The objective of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality on decision-making, both simultaneously and partially. The research is verificative. The sample involves consumers of Agya car at PT. Hadji Kalla. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of regression equation from the study is -2.887 + 0,237 X1+ 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Product Quality partially has significant to decision-making.                                 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk keputusan menandai baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian verifikatif. sampel adalah konsumen Of Agya di PT. Hadji Kalla. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah beberapa analisis regresi linear. Hasil persamaan regresi dari penelitian ini adalah -2,887 + 0.237 X1 + 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Kualitas produk parsial memiliki signifikan untuk pembuatan keputusan.

This study aims to determine the effect of location, price, and product quality on  customer satisfaction of Hanna Kebab Kebumen. The problems raised in this study are the Analysis of the Influence of Location, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction of Hanna Kebab Kebumen, with the aim of knowing how much the influence of Location, Price, and Product Quality on Hanna Kebab Kebumen consumer satisfaction partially or simultaneously Sample data taken in this study are Hanna Kebab Kebumen consumers, amounting to 100 consumers as respondents. Instruments or data collection tools in this study were using questionnaires / questionnaires.  The data analysis tool used in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale). ) Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS Release 22 for Windows.  From the results of the proof of the first hypothesis that the location partially has a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the second hypothesis that prices partially have a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the third hypothesis proving that product quality partially has a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the fourth hypothesis Location, Price, and Quality of Products simultaneously have a significant effect on satisfaction.  R Square determination coefficient value obtained 0.246 means that 24.6% satisfaction is influenced by the location variable, price, and product quality while the remaining 75.4% (100% -24.6%) is caused by other variables.

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. This study aims to test the effect of product quality, price, and promotion onpurchasing decisions. The number of samples in this study were 100 Gresik Telkomsel consumers.Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded thatthe results of simultaneous testing of product quality, price, and promotion of purchasing decisions.The results of partial testing of product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, priceshave a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and promotions have a significant effect onpurchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Purchase Interests in Tambourine NS, and to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of each variable, so that the data analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with test t and F test. In this study, the population was 35 regular customers of tambourine NS products using saturated samples. Data collection was carried out by giving a list of questions to respondents, namely regular customers tambourine NS. Based on the results of the analysis of multiple linear regression tests produce that Product Quality and Price Simultaneously influence 7.625 with a significance of 0.000. While the partial test results of Product Quality partially influence 4,322 with a significance of 0,000 results. another case with Prices which partially does not affect the Consumer Purchase Interest. The most dominant variable in influencing consumer purchase interest is product quality.

The main purpose of this research is to identify the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) towards King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is King Cake’s customers. The sample size is 63 respondents. Respondents are selected using non-probability sampling, which is Purposive Sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The validity and reliability testing to each indicator is taken before performing the multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that  product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) significantly influences King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The finding shows that service quality (X2) gives more significant value towards customer satisfaction (Y) than product quality (X1) does.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion and design on the purchasing decisions of Samsung Smartphones in Ambon City. The population in this study is Samsung Smartphone consumers in Ambon. The sample used was 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. From the F test results it is known that the regression model is feasible to measure the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones to consumers in Ambon City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the t test, the results show that product quality, promotion and design have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Samsung Ambon City Smartphones. This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions. Respondents of this research are customers of Beauty store at Kendari who buy and use Scarlett Handbody products totaling 110 samples. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that purchasing decisions were significantly influenced by celebrity endorsement, product quality and brand image. This study also found that brand image has the strongest role in influencing the purchasing decision of scarlet handbody.

The succeed of company is determined by the existing of human resources. Furthermore, high qualified competences and professionalism of human resources can improve work productivity. This research is aimed to know the influence of integrity, competences, and professionalism to accounting employees’ productivity at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Manado. This is a quantitative causal research. Data were collected by questionnaires and interviews. This study employed 36 respondents. Data were analysed by multiple linear regression analysis. Regression equation result is Y = -13,193 + 0,590X1 + 0,239X2 + 0,817X3 + e. Results show that integrity, competences, and professionalism influence employees’ productivity.  Keywords: Integrity, Competences, Professionalism, and Work Productivity
