This study aims to: analyze the student learning outcomes using the problem-based learning model, compare to the student learning outcomes using the direct learning model. The type of this study is experimental research that is the factorial design. The study population is all of the students in class X. Therefore, the research sa DLMes are the students of Class X of Culinary Art 1 as the experimental class and the students of Class X of Culinary Art 2 as the control class. The researcher analyzed the data using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) two-way Anova after accoDLMishing the normality and homogeneity test requirement. Based on the result of hypothesis test using ANOVA technique, the researcher found that: (1) the student learning outcomes of cognitive aspects using problem-based learning model was significantly higher than the student learning outcomes using the direct learning model.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of problem-based learning to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Basic Competencies for Maintaining Brake Systems at SMK Negeri 2 Kupang. This study used a 2x2 factorial research design with experimental methods with a quantitative approach, consisting of two classes: the experimental and control classes. The control class is taught using a direct learning model, and the experimental class is taught using a problem-based learning model. The research sample was 70 students, 36 students from TKR 2 class (experiment class), and 34 students from class XI TKR 3 (control class). The instrument used consisted of a questionnaire of analytical skills, a test of learning outcomes in the cognitive domain, affective domain, and psychomotor domain. This study's results indicate that (1) student learning outcomes using problem-based learning models are significantly higher than learning outcomes for students who use the direct learning model; (2)  the learning outcomes of students who have high analytical skills are significantly higher than the learning outcomes of students who have low analytical skills; and (3) there is an interaction between the use of problem-based learning models and direct learning models on learning outcomes in the basic competency subject of the brake system at SMKN 2 Kupang.

This study aims to determine the level of creativity of students who are taught using problem based learning models and students who are taught using direct learning models. To find out the learning outcomes of students who have a high level of creativity and creativity level of creativity is low. The method used in this study is Quasi Experimental. The design used is a 2x2 factorial design, because this design can be used to see student learning outcomes before administering treatments and after giving treatments. The results of the study found: (1) the level of creativity of students who study using a learning model based on higher learning outcomes compared to students who learn with the direct learning model; (2) student learning outcomes with a high level of creativity, significantly higher than students who have low levels of creativity; and (3) there is an interaction between the use of learning models and the level of creativity on student learning outcomes. This study concludes that: (1) problem based learning models can improve student creativity; (2) students who have a high level of creativity, higher learning outcomes than students who have low levels of creativity; and (3) there is an interaction between the use of learning models and the level of creativity on student learning outcomes.

This reseach goals to determine how the effect of knowing the effect of using Webblog media on the HOTS Evaluation Based Problem Based Learning Model on Motivation and Student Learning Outcomes in the Material of Reaction Rate. The research method used was an experiment that was modified as needed. The sampling technique used is by using a purposive technique where class XI IPA 4 as an experimental class is taught using Webblog Media in the Problem Based Learning model using and XI IPA 5 as a control class that is taught using Power Point Media in the Problem Based Learning learning model based on HOTS evaluation . The analysis technique used is the mean difference test, the percent increase in learning outcomes, normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results obtained by the average value of the experimental and control classes in the pretest data were 36.25 and 27.25. The post-test scores for the experimental and control classes were 79 and 65.5. Data on the normality and homogeneity test obtained data were normally distributed and the data were homogeneous. The correlation test for the effect of using Webblog media in the Problem Based Learning model on student motivation and learning outcomes is the value of rxy = 0.754 which means there is a positive correlation between motivation and student learning outcomes.

The purpose of descriptive research is to know the tendency of student learning outcomes on V class thematic learning that is taught using project based learning model and inquiry model, comparative to know the difference of student learning outcomes on thematic learning between taught using project based learning and inquiry model. Type of research used is quasi experiment. Techniques of collecting data using tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, prerequisite analysis test (homogeneity test and normality test) and hypothesis test using t test. This research was done in SD N Rejowinangun 1 with sample of class VB and VC with total 54 students. The result of descriptive research shows that (1) the tendency of student learning outcomes in V class thematic learning taught using project based learning model is high, while the inquiry model is low. (2) there is a very significant difference of thematic learning result among students by using project based learning model and inquiry model  = 6.134 with p = 0.000, p value = 0,00 <0.05. It can be concluded that by looking at the average of learning outcomes, the project based learning model has an effect on student learning outcomes compared to the inquiry model.

