The objective of this study is to learn the influence of work team and school culture toward decision making of high school in Jakarta. This study was the quantitative approach, and  path analysis method was applied to analyze the data. In this study, principals of state high school have been chosen as a unit analysis and 91 samples of state high school in Jakarta. The results of this study showed that: (1) work teams have a direct positive effect on decision making; (2) school culture has a direct positive effect on decision making. At last, this study suggested that work teams and school culture were important determinants of the principal’s decision making.

The purpose of this research is  to  determine the influence of managerial ability and creativity on headmaster’s decision making in Junior High School of Counties and Tangerang City.The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument from questionnaire. The number of 60 headmaster’s sample was selected by simple random sampling.The result of this research indicated that: 1) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making, 2) there is a direct positive effect of creativity to headmaster’s decision making and 3) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to creativity.    Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kreatifitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 60 kepala sekolah dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, 2) ada pengaruh positif langsung kreatifitas terhadap keputusan kepala sekolah. membuat dan 3) ada efek positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap kreatifitas Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kreatifitas

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, personality, and trust toward organizational commitment of outlet leader in Bank Negara Indonesia, Regional Office, Senayan Jakarta. The study was conducted on organizational commitment of 98 outlet leaders selected from the target population of outlet leaders using a quantitative approach with path analysis method. Hypothesis testing shows: (1) organizational culture has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment; (2) personality has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment; (3 trust has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment; (4) organizational culture has a direct positive effect on trust: (5) personality has a direct positive effect on trust (6) organizational culture has a direct positive effect on the personality: To improve the commitment of the organization of outlet leaders in Bank Negara Indonesia, the Regional Office of Senayan Jakarta. This study aims to investigate the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) toward investment in Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS), effect of investment in Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) toward Return on Asset (ROA), and effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) toward Return on Asset (ROA) Islamic Bank in Indonesia.Methodology that used in this study is a quantitative approach. Technique analysis that used in this study is path analysis. Samples are used in this study collected from Islamic Bank Statistic Data issued by Bank Indonesia, January 2009 until October 2013, the total amount were 58 data.The results show that Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has significantly negative effect on Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS). Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) has not significantly effect on Return on Asset (ROA). Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has significantly positive effect on Return on Asset (ROA). Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) with Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) as intervening variable have negative effect on Return on Asset (ROA) Islamic Bank in Indonesia.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

This text aims to present an experience in sociology classes in the high school of the authors: the parliamentary simulation. The activity was carried out in two high schools of the state network of Ceará, both located in peripheral neighborhoods of the state capital, Fortaleza. The experiences in schools occurred in the 2013, 2014 and 2015 school years. The Freirean dialogic method was used as a reference for classroom activities. With this experiment it was possible to verify significant differences between the activities carried out in the two schools analyzed, mainly due to the school culture of each school. In addition, the activity underwent modifications between and even during the applications, in order to allow favorable adaptations to the development of the action and also to the learning of the students.ResumoEste texto tem por objetivo apresentar uma experiência desenvolvida durante as aulas de sociologia no ensino médio pelos autores: a simulação de parlamento. A atividade foi realizada em duas escolas de ensino médio da rede estadual do Ceará, ambas localizadas em bairros periféricos da capital do estado, Fortaleza. As experiências nas escolas ocorreram nos anos letivos 2013, 2014 e 2015. O método dialógico freireano foi utilizado como referência para as atividades em sala de aula. Com esse experimento pôde-se constatar significativas diferenças entre as atividades realizadas nas duas escolas analisadas, devido, principalmente, à cultura escolar de cada estabelecimento. Every company wants high-performing human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Putra Karella Mare directly and mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another with the intention to test hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis (PATH) using the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect not significant on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance if mediated by job satisfaction

ABSTRAKSumatera Barat telah dinobatkan sebagai destinasi wisata halal terbaik di dunia karena memiliki halal destination attributes yang sangat ramah terhadap wisatawan Muslim. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan bagaimana pengaruh halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat terhadap experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diuji dengan teknik analisis jalur dan diolah menggunakan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat berpengaruh postif signifikan terhadap experience quality wisatawan Muslim dan destination satisfaction. Kemudian, ditemukan juga pengaruh positif signifikan antara experience quality terhadap destination satisfaction. Dengan mengoptimalkan halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat, maka akan meningkatkan experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim yang berkunjung. Hal ini menjadi penting karena akan berdampak terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan Muslim ke Sumatera Barat.Kata Kunci: Destinasi Wisata Halal, Halal Destination Attributes, Experience Quality, Destination Satisfaction, Wisatawan Muslim. ABSTRACTWest Sumatera has been named the best halal tourist destination in the world because it has halal destination attributes that are very friendly to Muslim tourists. In this study, it will be explained how the influence of halal destination attributes in West Sumatera on experience quality and destination satisfaction of Muslim tourists. This study uses a quantitative approach which is tested with path analysis techniques and processed using the AMOS program. The results of the study found that halal destination attributes in West Sumatera have a significant positive effect on the experience quality of Muslim tourists and destination satisfaction. Then, it was also found that experience quality has a significant positive effect on destination satisfaction. By optimizing the halal destination attributes in West Sumatera, it will increase the experience quality and destination satisfaction of visiting Muslim tourists.
