A study of the prospects spectral-timbre of the acoustic method for their construction and analysis of disperse systems of layers of soils and soils and in particular the possibility of choice from the offered list of the minimum required number of factors and ranges of their actions for the most reliable identification of the structure of the object according to the accepted classification scale; - determination of the qualitative (elemental) and quantitative ratio of the studied dispersed systems, based on indirect measurement and computer calculation methods. An express analysis of dispersed objects in the form of soil layers and soils on a PC based on a tape recording of an acoustic analog absorption signal is developed.

Background: The present study was focused on the development of HPLC method for purity testing of sofosbuvir by the Design of Experiments and determination of the activation energy of hydrolytic degradation reactions of sofosbuvir using HPLC based on the kinetics of sofosbuvir degradation. Methods: Following four factors for the Design of Experiments were selected, stationary phase, an organic modifier of the mobile phase, column temperature and pH of the mobile phase. These factors were examined in two or three level experimental design using Modde 11.0 (Umetrics) software. The chromatographic parameters like resolution, USP tailing and discrimination factor were calculated and analysed by partial least squares. The chromatography was performed based on Design of Experiments results with the mobile phase containing ammonium phosphate buffer pH 2.5 and methanol as an organic modifier. Separation was achieved using gradient elution on XBridge BEH C8 at 50 °C and a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. UV detection was performed at 220 nm. The activation energy of hydrolytic degradation reactions of sofosbuvir was evaluated using two different calculation methods. The first method is based on the slope of dependence of natural logarithm of the rate constant on inverted thermodynamic temperature and the second approach is the isoconversional method. Results and Conclusion: Calculated activation energies were 77.9 ± 1.1 kJ/mol for the first method and 79.5 ± 3.2 kJ/mol for the isoconversional method. The results can be considered to be identical, therefore both calculation methods are suitable for the determination of the activation energy of degradation reactions.

The article examines the process of crystallization of Wood alloy using the ultrasonic method. The dependence of the determination of the speed of sound in three aggregate states of the alloy (liquid, solid, transition (liquid-solid)) was derived. The relation-ship with the amplitude values of the sound signal, a single pulse in determining the speed of sound, as well as in determining the state of the alloy is carried out. The data obtained allow us to analyze the state of the alloy and the measurement time and the specified frequency range directly in the process of crystallization.

One of the basic tasks in shipping is to ensure safe navigation of vessels. The concept of the ship domain is of major importance in the assessment of a navigational situation and the avoidance of ship collisions. It is difficult to determine a ship domain as its shape and size depend on a number of factors. One question to be answered before the determination of the ship domain is which method to use: statistical, analytic, or expert method using artificial intelligence tools; other questions are connected with domain interpretation. The authors have analyzed the ship domain as a criterion for the assessment of ship navigational safety in an encounter situation in the open sea. The research results are used to answer some of the questions.Part 2 includes definitions of the ship domain and ship fuzzy domain. Part 3, in turn, presents methods of their determination as well as relevant questions. The results of the authors' research, described in Part 4, make up a basis for the determination of the domain and ship fuzzy domain. These have been determined with the so-called dynamic domains as a point of departure. The criteria of ship domain and closest point of approach are compared and discussed. Encounters of various size ships are considered in Part 5. The research and its results are described. Both ship domains and ship fuzzy domains of encountering ships are analyzed. Then, conclusions have been formulated in relation to the effect of the sizes of encountering ships on the shapes and sizes of their domains. Final conclusions are given in Part 6.

Use of social media creates positive or negative impacts on adolescents. There are a number of factors enabling adolescents to make use of social media positively. One of the factors studied in this research is the adolescent worldview. The adolescent worldview greatly determines the way she behaves and her attitude towards social media. The result of this research shows that adolescent worldview may release and enables her to reject negative impacts of social media, particularly from modern cultural -isms as relativism, individualism, emotionalism, presentism (present-time ism), materialism, autonomy, victimism, and turn it into a positive impact on herself. Worldviews may be differentiated based on three categories namely religion, spirituality and secularity. This research is conducted by explorative-qualitative approach, using case study research method. Data collection was conducted by in-depth interview with late adolescents.

The methodology of development of building project schedules, proposed in the article, is based on an attempt to combine two independent approaches in order to increase the probability of fulfillment of time limits planned in the CPM schedules during the performance of construction works. The analysis of the risk associated with the planned building project will allow for the determination of those tasks which are most threatened by the exceeding of the planned duration time. The application of time buffers, their proper location in the schedule and the determination of their duration, taking into account the expected risk of delays, allow to develop the schedules that contain the appropriate time reserves to compensating for the possible delays. Such a schedule may serve not only as a reliable basis for the determination of the expected deadline for completion of construction works, but also for the management of these works during performance. Selected components of MOCRA and MP-KP methods were proposed in the article.
