The article considers the issue of professional training of future preschool teachers. The example of a new training course for the specialty 012 Preschool education "Art Education of Preschool Children" presents opportunities to improve the quality of education and the formation of information culture of applicants for the second (master's) level of training by the means of information and communication technologies. The current state of the problem is analyzed and the contradictions in the process of teaching professional methods between the existing theoretical basis of professional training of future teachers and the insufficient level of professional competence of graduates, which is partly explained by the low level of motivation of many students to work in preschool education. The scientific research devoted to the application of information and communication technologies in the educational process, the definition of levels of readiness of students to use information and communication technologies and skills of the teacher who has mastered information and communication competence are analyzed. The article presents the results of a study of the levels of formation of artistic competence of undergraduates by motivational, emotional, intellectual, activity criteria and relevant indicators; methods of pedagogical diagnostics are specified. The principles, methods, and forms of using information and communication technologies in the context of the discipline "Art Education of Preschool Children" are revealed. The correlation between forms and methods of interaction of the teacher with pupils based on the use of information and communication technologies is shown. Factors of efficiency of use of information and communication technologies are defined: increase of interest of students to academic discipline, motivation to self-improvement and self-development, modernization of content of educational disciplines by innovative forms of interaction, methods, and receptions of formation of corresponding professional competence at future masters.

The article considers the importance of information and communication technologies for the formation of health-preserving competence of preschool children. The authors propose a detailed analysis of the following concepts: “information and communication technologies”, “health-preserving competence”, “information environment”, “healthy lifestyle”. Based on this analysis, the importance of using information and communication technologies in the organization of the educational process in preschool educational institutions is discovered. The article highlights the possibilities of information and communication technologies for the formation of health-preserving competence of preschool children. The role of information and communication technologies in the organization of information and educational environment of preschool education is figured out. This article evolves the opinion that knowledge, skills, abilities, valuable orientations in the aspect of health-preserving competence should be considered within the information and communication competence as one of its components. The technologies that provide the formation of health-preserving competence of children are described. The following statement is determined: information and communication technologies are one of the priority conditions for health-saving usage of software and hardware in the educational process. The authors substantiate the importance of educational work among children, parents, teachers and administration of preschool institutions to increase their information and communication competence, to organize effective educational process and establish partnership with parents. It is emphasized that methodically correct usage of information and communication technologies contributes to the modernization of the process of health-preserving competence formation of preschool children. Training teachers is an important task of modern pedagogy and requires new approaches to the organization of the educational process. The use of information and communication technologies for the purpose of forming the information competence of the future vocational teacher is an important element of the formation of his professional competence. The article describes the stages of conducting a pedagogical experiment to develop the information competence of a future teacher of vocational training in domestic higher education institutions. The article is focused on the problem of training future tourism specialists using informational and communication technologies. The educational process of preparation requires changing the educational and methodological support in order to give the students the opportunities to master modern professional tools, technologies, methods of creating high quality tourist products. To solve this problem, the authors propose a model for the development of high quality training of tourism professionals through the use of computer 3D-tours. The development of this model took into account the theoretical and methodological basis regarding the professional training of future specialists in the field of tourism, the results of the analysis of educational programs, curricula for training students of the speciality “Tourism” and the data of the pilot experiment. It consists of the following main blocks. The conceptual-oriented block includes concepts, approaches, principles of participation, information and communication technologies. The content-technological block includes the content of the educational project of developing 3D-tours, levels of professional knowledge and skills, as well as types of familiriazation with ICT tools. The educational content of the model takes into account the practical mastery of the student’s professional skills in the development of various 3D-tours. During this process, the ICT tools are introduced gradually in a certain order. The organization-activity block of the model includes forms of organizing the study and technologies for studying. This model entails the involvement of classroom-based and remote, individual, and group forms of organization of the educational process, organization of project development for a detailed analysis of educational topics. The assessment-resultative block includes criteria, metrics and levels. During the development of the model, the results of the activity of thesubjects of the educational process were analyzed in accordance with two groups of criteria: the criterion of formation of professional theoretical knowledge, practical skills of 3D-tour development and the criterion of the level of using modern software and technical means in creative educational development. The developed model allows for increasing the quality of training of future tourism specialists. During the practical application of the proposed model, virtual 3D-tours were developed. Their development has shown the possibility of implementing the model of development of training of specialists in tourism by using computer 3D-tours with the use of modern ICT tools in the study of special disciplines and the attaining professional skills.

Informatization of postmodern society is a promising path to economic, social and educational development. The informatization of education is aimed at the formation and development of the intellectual potential of the nation, the improvement of the forms and content of the educational process, the introduction of computer teaching and testing methods, allows solving problems at the highest level, taking into account world requirements. One of the important directions in the development of informatization of education in the context of a pandemic is new computer technologies. Interactivity, intensification of the learning process, feedback - are the real advantages of these technologies, which necessitated their application in various fields of human activity, primarily in those related to education and professional training. Now, in a pandemic, the number of studies has noticeably increased, the subject of which was the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The article deals with the problem of psychological and didactic aspects of the introduction of information communication technologies in the process of teaching students of higher educational institutions. An analysis of the problems and prospects of using information communication technologies in higher educational institutions was carried out, as a guarantee of building an intensive process of assimilating knowledge, skills, and abilities of students of higher educational institutions.

