This study aims to know the effect of Visual Merchandising, Store Atmosphere and Price Discount on Impulse Buying with Positive Emotion as an Intervening Variable in Ace Hardware Sidoarjo. The sample used were 100 respondents. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique is done by using PLS-SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Visual Merchandising has an effect on Impulse Buying, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Impulse Buying, Price Discount has no effect on Impulse Buying, Visual Merchandising has an effect on Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Positive Emotion, Price Discount has an on effect on Positive Emotion, Positive Emotion has an effect on Impulse Buying, Visual Merchandising has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion, Price Discount has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of product knowledge on positive emotion, to explain the effect of product knowledge and positive emotion on impulse buying, and to explain the role of positive emotion in mediating product knowledge of impulse buying. The population in this study are consumers of fashion products in Bali. The technique of determining the sample used is purposive sampling method, namely the sample is determined by consideration, namely respondents with Indonesian citizens who are domiciled in Denpasar City and Badung who have been shopping for Zara products. The number of samples used in this study were 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that product knowledge had a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, product knowledge and positive emotion that had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, as well as positive emotion and significantly mediated the effect of product knowledge on consumer impulse buying on Zara products. This study aims to determine the effect of price discount, in-store display, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying at Umama Gallery Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type with a total of 100 respondents who had visited and bought products at Umama Gallery Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 21 program. The results show that price discount have an influence on impulse buying, in-store display have an influence on impulse buying, shopping lifestyle has an influence on impulse buying, and price discount, in-store display, and shopping lifestyle have a simultaneous influence on impulse buying.

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the implementation of good university governance, excellent service in increasing student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. Respondents were 100 people who were members of one of the student institutions within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between good university governance and student satisfaction. There is a relationship between excellent service and student satisfaction. Excellent service strengthens the influence of good university governance on student satisfaction. Keywords : Good University Governance; Excellent Service; Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of positive emotion in mediating the effect of price discounts on impulse buying. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with 110 respondents as a sample through purposive sampling method with adjusted criteria. Price discount has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Price discount has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion. Positive emotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Positive emotion can act as a significant mediating variable between the effect of price discounts on impulse buying. The results of this study indicate that in increasing impulse buying. Iyan Ayuba, 2018 the effect of knowledge and attributes of products to customer friendly shopping at pt. hasjrat abadi cabang limboto.            The purpose of this study was to determine how attributes influence consumer knowledge of the product and purchase intentions in PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto and the population in this study are all consumers who never make purchases at PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. Samples were taken using purposive sampling sample size of 50 people . Data analysis technique used is multiple regression . The results showed that : 1 ) . Product attributes significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. 2 ) . Consumer knowledge significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto.

The purpose of this research to determine the effect of e-Filing implementation,level of tax comprehension, and tax sanction in carrying out their tax obligations. The data were obtained from 178 questionnaires distributed to individual taxpayers who use e-Filing. The population in this research are taxpayers who have used the online SPT reporting program, e-Filing. The sample in this research are 178 individual taxpayers. The method of this sampling is using convenience sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that e-Filing implementation, tax sanction and the level of comprehension taxation has significant effect on compliance. The contribution of this research can provide information about theease of reporting tax returns through e-filing so that more people report taxreturns and pay their taxes and expected to increase knowledge in the field oftaxation.

This study aims to determine the effect of personal background, political background, andcommunity participation as a moderating variable on the supervision of financial management andregional assets. This research was conducted in Pegunungan Bintang Regency using a sample of 31respondents. Sampling method with a saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique usedis the instrument test technique including moderation regression and multiple linear regression. Theresults show partially that the variable background of education, political background, andcommunity participation did not significantly influence the supervision of financial managementand regional assets.

The amount of dividends distributed to shareholders depends on the company's dividend policy. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability on dividend policy with an investment opportunity set as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at companies classified as LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling to obtain 87 observations. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on research results, it is known that profitability has a positive and significant effect on investment opportunity set. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set is able to mediate the effect of profitability on dividend policy.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of stress, motivation and work satisfaction on employee performance at PT One Six Eight Eight at Jakarta. This research was conducted by non-probability sampling method with a type of purposive sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 35 employee at PT One Six Eight Eight at Jakarta. Data analysis using PLS SEM analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that stress, motivation and work satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengaruh stress, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Satu Enam Delapan Delapan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 35 karyawan PT Satu Enam Delapan Delapan di Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa stress, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research aims to examine the effect of tax authorities, tax knowledge and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance with financial conditions and taxpayer risk preferences as a moderating variable. The sample in this study is 100 individual taxpayers who conduct business activities and free work in Pekanbaru Distribution of questionnaires is done by proportional sampling method. The questionnaire distributed was 110, but only 100 could be processed with a response rate of 90.9%. The data analysis technique in this research uses the classic assumption test, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) through SPSS 23. The results of the testing of the research hypothesis indicate that of the nine hypotheses in this study, there were only 2 hypotheses that were not proven, namely hypothesis 5, moderated tax knowledge financial conditions have an effect on taxpayer compliance and hypothesis 7, namely tax service providers moderated wp risk preferences affect taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, 5 more hypotheses have proved to be influential.
