This study aims to investigate the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) toward investment in Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS), effect of investment in Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) toward Return on Asset (ROA), and effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) toward Return on Asset (ROA) Islamic Bank in Indonesia.Methodology that used in this study is a quantitative approach. Technique analysis that used in this study is path analysis. Samples are used in this study collected from Islamic Bank Statistic Data issued by Bank Indonesia, January 2009 until October 2013, the total amount were 58 data.The results show that Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has significantly negative effect on Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS). Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) has not significantly effect on Return on Asset (ROA). Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has significantly positive effect on Return on Asset (ROA). Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) with Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) as intervening variable have negative effect on Return on Asset (ROA) Islamic Bank in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the influence of extravert personality and distributive justice on counterproductive behavior teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was carried out using a quantitative survey with path analysis applied in testing hypotheses. Members of 95 teachers from high schools in Matraman Regency as samples were selected by simple random sampling. This study concludes: (1) There are direct negative effects of extravert personality on counterproductive behavior (2) There are direct negative effects of distributive justice on counterproductive behavior (3) There is a direct positive effect of extravert personality on distributive justice (4) There is a direct negative effect from extravert personality to counterproductive behavior through distributive justice.

The research was conducted of Customs and Excise Training Center by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number of 50 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment (2) There is a direct negative effect of work stress on commitment organization (3) There is a direct negative effect of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the effect of the murabahah margin rate to Financing to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Financing on Indonesian Sharia Banks in the period 2010-2012. This study uses quantitative approach by using path analysis with three kinds of variables, which are murabahah margin rate as an exogenous variable, Financing to Deposit Ratio as an intervening endogenous variables and Non Performing Financing as an endogenous variable. The Sharia Banking industry is used as sample in this study, which consist of Sharia Comercial Banks (BUS) and Sharia Business Unit of a Conventional Bank (UUS). Furthermore, this study uses secondary data which conducted by collecting monthly financial statements for three years.The results showed that murabahah margin rate has significantly negative effect to Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of Sharia Banking in Indonesia. Meanwhile, murabahah margin rate has significantly positive effect to Non Performing Financing (NPF). It also happens to the effects of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) to Non Performing Financing (NPF) of Sharia Banks in Indonesia period 2010-2012.

Entrepreneurship of principals in the educational environment to enhance students' creative behavior and achievements through innovation and the development of learning methods is very important. The principal has the task of managing resources and taking advantage of opportunities in improving the quality of education. This study aims to discuss the significant variables in increasing entrepreneurship principals. The study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. The research sample was 334 Principals of Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle and High Schools in Central Java Province. Data collection was carried out by studying documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by path analysis with the AMOS program. The results showed that the rank and tenure as a teacher had a positive and significant effect on the tenure as a principal. While the use of social media has a significant negative effect. Of the various independent variables observed, only the existence of opportunities that had a significant positive effect on the ability of innovation of the principal. While the variables that significantly influence the development of learning methods are the ability of innovation and the presence of opportunities. The development of learning methods and the existence of opportunities will subsequently have a positive effect on improving student achievement, as the ultimate goal of developing entrepreneurship by the principal. Pathways to improve the entrepreneurship of principals are the existence of opportunities, tenure as principal, innovation and the development of instructional media. The purpose of the research to be achieved is to analyze the effect of family work conflict on job satisfaction, the effect of family work conflict on the desire to leave, the effect of job satisfaction on the desire to leave, and the influence of family work conflict on the desire to leave through mediating job satisfaction. Analysis using path analysis states that family work conflict has a negative effect on job satisfaction, family work conflict has a positive effect on the desire to leave, job satisfaction negatively influences the desire to leave, and job satisfaction mediates family work conflicts against the desire to leave. Suggestions that can be given are the management of the personnel department of The Jayakarta Hotel Bali should always pay attention to the factors that cause work conflicts of the employee's family in the workplace so as not to cause difficulties in fulfilling roles in the family and difficulties in fulfilling roles in the work. RumateFakultas Ekonomi dan Binis, Magister Ilmu Ekonomi dan BisnisUniversitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado ABSTRAK Kota Bitung merupakan kota yang strategis dan mempunyai daya tarik sehingga banyak dilihat oleh investor.  Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya jumlah investasi berupa perusahaan/industri yang masuk Kota Bitung. Dan juga merupakan pelabuhan samudra terbesar di Sulawesi Utara. Dengan banyaknya potensi yang ada di Kota Bitung di harapkan pemerintah kota mampu untuk menggali setiap potensi yang ada guna untuk membangun dan mensejahtrakan masyarakat Kota Bitung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh PAD dan dana perimbangan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi serta dampaknya pada kemiskinan di Kota Bitung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah  (PAD) berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik. Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat kemiskinan dan signifikan secara statistik. Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kota Bitung akan tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik. Kata Kunci: PAD, Dana Perimbangan, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Tingkat Kemiskinan ABSTRACT Bitung is a strategic city and has so much appeal seen by investors. This is evident from the large number of investments in the form of companies / industries are entering the city of Bitung. And is also the largest ocean port in North Sulawesi. With so many potential that exists in the city of Bitung in the hope that the municipality is able to explore every potential that exists in order to build and prosperios people in Bitung. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of the region own source revenue and the balance funds on economic growth and its impact on poverty in the city of Bitung. The analysis technique used is the analysis of the path (Path Analysis). The results showed that the region own source revenue  has a negative effect on economic growth but not significantly. Balance Fund has a positive effect on economic growth but not significant statistically. region own source revenue and the Economic Growth negatively affect poverty levels and statistically significant. Abstract: The present research was conducted at Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to influence of credit portfolio to non perfoming loan (NPL) and profitability (ROA) in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Convensional in Riau. The population of this research is a Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Convensional from annual report are listed in Perbarindo Riau during 2009-2013 with the number of saturation samples are 33 BPR in Riau. This research apply on using portofolio credit based on a type of used that is working capital loan, investment loan and consumer loan as an exogenous variable, credit quality (NPL) as an intervening variable and profitability (ROA) as a endogenous variable. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The result of this study indicate that working capital loan through credit quality indirectly significant negative effect on profitability, but the working capital loan directly positive effect on profitability. While investmen loan and consumer loan positive impact on profitability either directly or indirectly throught credit quality. Finally, credit quality and negative significant effect on profitability.             This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of company growth, capital structure, and profitability on the value of the company. The object of  this research is manufacture companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sample of this research is selected through purposive sampling. There are 21 companies of 146 manufacture companies selected as the samples. The data were analyzed with path analysis. The research showed that company growth did not have significant direct effect on the value of company, while the capital structure and profitability had significant effect on the value of the company. Company growth and capital structure did not have significant effect on the value of company through profitability. Company growth had negative effect on profitability while profitability had positive effect on the value of the company. Profitability is not able to be the intervening variable.Keywords : company growth, capital structure, profitability, and value of the company.

The objective of this study is to learn the influence of work team and school culture toward decision making of high school in Jakarta. This study was the quantitative approach, and  path analysis method was applied to analyze the data. In this study, principals of state high school have been chosen as a unit analysis and 91 samples of state high school in Jakarta. The results of this study showed that: (1) work teams have a direct positive effect on decision making; (2) school culture has a direct positive effect on decision making. At last, this study suggested that work teams and school culture were important determinants of the principal’s decision making.