The article describes the creation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of the future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies. The purpose of this article is to investigate the conditions facilitating the formation of professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies, to create and use application software aimed at increasing the efficiency as well as the degree of automation for providing educational services. According to the purpose, the following tasks have been assigned: pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been proposed; the complex of circumstances necessary for ensuring positive dynamics in the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies has been studied; some ways of improving the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been considered; the ways of raising the professional skills level (proficiency level) of higher education applicants through the development of software applications for educational purposes have been analysed; the project alongside with the software that automates and optimizes the tasks of the subjects of the educational process as well as provides an opportunity to receive relevant and timely information concerning the organization of the educational process have been elaborated; a client-centred education schedule for students of higher education institutions has been developed, taking into account the specificities of the optimal online route. The project includes the following stages: preparatory (cognitive-information), selection of days, time, audience (issues), hierarchyzation of these issues, selection of starting and ending points of the route, after which the route scheme and its optimization are developed. The development of the route scheme and the elaboration of its software are inextricably linked parallel processes. The article highlights the results of the research on information and communication technologies potential possibilities for preschool education quality improvement. During conceptual-diagnostical, organization-preparational, formational and test-generalizing stages of pedagogical experiment in educational establishments there were created necessary material-technical conditions for effective use of ICT in different spheres of preschool education. The research of pedagogical software required for qualified preschool education and other digital educational resources was carried out. It was provided teachers training to use ICT in organization of preschool education and in personal professional development, as well as created methodological support for the implementation of ICT in sphere of preschool education. It has been proved that the quality of preschool education characterizes both the educational process and its results, reflects the level of achieving the aim and tasks of education, upbringing and development of preschool age children and also the level of fulfillment of teachers’, children’s and their parents’ expectations from the use of ICT in the educational process at preschool educational establishments. This article ascertains a significant potential of ICT in the development of preschool teachers IC-competency, organization of education, upbringing and development of children of the upper preschool age, testifies to the importance of cooperation with parents of preschoolers. It presents the experience of using ICT as a didactic tool, which contributed to a more effective realization of the tasks of the main lines of education, which are defined as a basic component of preschool education: “Child’s personality”, “Child in the society”, “Child in the environment”, “Child in the world of culture”, “Child’s game”, “Child in sensory-cognitive space” and “Child’s speech”. The article reveals the significant potential of the use of information and communication technologies for raising the parental awareness about the quality of educational services in the preschool educational institution, as well as for establishing a partnership between the teaching staff and the parent community on all issues of preschool education.

The article analyzes the European standards for the evaluating digital competence, which are an important tool for increasing the level of digital competence of specialists in the field of education. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the essence and importance of forming the digital competence of future vocational training (service sphere) teachers in the process of professional training. Methods. The authors use general scientific research methods as analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of scientific literature. The results. To define the concept of digital competence, the various approaches and terminology used in modern scientific and pedagogical literature have been studied. The semantic content of the concept of digital competence is a leading sign of digital literacy, and characterizes the skills of working in the information and communication environment, and its socio-cultural component (relevant values and personal experience). The effectiveness of information and communication technologies (ICT) is positively influenced by the informatization of the education system, which contributes to the formation of professional competencies of future teachers. One of the defining components of professional competence is the vocational training (service sector) teacher’s digital competence, interpreted as one of the key qualities and skills for effective, informative and systematic use of ICT in their activities, indicating the teacher’s mobility, modernity and competitiveness. Currently, there is a growing demand for education professionals with non-standard thinking and the ability to promote modern content in education. Conclusions. The main attention in the article is focused on the prospects of development of this competence in future specialists in the specialty «Vocational education (Service secrtor)». The authors highlight the structure of the formation of digital competence of future vocational training (service sector) teachers in the process of professional training, namely: digitalization of the educational process, improving efficiency and transformation of interpersonal communication.

This article focuses on the formation of future pre-school teachers’ readiness to use the information and communication technologies (ICT) in the conditions of inclusive education and their training at universities. Authors justify the necessary of formation students’ capability in modern ICT area. In the article, using of the ICT in the conditions of inclusive education for the eldest pre-school children is identified based on the theoretical analysis of scientific literature. The article shows survey results about identifying the main reasons of the obstacles of implemention ICTs in the educational process of pre-school organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The structural and content model “Formation students’ professional competence of ICT using in inclusive environment” was presented. Educational web quest is an example of the introduction of the Internet in the learning process. Using the web quest as a pedagogical technology allows students to form and develop competencies in the use of information and communication technologies in the performance of educational tasks, research skills, skills of analysis and systematization of information received, teamwork skills and responsibility for the quality of their training. The article describes the didactic possibilities of an educational web quest in the educational process of College students.
