The research aims to describe students' critical thinking ability in terms of social arithmetic problem problem 2020/2021. As for the indicators of critical thinking ability covering clarification, furtherment, strategy, and inference. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The method of data collection includes a test of the critical thinking ability of 3 items of description and interview. Based on data analysis, it could be concluded that: (1) the high category of subjects of 3 students, indicating that in the clarifying, subclassification, strategy, and inference parts can state the problem perfectly and completely (2) the only moderate number of subjects at 5 students, pointing out that in the clarifying, subclassification, strategy, and inference sections can present the problem less completely (3) next, the low number of subjects of 12 students, I will be able to explain that in the clarification,assement, strategy, and inference will be unable to declare the problem.

The aim of study is to know the students’ mathematics critical thinking ability on the topic of lines and sequences arithmetic in pandemic Covid-19 period at SMA Negeri 1Padang Bolak. The approach of the research used qualitative descriptive and data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusion. Instrument of the research used test and semistructure interview. the result of the research shows the average of students’ mathematics critical thinking ability on the topic of lines and sequences arithmetic in SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak  is 67.26 (enough category). Only 8 from 10 students are able to answer three question completely and the rest are able to answer one from three questions.

Critical thinking is an essential aspect of the 21st century. There was an outbreak of pandemic covid-19; some educators had difficulty stimulating critical thinking in early childhood. But for some teachers used spice ingredients at home to promote the critical thinking of children. Therefore, this research aimed to provide critical thinking learning solutions during the covid 19 pandemics. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to describe the use of spices in stimulating essential thinking. The data collection technique using interviews, observations and documentation by involving children aged 5-6 years (n= 15). Data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing were analyzed by testing data validity using triangulation techniques.  This study showed that using spice media in making turmeric herbs acid, making batik from natural dyes, and making dolls through a scientific approach can stimulate critical thinking ability in children in the study from home. So, can be concluded that using spice media stimulate critical thinking ability in children in the study from home.

Kecerdasan intrapersonal merupakan bagian membentuk pola pikir kritis seseorang, namun berpikir kritis mereka belum maksimal karena tidak diketahui alas an peneyebabnya hal kebiasaan tersebut terus berjalan hingga kini, sehingga akhir berdampak menurunya motivasi ataupun prestasi belajar siswa. Tujuan artikel ini mengukur hubungan berpikir kritis dengan kecerdasan intrapersonal siswa. Metode penelitian termasuk penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan korelasional, Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang, metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket dan tes, analisis data menggunakan analisa statistic. Hasil penelitian menemukan ada korelasi yang di temukan sebesar 0,974 termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Jadi terdapat hubungan kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sangat kuat. Untuk mengetahui signifikan atau tidak penelitian ini maka nilai r perlu diuji lagi dengan nilai rtabel dimana nilai N = 30 dan taraf signifasi 5%. Nilai rtabel untuk N = 30 adalah 0,361. Hal ini berarti nilai rhitung lebih besar dari nilai rtabel atau 0,974 0,361, sehingga hasil penelitian ini signifikan. Jadi hubungan kedua variabel tersebut hampir sempurna karena mencapai 90,63% sementara 9.37% dipengaruhi eksternal.Intrapersonal intelligence is part of a person's critical mindset. Still, it is crucial that they are not maximized because it is unknown to the reason the habit has continued to run until now so that the end has a reduced impact Motivation or a student learning achievement. The purpose of this article measures the relationship critical thinking with intrapersonal intelligence of students. Research methods include descriptive research, correlational approaches, research samples amounting to 30 people, data collection methods i.e., poll and test, data analysis using statistic analysis. The results of the study found there was a correlation in the find of 0.974 included in powerful categories. So there is an intrapersonal intelligence relationship with the students ' critical thinking ability powerful. To know the sign or not this research, then the value of R needs to be tested again with the value of the r table where the value N = 30 and a signification level of 5%. The r table value for N = 30 is 0.361. This means that the calculated value is greater than the r table or 0.974 0.361 value, so the results of this study are significant. So the second relationship of such variables is almost perfect because it reaches 90.63% while 9.37% is affected externally.

