<p>In this paper, we study a fractional order COVID-19 model using different techniques and analysis. The sumudu transform is applied with the environment as a route of infection in society to the proposed fractional-order model. It plays a significant part in issues of medical and engineering as well as its analysis in community. Initially, we present the model formation and its sensitivity analysis. Further, the uniqueness and stability analysis has been made for COVID-19 also used the iterative scheme with fixed point theorem. After using the Adams-Moulton rule to support our results, we examine some results using the fractal fractional operator. Demonstrate the numerical simulations to prove the efficiency of the given techniques. We illustrate the visual depiction of sensitive parameters that reveal the decrease and triumph over the virus within the network. We can reduce the virus by the appropriate recognition of the individuals in community of Saudi Arabia.</p>

Machine learning (ML) compact device models (CM) have emerged as an alternative to physics-based CMs. ML CMs can find a mathematical model close to the device characteristics without much prior knowledge, which saves the time of model formation. Additionally, versatile capabilities such as process-awareness, model merging, and fitting new technologies, promote the usage of ML CMs. While ML CMs draw great attention in CAD, their convergence in SPICE has not been carefully studied. Here different activation functions are used to create ML CMs, and then the circuit convergence is tested. We found that inverse square root unit (ISRU) activation has the best convergence. Besides, gate-to-source and gate-to-drain capacitance is founded to benefit the convergence in transient analysis. The circuit convergence rate is 100% for ISRU, sigmoid, and tanh when the capacitor is present. On the other hand, ISRU significantly outperforms other activation functions in DC sweep, achieving 81% convergence. If quasi-static transient analysis is employed to replace DC sweep, 100% convergence is achieved by ISRU. Due to its superior convergence, ISRU is the most promising for future ML CMs in SPICE.

The work investigates into variable informational approaches to modeling power consumption by main drainage facilities of ore mining enterprises with underground mining method. Methodological recommendations for using the models are also designed. The research deals with general methodological approaches to model formation with both power consumption indices for drainage facilities and corresponding costs. Logistics of model formation is substantiated, namely, combination of classic multifactor regression modeling with modern digital modeling methods – automated control systems used for drainage facilities. Principles of building fuzzy logic controllers and algorithms of their functioning under multichannel control are determined in detail. The improved fuzzy logic-based variant is proposed and combined, with correlation analysis, to provide the basis for developing algorithms of the automated control systems of electric power consumption. There is an example of developing a “road map” for implementing a generalized algorithm for automated control systems power flows for two current cases – a selective tariff with limited daily contract-based power consumption and that with a variable tariff. It is established that application of the two-rate hourly tariff with its conditional distribution (Night/Peak) instead of the three-rate tariff (Night/Half-Peak/Peak) on a single-use basis leads to a thirteen percent increase of daily power costs with a single-channel control of the ore flow and a seven percent increase with two-channel control (ore flow and drainage simultaneously). The use of fuzzy logic controllers enables minimizing these losses.

Demand for pure electric vehicles has been found to be increasing over the years. This has necessitated the development of a model that would serve as a predicting machine for manufacturing different types of pure electric vehicles. Direct Artificial Neural Network approach was used for predictions of nine different parameters commonly found in pure electric cars. Predictions were found to be of high degree of accuracy while using unit and overall model errors as the basis of performance measurement. The mean absolute error, mean square error and root mean square error of the model were 0.109, 0.218 and 0.467, respectively, when the combined electric charge consumption was used for modeling. For the model formation, using the same variable, the losses for the training and testing were 3.9132 × 10−6 and 9.698 × 10−7, respectively. The model was also evaluated using redefined datasets. The developed model can be used by manufacturers and engineers to simulate future designs when certain parameters are given.

In the present paper, the authors develop a methodology for stability monitoring of the hydrotechnicaldefensive embankment that is exposed to heavy frequent traffic. The proposed methodology envisages several phases of observation, work and monitoring: (1) macroscopic observations, (2) geophysicalgeoelectric tests, (3) group of exploration works, (4) model formation, (5) establishment of a monitoring system, (6) acquisition data processing and modeling. Four of the six proposed phases are illustrated by the example of the left-bank Danube embankment used by the Kovin coal mine for the needs of coal truck haulage. The results of the performed research indicate that there are no deformations that endanger the defensive function of the embankment. In order to ensure safe coal truck haulage and preserve the function of the embankment, it is proposed to establish a system for geophysical, hydrogeological and geotechnical monitoring, to form a model for simulating the behavior of the embankment for different hydrometeorological conditions (consequently, for different consistency states and material compaction), and for different load conditions.

A feature of the first decade of the XXI century was the shift of the EU from the second to the third position in the competition of global geographical centers of power; the beginning of the third decade was marked by the withdrawal of the UK from the EU. Despite many external and internal challenges, the EU remains committed to its chosen economic model and its unique asset, the Single internal market. The article focuses on the following questions. Why did the neoliberal ideas embodied in the creation of a model for the integration of national markets receive support in Europe in the middle of the XX century? How has neoliberalism strengthened over time? Does the process of developing a common economic policy and expanding the EU's powers run counter to the development of a neoliberal idea? What alternative models compete with the European neoliberal model? How stable is the neoliberal idea in the EU? The subject of the study is the growth of supranational economic regulation in the EU. Using general scientific methods, historical, comparative analysis and abstraction, a schematic representation of the classical market model and the EU model (European model) is given, with the designation of common and special reference elements that ensure economic efficiency. The author describes the three stages of the formation of the European model. It is concluded that the EU's regulatory activities are neoliberal in nature. It is aimed at using market leverage, and the model itself retains a margin of stability. The author argues that the current stage started in 2000 is a stage of a smart neoliberal model formation.
