This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted by means of a case study of public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative research types. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. The sample studied was 209 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires with a Likert scale as data collection instruments. The results showed that  Work environment (X1) has no significant negative effect on teacher performance, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of R2 of 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other causes outside the model.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of the competence of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya subdistrict, Kubu Regency. The study was conducted in Sungai Raya Subdistrict with 29 elementary school teachers. Data collected are pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies using data collection tools in the form of interview sheets, non-participant observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis uses a checklist matrix technique with several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions. The results showed that: First, the implementation of pedagogical competencies by public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya Subdistrict, Kubu Raya District, was interpreted that the teacher's ability to educate reached an average of 3.37 with a good category. Second, the personality competency of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, averaged 3.30 in the good category. Third, the social competency of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District is an average of 3.37 with a good category. The four professional competencies of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District reach an average of 3.30 in the good category. The results of this study, it is suggested to be a reference for similar research related to teacher competencies, which should be part of the teacher to dedicate himself to serve especially elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District Kubu Raya District.

AbstractThis research is to describe the relationship between principal's motivation and school culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in jawai selatan, Sambas. This study consisted of two independent variables and one dependent variable. They are the principal's motivation (X1) and school culture (X2) as independent variables, and teacher performance (Y)as dependent variable. The subjects of this study are all elementary school teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. Data collection techniques used are documentary and questionnaire techniques. The main data collection tool used is a questionnaire (questionnaire) with alternative answers in the form of a Likert scale. Technical analysis or data processing of this study using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results obtained: (1) There is a relationship between the principal's motivation and teacher performance of 25.70%. (2) There is a significant relationship between school culture and an increase in teacher performance of 70.13%. (3) The principal's motivation and school culture have a significant relationship to the performance of teachers in the southern Jawai sub-district with a contribution of 55.70%. Keywords: Motivation, School Culture, Performance of teachers

This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure and work environment together on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 3, Lengkiti District. In this study, using quantitative research methods and research design in the form of influence studies, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent variable or free school infrastructure (X1), work environment (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a significant influence between school infrastructure on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District, 2) There is a significant influence between the work environment on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District, 3) There is an influence between the school infrastructure and the environment together on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District.

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain: 1) The contribution of school principal compensation to teacher performance. 2) The contribution of teacher commitment to teacher performance. 3) Contribution of school principal compensation and teacher commitment together to teacher performance in the SDN Batang Cenaku District. This type of research is a correlational quantitative study. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers who had become Civil Servants in Cenaku Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which numbered 110 people. The sample of this research was taken using stratified proportional random sampling technique, The sample of this study was 93 people. Data collection techniques in this study used for data collection were questionnaires. Data analysis using correlation and regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded as follows: 1) Compensation contributes to the performance of elementary school teachers with a contribution rate of 10.5%, this means that compensation contributes to teacher performance. 2) Commitment contributes to the performance of elementary school teachers with a magnitude of 9.4%. Thus, a significant commitment to teacher performance. This means that the better the commitment, the better the teacher's performance in carrying out their duties, and vice versa. 3) Compensation and commitment together contribute to teacher performance by 18.5%. This explains that to improve good and ideal teacher performance should be done through increased compensation and commitment.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work-family conflict on the performance of female public elementary school teachers. This study uses quantitative approach, expose facto method. The technique used in this study sample was purposive sampling technique. Researchers adapted teacher performance research instruments developed based on Depdiknas theory. Work-family conflict instruments use the theory of Dawn S. Carlson and Larry J. Williams. The level of teacher performance item reliability of 0.81, and work-family conflict of 0.71. Final respondents from this study as many as 50 people. Hypothesis test is done by using regression analysis. The result of regression analysis showed that the significance value of 0.012 is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, then there is a significant influence of work-family conflict on the performance of female elementary school teachers. The result showed negative effects which indicates that the higher work- family conflict the teacher's performance in this study will decrease. Then the results of this study is a significant difference between work-family conflict on the performance of female public elementary school teachers. The magnitude of the resulting from regression analysis by 12.3%, while 87.7% are influenced by other factors that are not included in this study.

The article aimed to determine and analyze the effect of Principal Supervision, Teacher Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Public Elementary School Teachers at Plakat Tinggi District. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The sample in the study was 140 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of principal supervision on teacher job satisfaction, 2) there was a significant effect of teacher work motivation on teacher job satisfaction, 3) there was a significant influence between principal supervision and teacher work motivation on job satisfaction teacher.

Teacher performance is the result of work achieved when planning, implementing, and assessing learning in schools. The results showed: (1) the effect of pedagogic competence on the work motivation of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.242; (2) the influence of the principal's leadership on the work motivation of State elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.238; (3) the influence of pedagogical competence on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.259; (4) the influence of principal leadership on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.207; and (5) the effect of work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.200. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the pedagogic competence, principal leadership, and work motivation on teacher performance was 28.7% and the rest was determined by other circumstances.

This study aims to determine the influence/contribution of school headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline on the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. This is a quantitative survey research with the number of sample is 148 peoples. Data collection tool is questionnaire with regression techniques for data analysis. The results of this study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between the school headmasters’ academic supervision on the teachers’ work productivity in state elementary schools in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between teachers’ work discipline on teachers’ work productivity of state elementary schools in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the school headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline on the work productivity of public elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency at 59.1%, while as many as 40.9% are influenced by factors other than the headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline. Thus, both of these variables can be used as predictors of the trend of increasing work productivity of public elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency.
