh, Direct Message; (2) The use of Instagram as a product marketing medium for Alkhalif Tempe Chips SMEs provides benefits in business development, namely being one of the strong drivers for SMEs to continue to develop their business; (3) The problems that occur in marketing Alkhalif Tempe Chips products through Instagram are in terms of managing Instagram media, namely the slow response of buyers because the owner himself manages Instagram. And also buyers who compare prices with other sellers; (4) The income of Alkhalif Tempe Chips UKM in marketing products through Instagram has increased sales by up to 40% with previous sales.