This research is an qualitative descriptive research which aim to know high or low the ability of mathematical creative thinking and mathematical critical thinking on system of two variable equations. The subject of this research were 30 students at 10th grade in one of the vocational high school in Galanggang Village. Data collection is done by giving 5 questions  for each creative thinking ability and critical thinking ability to the students. Data obtained are then processed and analyzed later will concluded that mathematical creative thinking ability and mathematical critical thinking ability in one of the vocational high school in Galanggang Village is still low. This conclusion is based on results the average of the percentage obtained from the five indicators of creative thinking ability is 21.81% and from critical thinking ability is 43.44%.

This study aimed to describe the value of cohesion and coherence contained in the translation of the Qur'an surah Al Zalzalah. This study was a qualitative descriptive research, research data collection techniques using three techniques namely, inventory, rading and understanding, and record keeping. The data analysis used the coding of data, classification data, and the determination of the data. The results showed that the cohesion markers used in the translation of surah Al Zalzalah discourse are: 1) reference, 2) pronouns, ie pronouns second person, and third, the relative pronoun, the pronoun pointer, pen pronouns and pronouns owner, 3 ) conjunctions, namely temporal conjunctions, coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions, and conjunctions koorelatif, and 4) a causal ellipsis. It mean that there was a coherence in the translation of surah Al Zalzalah discourse are: the addition or addition, pronouns, repetition or repetition, match words or synonyms, in whole or in part, a comparison or ratio of conclusions or results. Keywords: Cohesion, Coherence, sura Al Zalzalah AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai kohesi dan koherensi yang terdapat dalam terjemahan Al-Qur’an surah Al Zalzalah. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tiga teknik yakni, inventarisasi, baca simak, dan pencatatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengodean data, pengklasifikasian data, dan penentuan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemarkah kohesi yang digunakan dalam wacana terjemahan surah Al Zalzalah adalah: 1) referensi, 2) pronomina, yaitu kata ganti orang kedua, dan ketiga, kata ganti penghubung, kata ganti penunjuk, kata ganti penanya dan kata ganti empunya, 3) konjungsi, yaitu konjungsi temporal, konjungsi koordinatif, konjungsi subordinatif, dan konjungsi koorelatif, dan 4) elipsis kausal. Sarana koherensi yang terdapat di dalam wacana terjemahan surah Al Zalzalah adalah: penambahan atau adisi, pronomina, pengulangan atau repetisi, padan kata atau sinonim, keseluruhan atau bagian, komparasi atau perbandingan simpulan atau hasil.Kata Kunci: Kohesi, Koherensi, surah Al Zalzalah

Tengger tribe has a dish that is served on special occasions ceremony. The special occasion ceremony held by the Tengger tribe is inseparable from the culture and Hindus’s religion which is the majority religion of the Tengger tribe. Argosari Village is one of the villages that still carries out all special occasion’s ceremonies related to custom and religion. This village is in Lumajang Regency. This research was using qualitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data source was obtained from interviews with five informants are the Dukun Pandhita of Argosari village, Mangku village, and society’s Argosari. Data analysis is performed interactively with steps such as reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification and to check the validity of finding with member checking methode to Dukun Pandhita. The results of the research which is identifiying the special occasion dishes of Tengger tribe, there are 6 groupings dishes based on staple foods such as rice, side dishes such as omelette, fried chicken, fried noodles. Vegetable dishes include jangan benguk, jangan kentang. Snacks consist of pepes, pasung, jenang abang, apem, juadah, tetelan. The beverages such as tea and coffee. Dandananan such as gedhang ayu, pencok bakal. Masyarakat suku Tengger mempunyai hidangan yang disajikan pada upacara kesempatan khusus. Upacara kesempatan khusus yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat suku Tengger tidak terlepas dari kebudayaan dan agama Hindu yang merupakan agama mayoritas suku Tengger. Desa Argosari merupakan salah satu desa yang masih melaksanakan semua upacara kesempatan khusus yang berkaitan dengan adat maupun keagamaan, Desa ini terletak di Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari wawancara dengan lima informan yaitu Dukun Pandhita teraktif dengan langkah reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pengecekan temuan dilaksanakan dengan member checking kepada Dukun Pandhita. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 6 pengelompokan hidangan yang disajikan pada kesempatan khusus, yaitu makanan pokok antara lain nasi, hidangan lauk pauk berupa telur dadar, ayam goreng. Hidangan sayuran antara lain jangan benguk, jangan kentang. Sedap-sedapan yang terbagi menjadi jajanan telesan berupa pepes, pasung, jenang abang, apem, juadah, tetelan dan jajanan garingan seperti matari

