Participants education and training at Human Resource Development Centre of Transport Apparatus became the object of research to take the extent of the condition of leadership and performance effect on there work unit participants education and training and by SPSS through linear regression analysis showed that: Partially t-test results showed that the leadership (X1) had a strong and significant influence on employee performance (Y), for t > ttable was 4.829 > 1.96. Similarly, the X2 form of motivation showed tcount > ttable was 6.639> 1.96. The independent variable X1 (Leadership) and X2 (performance) simultaneously tested by F test strong and significant influence on the dependent variable Y (Performance Officer), since Fcount > Ftable (614.059 > 3.07). The resulted of regression equation Y = 2.254 + 0.411 X1 + 0.541 X2. The diversity of variable Y was influenced by the diversity of variables X1 and X2 for the remaining 91.7% 8.3% influenced by other factors. This was due to factors leadership and performance indispensable and always needed to obtain an increase motivation of participants education and training.

The independent variables in this study are education and training and work experience. The dependent variable is employee performance, while the intermediate variable is workability. Variable measurements are carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using path analysis with the software used was Smart PLS 2. Findings: Equations that could be formed from the results of the analysis were: Z = 0.476X1 + 0.292X2; and Y = 0,345X1 + 0,115X2 + 0,243Z., where Z = ability, Y = performance, X1 = education and training, and X2 = work experience. Education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee workability, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.476 with a T-statistic value of 6.378; Work experience has a significant effect on employee workability, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.292 with a T-statistic value of 3.877; Education and training have a significant influence on employee performance as indicated by a path coefficient of 0.461 with a t-statistic value of 1.958; Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.186 with a T-statistic value of 3.877; Workability has a significant positive effect on employee performance, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.243 with a T-statistic value of 2.427. The advice that can be given is that every employee is always encouraged and allowed to be able to attend education and training. The method of data collecting shall be using observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis shall be using multiple linear regression, analysis of product moment coefficient test, Test coefficient of determination (kd), significance test both partially (t test) and simultaneously / together (test f).In accordance with the results of the study, the variable Safety at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division which shall be categorized as Good while Training variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as Good and Employee Performance variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as GOOD. There is a positive influence between Work Safety and Training on Employee Performance with a regression value of 5,029X1 and 2,107X2. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) shall be 0.997. This means that work safety and training variables have a very strong relationship to employee performance and the value of determination (Kd) of 0.998, It can be concluded that work safety (X1) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y) shall be 99.8% while the rest of 0 , 4% shall be influenced by other factors. Obtained Work Safety (X1) t value or t table (5.629> 1.677), this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and H1shall be accepted, which means, there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. While the value of t count Training (X2)> t table or (25,666> 1,677), this is also reinforced with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. The value of F count> F table or (5886.67> 2,800), this shall be also reinforced by a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so that it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and Ha shall be training on performance. Keywords: Work Safety, Training and Performance
