Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, education and training, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at Regional Office of Directorate General of Treasury of South Kalimantan Province. The population of this study were 79 people and 40 people samples by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership, education and training, compensation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance, with education and training became the dominant factor influencing work performance. Keywords: Leadership, Education and Training, Compensation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal (Kanwil Ditjen) Perbendaharaan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 79 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 40 orang, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan faktor Pendidikan dan pelatihan yang menjadi faktor yg berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dan motivasi kerja terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Jenis  penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 pegawai. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teori slavin, penelitian ini dianalisis melalui Analisis regresi Linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan latihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. This study aims to education and training have a positive effect on the development of human resources at the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office and work motivation have a positive effect on the development of HR in the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, and the population and the sample in the study counted for 50 employees. Determination of the sample using the slavin theory and this study was analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on HR development in the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office and work environment had a positive and significant effect on HR development in the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office.

Abstract: Performance plays an important role in determining the success of a company or organization. Performance is the work result in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties according to the responsibilities assigned to him. High or good employee performance can be used as one of the basic factors to measure the success of an organization in achieving its goals. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of organizational culture, communication, education and training on employee performance, the partial influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the partial influence of communication on employee performance, the partial influence of education and training on employee performance of the District Secretariat. Southeast Minahasa. Respondents in this study amounted to 73 employees who are civil servants. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study simultaneously variable Organizational Culture, Communication, Education and Training together have a significant effect on Employee Performance, then partially the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Performance variable, partially the Communication variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the variable Performance, partially the Education and Training variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial budaya organisasi, komunikasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh secara parsial budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh secara parsial komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh secara parsial pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 pegawai yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini secara simultan variabel Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, kemudian secara parsial variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja, secara parsial variabel Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja, secara parsial variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja.

The purpose of this study is to find out about education and training, leadership and industrial relations on employee performance. The population in this study were 158 people with the method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Industrial relations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Conducive and harmonious industrial relations practices create a calm work so as to minimize disruption and problems in the work environment. When industrial relations are well maintained there will be an increase in employee productivity. Increasing employee productivity will affect the improvement of company performance. Good company performance is better able to improve employee welfare. Keywords: training, leadership, industrial industrial relation, performance

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership, education and training and job satisfaction on the performance of permanent employees in hospital grha husada. This study is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 48 permanent employees. technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation, leadership, education and training, and job satisfaction have a positive significant affect partially on the performance of permanent employees in the hospital grha husada.

Participants education and training at Human Resource Development Centre of Transport Apparatus became the object of research to take the extent of the condition of leadership and performance effect on there work unit participants education and training and by SPSS through linear regression analysis showed that: Partially t-test results showed that the leadership (X1) had a strong and significant influence on employee performance (Y), for t > ttable was 4.829 > 1.96. Similarly, the X2 form of motivation showed tcount > ttable was 6.639> 1.96. The independent variable X1 (Leadership) and X2 (performance) simultaneously tested by F test strong and significant influence on the dependent variable Y (Performance Officer), since Fcount > Ftable (614.059 > 3.07). The resulted of regression equation Y = 2.254 + 0.411 X1 + 0.541 X2. The diversity of variable Y was influenced by the diversity of variables X1 and X2 for the remaining 91.7% 8.3% influenced by other factors. This was due to factors leadership and performance indispensable and always needed to obtain an increase motivation of participants education and training.

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. The formulation of the problem in this research is the effectiveness of education and training effect on Selling Skill of employees of Bank Aceh After Conversion amounting to 1220 that is on score "Very High". Does the effectiveness of education and training affect Selling Skill, Knowledge and work culture of Bank Aceh after Conversion employees? Selling Skill enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1,212, Knowledge enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1.220 and the Working Culture enters the score ranking "Very Height "of 1.213. This means that the three variables are very effective effect on employees of Bank Aceh Caban Idi East Aceh. Does the effectiveness of education and training affect the employee's work culture that has a very high impact of 1.213, this indicates that in addition to the knowledge that must be owned by employees must also have a good work culture in order to improve the performance of employees of Bank Aceh Branch Idi Aceh Timur. . Although Knowledge becomes the main point of the appraisal result, it remains that other variables should not be ruled out as they are interdependent in order to effectively improve the employee performance of Bank Aceh Branch Idi post-conversion. When viewed from the comparison between Education and Training on Selling Skill, Knowledge and Working Culture, it is known that Training is more effective than education that has a score of 1.222.This indicates that the Aceh Bank should more often provide training to employees in order to improve employee effectiveness Bank Aceh After Conversion. Artinya bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut sangat berpengaruh efektif terhadap karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. Apakah efektifitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada budaya kerja karyawan yakni terdapat pengaruh yang Sangat Tinggi sebesar 1.213, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa selain knowledge yang harus dimiliki oleh karyawan juga harus memiliki budaya kerja yang baik dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. . Walaupun Knowledge (Pengetahuan) menjadi poin utama dari hasil penilaian, akan tetap variabel-variabel yang lain tetap tidak boleh dikesampingkan karena semuanya saling keterkaitan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi secara efektif pasca konversi.Jika dilihat dari perbandingan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Selling Skill, Knowledge dan Budaya Kerja, maka diketahui bahwa Pelatihan lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pendidikan yakni memiliki skor sebesar 1.222.Hal ini menandakan bahwa Bank Aceh harus lebih sering memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan efektifitas karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi. This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the development of leadership quality, coordination and training and education on improving safety culture. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that: partially shows that the role of leadership has a positive and significant influence of 26.4% on safety culture. The second independent variable is coordination which has a positive and significant effect of 74.4% on safety culture. Partially the third independent variable of education and training also has a positive and significant effect of 20.5% on the quality of safety culture. Furthermore, the independent variables of the Role of Leadership, coordination, training and education are tested simultaneously or together using the F Test and prove to have an influence with three positive independent variables and all three are significant to the Improvement of Safety Culture with the magnitude of influence can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) is 74.9%

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the dominant variables influencing employee performance at the BPJS Work Office in the Gorontalo Branch Office. This study uses data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature studies with data analysis techniques for quality testing (validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokeddasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (partial test and test simultaneously). Based on the results of regression testing, the results show that the dominant variable that influences employee performance at BPJS Employment in the Branch Office of Gorontalo is the work environment, the reason being that it has the largest beta value when compared to competency and education variables.
