The final measure of success of an HR Department is work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work stress has on work performance of empolyee at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, to find out how much influence discipline has on employee performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, and to determine the Effect of Work Stress and Discipline Towards Employee Job Performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive explanation. The population in this study were employees of PT Surya Menara Pratama South Jakarta with a sample of 60 and the sampling technique used was the Simple Random Sampling technique. Furthermore, the analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination test correlation coefficient test, simple regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test (test partial), f test (simultaneous test). The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work stress has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3.902, a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 0.436 and a regression equation Y = 24.167 + 0.436X1. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work discipline has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3,500, a significance value of 0.001, a regression coefficient of 0.400 and a regression equation Y = 25.804 + 0.400X2. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work stress and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance with a Fcount of 10.923, a significance value of 0.000, a coefficient of determination of 0.252 and a regression equation Y = 17.293 + 0.332X1 + 0.273X2.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. This research is aimed at to know the positive influence on the quality of service guides to tourist satisfaction mandarin Chinese. Sample in this study were 105 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, interview, and literature study. Data were analyzed using analysis of Likert scale, validity, reliability, classical assumption (normality test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis (t test and f), the analysis of correlation and coefficient of determination. The result of analysis shows the fifth factor research (tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance) has a positive influence and significant to satisfaction rating of 51.2%. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis states that variable reliability has a positive coefficient 3,599 and greater influence to the satisfaction of Chinese tourists who visit the tourist attraction Uluwatu South Kuta Badung.

PT Telkom Indonesia is one of the best SOE companies in Indonesia. One of the efforts made by Telkom is to always become a good corporate that they have experienced and knowledgeable human resource. This research aimed to determine the effects of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator in PT Telkom Indonesia division of regional II Jabodetabek. The research method used in this research was quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The basic theory used in this research is the basis theory of knowledge sharing and teamwork. The population in this study was Regional II employees of PT Telkom Indonesia that have 95 respondents as the total of respondent in this research. The sampling technique type used non-probability sampling with using convenience sampling. In this research the method was using multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing (T test, F test, and coefficient of determination) using application called SPSS 20 for windows. The research results in this study revealed that there is a positive impact and significant relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance partially; while from simultaneously of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator also has a positive relationship and significant effect. Conclusion from this study showed that teamwork variable moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance in Regional II PT Telkom Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to simultaneously and partially determine and analyze the effect of accessibility and destination image toward the revisit to Tambing Lake. The variables of this research are accessibility (X1) and destination image (X2). While the dependent variable is the revisit (Y). This study used the research method of causal descriptive, with the sample size of 70 people. The sampling of this research used incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Accessibility and destination image simultaneously have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 2). Accessibility partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 3). Destination image partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu aksesibilitas (X1) dan citra destinasi (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu niat berkunjung kembali (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kausal dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan (serempak) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 2). aksesibilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 3). citra destinasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing.

The objective of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality on decision-making, both simultaneously and partially. The research is verificative. The sample involves consumers of Agya car at PT. Hadji Kalla. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of regression equation from the study is -2.887 + 0,237 X1+ 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Product Quality partially has significant to decision-making.                                 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk keputusan menandai baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian verifikatif. sampel adalah konsumen Of Agya di PT. Hadji Kalla. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah beberapa analisis regresi linear. Hasil persamaan regresi dari penelitian ini adalah -2,887 + 0.237 X1 + 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Kualitas produk parsial memiliki signifikan untuk pembuatan keputusan.

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity on tax avoidance. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 with a population of 150 companies. Determination of the sample in this research is by non probabilaty sampling method and by purposive sampling technique, so that the research sample is 63 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis which shows that all independent variables in this study, namely profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity have a positive effect on tax avoidance. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dapat pula dikatakan bahwa semakin motivasi kerja maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).