Abstract. This research was conducted to determine the urgency of Dawud fasting for women from a physio-psychological perspective. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, by making direct observations or observations. The target of this study is to determine the urgency of Dawud fasting in women from the perspective of physio-psychology and Sufism for students of the Jagad Alimussirry Islamic boarding school. The data collection technique was carried out by means of interview and literature review. Meanwhile, for data analysis, the  researcher used an interactive model from Miles and Huberman and to test the validity of the data,the researcher  used Triangulation technique. The results obtained that the habit of Dawud Sunnah fasting for women could make them accustomed to be able to introspect (muhasabah) their own mistakes, be patient and sincere, motivate oneself to think positively and optimistically, be empathetic towards others and adapt well to the environment. Dawud fasting is very important and suitable for the fair sex. By not leaving Lillahita'ala's intention to worship, it will automatically train a variety of things that can guide a women in facing every problems in their life as well as making a women special not only physically but also psychologically and spiritually.

This research is motivated by mathematical critical thinking skills and students' learning independence that is not yet optimal becomes something that teachers need to pay attention to their students by providing an appropriate learning model to foster this. Based on the 2013 curriculum advocates the development of learning outcomes in cognitive and affective components developed simultaneously and proportionally. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Jigsaw type cooperative learning models on mathematical critical thinking skills and student learning independence. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research. This study uses a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. The research instrument was tested for validation by content validation before being trialled. Data analysis techniques in this study were Multavariate Normality Test, Covariance Matter Homogeneity Test, Hotelling Trace T2 Test and t Test. In the preliminary data analysis, which was taken from the daily test scores and scale sheets of the pretest attitude of students' learning independence, showed there was no difference in the average mathematical critical thinking ability and student learning independence between the experimental class and the control class. In the final data analysis taken from the posttest, it can be concluded that the average mathematical critical thinking ability that uses the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model is better than the conventional learning model. But the results of the study also showed the average independence of student learning using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model is the same as the conventional learning model.

Type of qualitative descriptive research. Data sources were disclosed by the Banjar community in Kampung Tabah, Banjar Regency. The time of data collection is January 2019 until March 2019. The technique of data collection is recording and recording. This research uses three steps of work, namely (1) providing data; (2) data analysis; and (3) presentation of the results of data analysis. The theory used is speech act. Data analysis results. 1). the purpose of the speaker in this title. Asking to buy something. b. asking to get something c. asking to do something immediately. d. forbid something. e. remind something. Meanwhile the purpose of the partners talking a. accept with pleasure b. accept by force. c. reject firmly. The conclusion is that the purpose of the speaker is to make the couple do something, while the couple's intention is to accept, accept by force, and refuse altogether

This study aims to describe the critical thinking ability of male and female students in solving jumping task problems on proportion. The jumping task question used is a question with level C4 in Taksonomi Bloom. This type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method used consisted of the documentation mathematics students report in the first semester, critical thinking test, and interviews. The subjects used in this study are 32 students of class VII G on SMPN 4 Jember. consists of 16 male students and 16 female students. The students are divided into three groups based on the mathematics students report in the first semester. The groups are high, medium, and low category mathematics ability. The results showed that male students with high category mathematics ability had TKBK 3 (critical), male students with medium category mathematics ability had TKBK 1 (less critical), male students with low category mathematics ability had TKBK 0 (not critical). While female students with high category mathematics ability had TKBK 3 (critical), female students with medium category mathematics ability had TKBK 2 (quite critical), female students with low category mathematics ability had TKBK 1 (less critical).
