Abstract - This study aims to describe the influence of leadership style and organizational culture with the mediating variables of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study uses a case study method for employees of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Respondents in this study were 74 employees from management level to staff level. PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 is the analysis technique used in this study. The results obtained are first, Leadership Style has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Second, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Third, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Based on the research results prove that Job Satisfaction can only mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment while the relationship between Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment cannot be mediated by Job Satisfaction. This study explain about the effect employee engagement and emotional intelligence on organizational commitment where job satisfaction is used as mediation variable. The method used in this study is case study on employee of Islamic education institution in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were administered to 100 employees from the management level to the staff level as the respondent. The analysis PLS (Partial Least Square) were used in this study. The results showed that Employee Engagement has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence has significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The results also showed that Job Satisfaction and Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect to organizational commitment, Employee Engagement has significant effect on organizational commitment. And the result showed that Job Satisfaction cannot mediate between Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment, also cannot mediate Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Commitment.

This study aims to analyze the influence of team work, leadership style and organizational culture on nurse performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research unit is nurses at Type B hospitals in Jakarta. The population is 1362 nurses. Methods of collecting data using surveys. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 523 respondents. Data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square SEM-PLS). The results of the study prove that teamwork has a positive effect on nurse performance. Teamwork does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership style does not affect nurse performance. Leadership style does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of teamwork on nurse performance. Organizational commitment can play a role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of leadership style on nurse performance.

The study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment on the Job Satisfaction. The research object is a sample used as many as 90 employees of PT. Heriromadiali, calculated based on the use of saturated samples. The research aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and work environment to employee’s job satisfaction with organizational culture as moderating variable at balai kesehatan penerbangan Jakarta. the research used quantitative method. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least square. 84 public services were used as samples, but 78 samples were given questionaire back. The research revealed that: a) leadership style has impact on work environment (0,549); b) leadership style influences significantly to organizational culture (0,454); c) work environment doesnot have impact on organizational culture (0,161); d) organizational culture has strong relation to job satisfaction (0,840); e) leadership style has not effect on job satisfaction (0,038); f) work environment has not influence on job satisfaction (0,037); g) throught organizational culture, leadership style hassignificant effect on job satisfaction (0,660); and h) throught organizational culture, work environment has not siginificant effect on job satisfaction (0,129).

How is the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction with organizational culture as a moderating variable at the PT WKS Jambi? This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis used the structural-partial least square equation model. Eighty-four employees from each company plantation district were used as samples. The results showed that: 1). leadership style affects the work environment; 2). leadership style has a significant effect on organizational culture; 3). the work environment does not affect organizational culture; 4). organizational culture has a strong relationship with job satisfaction; 5). Leadership style does not affect job satisfaction; 6). the work environment does not affect job satisfaction; 7). through organizational culture, leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction; and 8. through organizational culture, the work environment does not significantly affect job satisfaction.

The sample used was non-civil servant employees at the Department of Industry and Trade in Denpasar City, totaling 75 respondents using saturated sampling to collect the samples. This study used PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results of the study found that career orientation had a positive effect on organizational commitment, career orientation had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction acted as a partial mediating variable on the effect of career orientation relationships on organizational commitment. The implications of this study indicate that in order to increase the organizational commitment of non-civil servant employees of the Denpasar Industry and Trade Service, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors of career orientation and job satisfaction. This shows that career orientation and job satisfaction factors greatly affect the behavior of non-civil servant employees in increasing their commitment to achieving organizational goals. Organizations should provide clear career orientations to non-civil servant employees and able to give opportunities to develop their values ​​at work.

A cooperative is a business entity owned and operated by an individual for the benefit of members. The business outgrowth is aligned with the small-medium business expansion in the local area, Bali as general. The objectives of this study are to examine the effect of employee empowerment, job stress, organizational commitment, job satisfaction at the Financial Services Cooperative in Denpasar and to examine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of employee empowerment on organizational commitment at the Financial Services Cooperative in Denpasar. The data for this study conducted from representable cooperatives in Denpasar based on the criteria of a minimum asset, and Good cooperate governance score, this researched collected 63 numbers of respondents by random sampling method. This study is implemented qualitative and quantitative research by spreading the questionnaire to the respondence and also interviewed after the respondence filled up the questionnaire, Partial least square (PLS) has been used as hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that (1). Employee empowerment process is effect positively significant to job satisfaction for the cooperatives employment, (2). Work field pressure has a positive effect on job satisfaction, (3). Work field pressure is positive but insignificantly effect to the organizational commitment, (4). Job satisfaction is showing positive insignificant effect toward the organizational commitment, (5). This research found that mediation factor between commitment and employee empowerment is work satisfaction.

The purpose of the organization is to obtain maximum results and also pay attention to performance in the process of these objectives. The description of the research aims to explore the relationship between leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. The independent variables of this research are leadership and organizational culture. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and performance are included in the dependent variable. This research was conducted at the Department of Transportation (Samarinda City) consisting of 83 respondents. Research is descriptive and quantitative. Data collection by questionnaire by testing the leadership and organizational culture on performance and moderated by the variable job satisfaction. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. Empirical findings indicate that leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on performance. On one hand, the results of the study also showed that job satisfaction had a negative and not significant effect on performance. Researchers who have a focus on the variables in this study, in order to be able to use the criteria for selecting more respondents and more detailed in the future.

This study analyzes the successful implementation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through the roles of job satisfaction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at the Indonesian Electrical Contractors Associations using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. A number of 100 respondents were asked to fill in a questionnaire distributed via a google form. The results explain that both organizational commitment and organizational culture affect positive behavior (OCB) while job satisfaction does not. These three variables have implications for behavior change represented by culture, job satisfaction, and commitment.  Thus, it is possible to deduce that the success of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is influenced by organizational commitment and culture that shape employee professionalism. As for job satisfaction, it must be improved through a competitive salary system, support among employees, and a conducive work environment.

The focus of this research is how to improve employee engagement at the PT.X head office by examining the relationship between organizational culture and organizational perceptions of employee engagement with organizational commitment as a mediator. This research uses quantitative approach, which is a study that aims to explain a cause of the occurrence of social phenomena, which the phenomenon will be explained by conducting an objective measurement. Primary data collection through the dissemination of questionnaires to 74 respondents. Data analysis using the partial least square equation model or can be known as SEM-PLS. Based on the results of research that has been found, it can be concluded that organizational culture variable does not give a significant direct positive influence on employee engagement, whereas when viewed on variables perceived organizational support and organizational commitment, these two variables have a significant positive direct affect on employee engagement. If the direct influence relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement does not have a significant influence, but when the variable is mediated by organizational commitment, then the results state that there is a significant positive influence relationship between the two variables.  This shows that the organization's commitment to succeed has a significant role in mediating the relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement.
