This study aims to prove the influence of the auditor's competence, professionalism and ethics on audit quality. This study uses a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were all auditors in the Bengkulu Province Inspectorate as many as 45 respondents.. The selection of samples tested in this study using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that competence affects audit quality. Professionalism also has an effect on audit quality. Auditor ethics also proved to influence audit quality.

Iyan Ayuba, 2018 the effect of knowledge and attributes of products to customer friendly shopping at pt. hasjrat abadi cabang limboto.            The purpose of this study was to determine how attributes influence consumer knowledge of the product and purchase intentions in PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto and the population in this study are all consumers who never make purchases at PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. Samples were taken using purposive sampling sample size of 50 people . Data analysis technique used is multiple regression . The results showed that : 1 ) . Product attributes significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. 2 ) . Consumer knowledge significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto.

Perkembangan zaman yang berimbas pada perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan sangat memengaruhi ditinggalkannya bahasa Sunda oleh generasi muda. Jika kenyataan tersebut terus terjadi, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa generasi ke depan, bahasa Sunda akan punah. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan remaja Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 86 orang secara purposive sampling yang berasal dari wilayah Bandung Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 70.5814% sehingga dapat dikategorikan cukup. Terdapat sekelompok remaja Sunda di perkotaan yang mengetahui keseluruhan istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda yang ditanyakan, tetapi ada juga kelompok remaja lainnya yang hanya mengetahui beberapa istilah. The development of the times which impacted the changes in various aspects of life, significantly affected the abandonment of the Sunda language by the younger generation. If this fact continues, it is possible that in the next few generations, the Sunda language will become extinct. The problem discussed in this study is the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in the vocabulary of the activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study aims to reveal the mastery of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. 86 persons from Great Bandung areas were chosen purposively as the research samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchen reached an average of 70,5814% so it could be categorized as sufficient. There is a group of urban Sundanese teenagers who know all the terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens that asked, there is also another group of teenagers who only know a few.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax sanctions, tax amnesty, tax knowledge on the level of personal taxpayer compliance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 80 WPOP registered in North Gresik Small Taxpayer Office using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of tax sanctions on WPOP taxpayer compliance which is registered at North Gresik KPP. There is no effect of tax amnesty on WPOP taxpayer compliance registered at North Gresik Small Tax Office. Tax knowledge has a significant effect on WPOP taxpayer compliance that is registered at North Gresik KPP.

<em>This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of competence on the performance of employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, (2) the effect of work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, and (3) simultaneous influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama. This research is causal associative research with quantitative approach. The population of this study is all employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, amounting to 60 people. Data is collected by a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of competence on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, and (3) there is a simultaneous influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama</em>

This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative image and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung. This research was conducted at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung. The number of samples was set at 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that part of the image of the cooperative has a positive and significant effect on savings customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung, service quality has a positive and partially significant effect on savings customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung, and the image of the cooperative and quality Simultaneous service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

This study aims to know the effect of Visual Merchandising, Store Atmosphere and Price Discount on Impulse Buying with Positive Emotion as an Intervening Variable in Ace Hardware Sidoarjo. The sample used were 100 respondents. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique is done by using PLS-SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The </em><em>aim</em><em> of this </em><em>research</em><em> was to</em><em> determine</em><em> the effect of </em><em>celebgram</em><em> credibility and trust on </em><em>intention to buy.</em> <em>The purpose of this research is to give solution for the decreasing problem intention to buy of ngikan restaurant , through some variables such as: celebgram credibility, trust, and intention to buy. </em><em>The sample used in this </em><em>research</em><em> were 168 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used PLS-SEM </em><em>.T</em><em>he results confirms that the probability value on the F test is 0.000 &lt;0.05 and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 6</em><em>3</em><em>.5%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram terhadap niat membeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi atas penurunan minat beli restoran ngikan gading serpong, melalui beberapa variabel seperti: kredibilitas selebgram, kepercayaan, dan niat membeli. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas pada uji F sebesar 0,000 &lt;0,05 dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 63,5%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat membeli.</p><p>Kata kunci: Kredibilitas Celebgram; Kepercayaan; niat untuk membeli</p><p> </p>
