The sample used was non-civil servant employees at the Department of Industry and Trade in Denpasar City, totaling 75 respondents using saturated sampling to collect the samples. This study used PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results of the study found that career orientation had a positive effect on organizational commitment, career orientation had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction acted as a partial mediating variable on the effect of career orientation relationships on organizational commitment. The implications of this study indicate that in order to increase the organizational commitment of non-civil servant employees of the Denpasar Industry and Trade Service, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors of career orientation and job satisfaction. This shows that career orientation and job satisfaction factors greatly affect the behavior of non-civil servant employees in increasing their commitment to achieving organizational goals. Organizations should provide clear career orientations to non-civil servant employees and able to give opportunities to develop their values ​​at work.

Abstract - This study aims to describe the influence of leadership style and organizational culture with the mediating variables of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study uses a case study method for employees of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Respondents in this study were 74 employees from management level to staff level. PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 is the analysis technique used in this study. The results obtained are first, Leadership Style has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Second, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Third, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Based on the research results prove that Job Satisfaction can only mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment while the relationship between Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment cannot be mediated by Job Satisfaction. In this era of globalization, competition is so high. An organization will be able to survive, compete and even thrive if an organization's performance continues to operate effectively and efficiently. This study aims to examine and analyze whether job satisfaction to OCB with mediation effect on organizational commitment in PT. Pilih Utama. The population of this research were 52 PT. Pilih Utama employees and use all of the population for sampled. Methods of statistical analysis was used “Partial Least Square” (PLS) with the help of SMART PLS software and “Statistical Product and Service Solutions” (SPSS) 17.0. This study was found a significant positive effect on job satisfaction to OCB, a significant positive effect on job satisfaction to organizational commitment, a significant positive effect on commitment organizational to OCB, and proves that organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction to OCB

Job characteristics are the nature of the task that includes the responsibilities, tasks and levels of satisfaction derived from the work itself. Compensation is something that employees receive in exchange for the contribution of their services to the organization. Job satisfaction is a set of employee feelings about the fun or the absence of their work. Organizational commitment is a desire or encouragement from within an individual to take an active role in making endeavors to realize organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job characteristics and compensation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment on LPD staffs of the Kerambitan, Tabanan. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The sample in this research is 86 employees in all LPD Kerambitan Tabanan. Data analyst method used is SEM analysis (Structural Equation Modeling) based on component or variance that is PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of research indicate that job characteristic and compensation variable have positive effect to job satisfaction. Job characteristics do not affect organizational commitment, while compensation has a positive effect on organizational commitment either partially or through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment.

This study discussed employee turnover as one of the crucial problems faced by every organization. This study sought to analyze the determinants of turnover intention, such as job insecurity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The objects of this study were newcomer lecturers of private Islamic universities in East Java Province, Indonesia. To analyze the relationship among independent variables and dependent variable; this study employed a correlation path model. To build the structural formulation of the correlation path model, this study used the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study found that job insecurity influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive impacts on the turnover intention. In contrast, job insecurity did not have a direct significant impact on the turnover intention, but it had indirect effect that influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

This study aims to analyze the influence of team work, leadership style and organizational culture on nurse performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research unit is nurses at Type B hospitals in Jakarta. The population is 1362 nurses. Methods of collecting data using surveys. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 523 respondents. Data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square SEM-PLS). The results of the study prove that teamwork has a positive effect on nurse performance. Teamwork does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership style does not affect nurse performance. Leadership style does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of teamwork on nurse performance. Organizational commitment can play a role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of leadership style on nurse performance.

<p>This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, income, and locus of control on financial behavior. The population in this study were Lecturers at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. The sample size was taken as many as 80 respondents, with methods through nonprobability sampling, purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (2) financial technology has no influence and is not significant in financial behavior. (3) income has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (4) locus of control does not influence financial behavior.</p>

To trigger consumer transactions in order to buy a certain product and encourage aggressive purchasing decisions. One trick is that promotion is able to stimulate demand for a product. With the promotion, it is expected that consumers will want to try these products and encourage existing consumers to buy products more often so that re-purchases will occur and the sales volume of a company's products will increase. Promotion is an important factor in realizing the sales goals of a company. In order for consumers to be willing to subscribe, they must first be able to try or research the goods produced by the company, so that buyers can be sure of these goods. Targeted promotion is expected to have a positive effect on increasing sales. Promotion is an important aspect of marketing management and is often said to be a continuous process. With promotion, people who are not interested in buying a product will be interested and try the product so that consumers make a purchase. The type of promotional mix is ​​the combination of the best strategies from the variables of advertising, personal selling, and other promotional tools, all of which are planned to achieve the goals of the sales program. This study aims to examine the effect of promotion on glove purchasing decisions. Respondents of this study used 150 research samples at various hospitals, namely doctors and health workers, the tools used in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of competition in the field of providing hotel lodging services, where the growing development of tourism causes the growth rate of tourism accommodation such as hotels to also increase. This causes non-star hotels as one of the providers of hospitality services to also improve to face this competition by changing the system they have in order to still have an advantage over their competitors. In this study using respondents as many as 91 people with quantitative analysis and testing the research path test was carried out using the Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) 2.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the research analysis, it was found that internal marketing had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had an insignificant positive effect on service quality, and internal marketing had a significant positive effect on service quality. The implementation of this research is to maintain and improve internal marketing by rewarding work performance, to increase job satisfaction by listening more to the suggestions given by employees, and to maintain and improve service quality by always giving personal/special attention to guests who stay and understand the special needs of staying guests. In addition, the results of this study also create a gap for further research, where the relationship between internal marketing and service quality has no significant positive effect.

Senior High School (SMA) institution is an educational institution that is required to bring out graduates so they can join public universities (PTN) and become prime human resources. So school educational institutions need human resources such as school principals and teachers as organizational wheels to drive activities. To achieve these goals, the school is required to pay attention to the work commitment of the teachers by paying attention to career development variables and job satisfaction, this is based on career development that runs in an organization that can increase their commitment to the organization in achieving organizational goals because the teachers have job satisfaction with the existing job promotion system so as to improve work quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in a highschool in Jakarta teachers. Researchers distributed questionnaires to all teachers who teach at a highschool in Jakarta, totaling 55 respondents to be the sample for the entire study. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), through the Partial Least Square approach. The results of this study show that career development affects organizational commitment to teachers of a highschool in Jakarta and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment of a highschool in Jakarta teachers. Lembaga institusi Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang dituntut untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul agar dapat masuk PTN dan menjadi sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Oleh karena itu, institusi lembaga pendidikan sekolah memerlukan sumber daya manusia sebagai penggerak roda kegiatan seperti kepala sekolah dan guru dalam roda organisasi. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut pihak sekolah dituntut untuk memperhatikan komitmen kerja bapak/ibu guru dengan memperhatikan variabel pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja. Hal tersebut didasarkan atas pengembangan karir yang berjalan dalam sebuah organisasi dapat meningkatkan komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi karena karyawan bapak/ibu guru memiliki kepuasan kerja dengan adanya sistem promosi jabatan yang ada sehingga meningkatkan kualitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh bapak/ibu guru yang mengajar di sebuah SMA di Jakarta yang berjumlah 55 responden. Metode analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), melalui pendekatan Partial Least Square, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta.
