This study aims to test empirically the effect of taxes, foreign ownership, bonus plans and company size on transfer pricing in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. Based on the purposive sampling method, 33 companies met the criteria to be sampled in the study from 2014-2018. The number of samples in the study for 5 years with 165 observations. This study uses a panel data regression model. Based on the results of data analysis research, it can be concluded that taxes have a positive effect, while foreign ownership, bonus plans, and company size have no effect on transfer pricing in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This researcher examines how thin capitalization, profitability, and company size affect tax avoidance. The sample used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2019. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in order to obtain 69 manufacturing companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques with the help of the Eviews 10. This study shows that the independent variable thin capitalization has no effect on tax avoidance. While profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, and company size has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance.

This study aims to measure the level of influence of profitability, asset growth, and company size on changes in capital structure in manufacturing companies. The method used for sample determination is purposive sampling with analytical methods using descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests and multiple panel data regression. The data tested in the study were 112 companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors, consumer goods, and the textile and garment sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that partially profitability had a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while asset growth had a positive and significant effect. Then the company must be able to choose the right combination of financing sources in order to be able to produce optimal profits.

This study aims to examine how much influence Financial Distress, company size, and Leverage have on Audit Delay with Auditor Reputation as a Moderating Variable in All Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 Period. Sampling in the study using the method of purposive sampling obtained 32 companies with a research period of 5 years. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect estimation results using Eviews 9. The results showed that financial distress partially had a positive effect, company size partially had a positive and significant effect on audit delay, while leverage had a positive effect on audit delay.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of several factors that affect the company's sales growth, namely the influence of Accounts Receivable, Firm Age and Firm Size to Sales Growth of companies in the manufacturing sector of consumer goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2012-2016. The dependent variable of sales growth is measured by the proxy of the company's sales amount. Independent Variables Receivables are measured by the firm's receivable account value, the firm's age variable is measured by age since the company stands and the firm size variable is measured by the total assets owned by the company. This research method using approach of quantitative method. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling method with certain criteria and obtained as many as 140 samples of manufacturing companies that meet the criteria. Data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that accounts receivable & firm size affect the company's sales growth. While the age of the company does not affect the company's sales growth.

This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure. The sample is 10 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, using purposive sampling. The technique of analysis used is panel data regression (pooled regression). The results showed that the selected model is the fixed effect. Simultaneously NPM, CR, and Firm Size have a significant effect on capital structure. Partially NPM has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. CR partially have a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Partially Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Variables that have a significant effect on capital structure are NPM and Firm Size. While CR does not significantly affect the capital structure. This research is testing whether tax expense and institutional ownership have an influence on the amount of Related Party Transactions (RPT) both related to sales and expense (RPTSE). The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total sample of 174 out of 58 manufacturing companies with research period in 2016-2018. By using panel data regression analysis, the results showed indicate that the tax expense of the previous year has a significant positive effect on the amount of related party transactions related to sales and expenses (RPTSE). This shows that the tax expense can encourage companies to conduct related party transactions in the following year. Meanwhile, institutional variables do not have a significant effect on related party transactions related to sales and expense (RPTSE).Practically, related party transactions are relatively complex, so that institutional ownership does not guarantee tomonitor of these transactions.

Objective – This study aims to examine the effect of cash holding, earnings management, profitability, company size, and financial leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018.  Design/methodology – This study used hypothesis testing. Samples were selected using purposive sampling as many as 82 companies. Data obtained from annual reports and analyzed using panel data regression analysis method.  Results – The results showed that cash holding, earnings management, and profitability as inde-pendent variables, company size and financial leverage as control variables jointly affect the value of the company. Partially, earnings management has no effect on firm value, while cash holding, profitability, company size, and financial leverage have an effect on firm value.

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age, leverage, and independent commissioners on intellectual capital in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2016-2018 period. The population of this study includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Leverage and Independent Commissioner had no influence on Intellectual Capital. However, the variable company age has an influence on intellectual capital.

Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, fixed asset intensity, and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of this research was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and certain criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness, while the intensity of fixed assets has no effect on tax aggressiveness, and firm size has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The implications of the results of this study provide input to companies in making decisions to minimize the tax burden paid so that companies can be more aggressive towards taxes.
