Prophetical Ethics on Folklores of Surakarta. This study aims to describe the humanism, liberation, and transcendence ethics as pillars of prophetical ethics on the folklores of Surakarta. The method of investigation used was descriptive qualitative approach by implementing critical analysis methods with the objects of the study were the folklores spread in regional of Surakarta. The collecting data methods used were a literature review, observation, and interviews and there were analyzed with several steps (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions. The result of the study was, the folklores in Surakarta regions provide prophetical values, namely (1) humanism ethics, including: big soul, caring, apologizer, helper; (2) liberation ethics, including: learning, rights fighters, glory, unity, and (3) ethics of transcendence, including: meditation, surrendered, sincerely, and obedience to leaders.

The development of radical understandings and attitudes that also penetrate the campus world that needs to be addressed by including religious moderation and understanding of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in Public Universities in the framework of implementing anti-radicalism education in IRE learning in Public Universities. This study aims to see the integration of moderation values in IRE learning in public universities in the application of anti-radicalism education, as well as what alarms are the obstacles. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with the analysis stages in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that first, the values of religious moderation have been integrated in the learning of IRE in Public Universities through materials related to tolerance, brotherhood (ukhuwah), and the concept of Islamic teachings as a religion of rahmatan lil 'alamin. Second, the implementation of anti-radicalism education in IRE learning at public universities is seen from the content of the Semester Learning Plan (SLP) and Subject Learning Outcomes (SLO), most of the respondents have formulated it, only a small part is not specifically. There are several relationships that exist in the implementation of anti-radicalism education related to reference materials, time, and learning media.

Abstract: This research aims to describe the syntactic errors in the response text of class IX B SMPN 12 Malang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with three sub activities, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. The results of the data analysis on the syntactic errors found in the response text of class IX B SMPN 12 Malang took the form of (1) errors at the phrasal level and (2) sentences. Errors at the phrasal level include (1) incorrect use of prepositions, (2) excessive use of elements, (3) inappropriate use of elements, (4) improper wording, and (5) double pluralization. Syntactic errors at the sentence level include (1) ambiguous sentences, (2) illogical sentences, (3) inappropriate use of conjunctions, (4) excessive use of conjunctions, (5) omission of conjunctions, (6) zero-subject sentences, (7) unpredicated sentences, (8) use of prepositions in transitive verbs, (9) use of unnecessary interrogative words, and (10) incomplete sentences. Keywords: language errors, syntax errors, response text Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kesalahan sintaksis dalam teks tanggapan kelas IX B SMPN 12 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan tiga alur kegiatan, yaitu (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian kesalahan sintaksis pada teks tanggapan kelas IX B SMPN 12 Malang meliputi (1) kesalahan pada tataran frasa, dan (2) kalimat. Kesalahan pada tataran frasa meliputi (1) kesalahan penggunaan preposisi, (2) penggunaan unsur yang berlebihan, (3) penggunaan unsur yang tidak tepat, (4) susunan kata yang tidak tepat, dan (5) penjamakan ganda. Kesalahan sintaksis pada tataran kalimat meliputi (1) kalimat rancu, (2) kalimat tidak logis, (3) penggunaan konjungsi yang tidak tepat, (4) penggunaan konjungsi yang berlebihan, (5) penghilangan konjungsi, (6) kalimat tidak bersubjek, (7) kalimat tidak berpredikat, (8) penggunaan preposisi pada verba transitif, (9) penggunaan kata tanya tidak perlu, dan (10) kalimat tidak lengkap. The song Anoman Obong by Ranto Edi Gudel is a song that uses Javanese. The song was arranged into a choir format by V. Mangunsongs. The arrangement by V. Mangunsongs in the song Anoman Obong is unique, one of which is the combination of story and tragedy in the form of a SATB choir. This study aims to describe the form of the arrangement of the Anoman Obong song composed by Ranto Edi Gudel arranged for the choir by V. Mangunsongs. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interview and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted with competent speakers in this field as well as the aranger of Anoman Obong's song, namely V. Mangunsongs aka Eko Agus Kandung. The stages in analyzing data are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The validity of the data was obtained through the data source triangulation technique. Overall, the Anoman Obong song composed by Ranto Edi Gudel arranged for the choir by V. Mangunsongs has 111 bar rooms. The form of this arrangement is including free or group forms with Introductions (bar 1-24) - Part A (bar 25-35) - Part A '(bar 35-43) - Part B (bar 44-58) - Interlude (bar 58 -66) - Transition (bar 67-86) - Part B '(bar 87-101) - Postlude (bar 101-111). In this work, there are many changes in tempo and dynamic signs to support the atmosphere of Anoman Obong's story and tragedy. The results show that this work can transform a previously simple vocal song into a more complex choir.