  ABSTRACT   The introduction of material authentically accompanied with active learning, that is the learning process very effective to increase student learning outcomes. The aim of this research to determine the effect of problem based learning model assisted animation to increase student learning outcomes. This research is a quasi-experimental. The instruments that used in this research was 10 essay test  that have been pass  validity test. The population on this research were all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Berastagi while the sample that taken  was two classes ,that is  X MIPA 7 and X MIPA 8 where X MIPA 8 as the experimental class and the amount of students was 32 students taught with problem based learning model  and X MIPA 7 as  control class and the amount of students was 30, was taught with conventional learning model. There are two kinds of research data that is in form of learning outcomes and observation of student activity. The data on learning outcomes was begins with normality and homogeneity test. The average results of students learning outcomes on experiment class was 87.53 while the control class was 85.14. The activity data are presented on percentage of individual activity classically . The activity for classes taught with PBL model was reach 82.01, while the class taught by conventional learning model was 60.26. There was increasing of students activity with problem based learning model as much as 26.52 %. There was effect of PBL assisted animation to increase student learning outcomes on topic Heat and temperature at grade X-science in SMAN 1 Berastagi, the average was 2.77 >1.67, so that H0 is refused and Ha is accepted .

This study aims to determine: 1) whether the learning outcomes of students taught with problem-based learning models using macromedia flash are better than students taught with direct learning models, 2) whether the learning outcomes of students who have high motivation are better than students who have low motivation,3)  is there an interaction between the two learning models with the level of motivation in influencing student learning outcomes. This research is a quasi experimental study. The population in this study were all grade VII students of MTs Lab. UINSU Medan Academic Year 2018/2019 which consists of three classes. Samples were selected by cluster random sampling of two classes. . The instrument used was a student learning motivation questionnaire and student learning outcomes test. Data obtained from the research instrument were then analyzed using two-way anova in the SPSS 14.0 for Windows program. The results showed that: Student learning outcomes taught by the problem-based learning model were better than students taught by the direct learning model (sig. = 0.027 <0.05), Student learning outcomes that were highly motivated were better than students who were motivated low (sig. = 0,000 <0.05), There is an interaction between the two learning models with the level of motivation in influencing student learning outcomes (sig. = 0.018 <0.05).

The purpose of this study is to know the significant differences of motivation and learning outcomes of science students are learned through the implementation of guided Inquiry learning model with a group of students who were taught through conventional learning in class V SDN 02 Cupak Tangah Padang City. Based on the normality and homogeneity test on the data obtained from the experimental group and the control group is normal and homogenous distribution. The hypothesis test is then tested with t-test and shows thitung = 3.027 and ttable = 2,000 with db = 63 (n1 + n2 - 2 = 32 + 31-2 = 63) and 5% significant level. Based on the test tcount> ttable (3.027> 2,000) then H0 rejected and Ha accepted with the conclusion, "student learning outcomes that apply Inquiry learning model is better than student learning outcomes that apply the conventional learning model in class V SDN 2 Cupak Tangah Padang 2016/2017 ".

This study aims to determine the differences of student learning outcomes using Problem Based Learning Model with Model Project Based Learning on the material Pollution and Environmental Degradation in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sei Bingai T.P 2015/2016 consists of 7 classes with 224 students enrolled. While samples taken by random sampling as much as two classes of 64 students; 32 students of class VII-1 (using Problem Based Learning Model Learning) and 32 classes VII-2 (using Project Based Learning Model). Type of research is experimental. In the experimental class I (using Problem Based Learning Model) obtained an average student learning outcomes at 82.71 with a standard deviation of 4.75, while the experimental class II (using the Model Learning Project Based Learning) has an average of 90.63 with a standard deviation of 5.32. The big difference in learning outcomes is proved by testing the hypothesis by using t-test at the level of α = 0.05, which were encountered (14.14)> t table (1.6697). Hypothesis test used t test showed that the result was significantly different at the level of confidence .Keywords: Hasil belajar siswa, Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning.
