Abstract This paper studies the “human circulatory statues” which Salomon Reisel designed in the 1670s in order to demonstrate the circulation of the blood and its effect on the brain. It investigates how Reisel intended this project to promote Descartes’ philosophy, and how it relates to contemporary diagrammatic schematizations of the blood circulation system. It further explores Reisel’s claims concerning the epistemological and practical advantages of working with a three-dimensional model and argues that Reisel intended his statua to address the concerns of his fellow physicians and, more specifically, to help in diagnostics. I consider the background, strategy and legacy of the essays in which Reisel presented his devices, as well as their relevance to the general project of the scientific journal – one of the earliest – in which they appeared, the Miscellanea Curiosa. Reisel was a leading physician who acted throughout his life as a mediator between the Royal Society and the Academia Naturæ Curiosorum. His articles, the paper argues, have much to tell us much about the role played by the recently established scientific academies and their journals in shaping the transmission of early modern science and medicine, in terms both of theories and of the knowledge embodied in scientific instruments.

An Improved-Human Blood Circulatory System (I-LBCS) is critical to educate.Be that as it may, it is hard to get it. Thisi-LBCS method to comprehend through LA. This application will give the i-LBCS progressively intuitive and intriguing, in which game -player engaged with the game. The plan and build up a game method on Android Studio (AS) that can assist a student with understanding configurations and standards of significant cells in the Human (HUM) Circulatory and Immune System (CIS) in Human Body (HB). These games generally focused on science subjects for grade HSC Students (STDNT).

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of the theme of healthy is important material for human blood circulation through the pjbl method in class VA students at SDN Rejosari 03 Semarang. The approach used in this research is classroom action research. The population in this study were students of class VA SD Negeri Rejosari 03 Semarang, totaling 27 students 11 boys and 16 girls. Data was collected by means of tests and observations. Tests are given to determine student learning outcomes, while observation aims to determine the difficulties experienced by students when solving problems given by the teacher. The conclusion of this study is that the learning outcomes of the healthy theme are important in the material of the human circulatory system through the pjbl method in class VA of SD Negeri Rejosari 03 Semarang, obtained in cycle 1 students who reached the KKM only found 15 from 27 students or 55.5% while cycle 2 students which reached the KKM as many as 25 from 27 students or 92.5%.

Background and objectives: The blood compatibility of indwelling intravascular catheters is facilitated by the use of antithrombogenic materials. Heparin has typically been used for this purpose; however, since heparin-coated catheters are considered combination products, difficulties meeting the relevant Food and Drug Administration safety recommendations have disrupted commercialization. Other issues include coating durability and the occurrence of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. Polymer coatings are a potential alternative; however, polymer antithrombogenicity in circulating human blood has yet to be demonstrated. The present study aimed to establish the ex vivo antithrombogenicity of a poly-2-methoxyethylacrylate (PMEA) polymer coating applied to a central venous catheter using an artificial human blood circulation system. Methods: The present study used an artificial human blood circulation system to conduct an ex vivo evaluation of the antithrombogenicity of poly-2-methoxyethylacrylate (PMEA)-coated catheters. Human blood samples obtained from volunteer donors were loaded into a circulation system fitted with either a PMEA-coated or uncoated catheter. After 3-h, the catheter was removed and examined using scanning electron microscopy. Protein adsorption on the catheter surface was investigated by shredding the catheter that had contacted the blood inside the circulation system and immersing the pieces in 1 mL of 0.5 N NaOH for 2 days. The amount of protein in the 0.5 N NaOH was determined according to the Lowry method. Results: Adherent fibrin, which forms a sheath on the catheter surface, was observed on uncoated, but not PMEA-coated catheters. Furthermore, the amount of protein adsorption was significantly less with PMEA-coated than uncoated catheters ( p = 0.043). Conclusions: The present findings demonstrated the antithrombogenicity of PMEA-coated catheters in circulating human blood.

[1] The article is devoted to the study of the prevalence of dentition anomalies, including distal occlusion among children and adolescents of school age. Currently, dental anomalies, including distal bite, are widespread among children and adolescents. Dental anomalies lead to functional pathology of morphological disorders of the maxillary region. The changes increase with age and are accompanied by deformation of the facial region of the skull along with aesthetic deviations. Patients often have disorders of the spine position, functional changes in the small blood circulation system and delayed psychosomal development. It tells about the early breaches of the prevention of and untimely provision of orthodontic, prosthodontic and comprehensive medical care.In this regard, an important role is played by the epidemiological situation of dental anomalies. execute information. The diagnosis of distal occlusion is called the lateral segment of the upper dentition, located in front of the lateral segment of the lower dentition and the appearance of the distal stage between them. Treatment and prognosis of distal occlusion of the dentition depends on the patient's age and the nature of the anomalies [1].

A pulsatile circulation system has been built to simulate aortic blood flow. The system has both upstream and downstream compliances and resistances to simulate the elasticity and resistances of blood circulation system. Influences of the compliances and resistances on the pulsatile pressure waveforms have been systematically studied using this system. We found that in absence of the compliances and the downstream resistance, it results in an oversize negative pulsation to the pressure waveforms. The downstream resistance hardly affects the structure of the pressure waveforms, whereas the mean amplitude of pressure increases along with the downstream resistance. The compliance can reduce the peak value of the pressure, which is unrelated to the location of the compliance but related to the elasticity in the system. With fixed upstream system elasticity, the pressure waveform is more stable.