This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of marketing in the perspective of Islam according to Islamic economic experts. This is a library research with descriptive qualitative approach. The data is in the form of references related to the topic. It is then analyzed qualitatively by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The result shows that the concept of Islamic marketing still depends on the concept of conventional marketing, where Islamic marketing is only used as a marketing tool. Hence, the opportunity to study deeply about the concept of Islamic marketing is still possible to do.

The type of research is a field research which is described in a descriptive qualitative manner. Data collected by using interviews and documentation and analyzed with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions related to the distribution of zakat. The results showed that productive zakat assistance conducted by BAZNAS has not been effective in the framework of developing mustahik business. There are still many undeveloped mustahik businesses, as follows: for livestock businesses out of 23 mustahik who receive assistance in the form of animals livestock (goats / ducks) there are 11 mustahik that are developing and 12 are not developing, while for agriculture out of 5 mustahik who receive productive zakat assistance, none of them are developing, while for business capital of 11 mustahik there are 4 mustahik whose business is developing and 7 not developing, and for assistance in the form of a home industry of 4 years, only 1 person mustahik who get home industry assistance, namely in 2018 and developing.</em></p><p class="abstrak"> </p></div></div>

This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh, with the aim to answer the question of how the payroll accounting system applied in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively and lasted continuously until complete so that the data has been saturated. Activity in data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, treanggulation and conclusion / verification.The results show PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh has implemented a neat and well-payroll accounting system in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Payroll accounting system in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh is used to overcome errors and irregularities in the calculation and payment of salary. Payroll accounting systems are designed by companies to provide a clear picture of employee salaries so that they are easy to understand and easy to use.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

ABSTRACT   The objective of thisresearch is to find out about the operational requirements of a Daycare Center (TPA) in order to help the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga getting its operational permit. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of the study are the TPA Bright Minds Management and the Caregivers. Data is collected using observations, documentations, and deep interview methods. The collected data isanalyzed using techniques of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that there are two main categories of operational requirements, i.e. adminstrative and technical requirements. The administrative requirements include submision of  TPA founder identity, certificate of domicile from the local headman, structure and detailed role of each of the Board members. The technical requirements are legal and valid documents of ownership/leasing rights of the land and buildings, estimated operational costs of the TPA, plan of TPA implementation standards, and some other additional documents. Thus, based on study's results, it is to suggest that the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga, should immediately strategize an application of its operational permit to the authorities.

Islamic Religious Education is an important and inseparable part of the educational curriculum in Indonesia. Besides being an obligation for its adherents, Islamic learning can instill the values of faith and make students possess noble morals (akhlakul karimah). This study aims to examine and discuss how the implementation process of Islamic education in instilling noble morals in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School). This study uses a qualitative approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as the data analysis. The sample of this study was the principal of the madrasah, vice-principal, students, and teachers of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, the students could possess noble characters. There are eight behaviors that are applied to instill the noble characters, namely habituating the smiles, salaam, and greetings, mutual respect (tolerance), sunnah fasting on Monday and Thursday, performing the Duha prayer, performing dhuhr prayers, reciting the Quran, congregational prayer, and getting used to alms giving (infaq). These eight commendable behaviors are recommended for teachers and principals to be applied in their respective schools.
