This research was conducted based on existing problems in the registration system, scheduling, and announcement of the results of the TOEFL test at the Language Center of the University of Mataram. Where registration, scheduling, and the announcement of TOEFL test results are done manually which requires prospective participants to register directly at the language center of the University of Mataram. This system is expected to simplify the registration process, scheduling, displaying available quotas and checking TOEFL test results. This system was built using a CodeIgniter framework, XAMPP as a web server and MySQL PhpMyadmin as its database server and built with the waterfall model as a system development method. This system is tested by the black box method and user interface testing will be used subjectively testing using the mean opinion score (MOS) by involving several respondents. Based on the test results of the Mean Opinion Score method, it can be concluded that 66.1% of the respondents agreed and 33% of the respondents strongly agreed with the TOEFL Information System Design in UNRAM.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas mengenai perbandingan kualitas layanan dua aplikasi VoIP yaitu Facebook Messenger dan Google Hangouts pada jaringan LTE. Kualitas layanan dua aplikasi tersebut ditinjau menggunakan Mean Opinion Score dengan metode objektif yaitu, E-Model. Nilai MOS kedua aplikasi didapatkan dengan menjalankan simulasi menggunakan GNS3 yang berfungsi untuk mensimulasikan topologi jaringan dengan menggunakan router MikroTik. Setelah itu, dilakukan pengukuran parameter QoS yaitu, delay dan packet loss yang terjadi pada saat melakukan panggilan yang berlangsung selama satu jam. Dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh bahwa nilai MOS pada Google Hangouts lebih besar dibandingkan dengan Facebook Messenger, yaitu 4.0. Sedangkan pada Facebook Messenger hanya sebesar 3.6. Jika dikorelasikan ke tingkat kepuasan pengguna untuk mendapatkan nilai MOS, Google Hangouts dikategorikan "baik" dan Facebook Messenger dikategorikan "cukup baik".Kata kunci: MOS, LTE, VoIP, E-Model, GNS3 ABSTRACTThis study discusses the comparison of the quality of service of two VoIP applications, Facebook Messenger and Google Hangouts on LTE networks. The service quality of the two applications is reviewed using the Mean Opinion Score with an objective method namely, E-Model. MOS values from both applications are obtained by running simulations using GNS3 which can simulate network topology using a MikroTik router. After that, QoS parameters are measured, which are delay and packet loss during the call process which lasts one hour. From the test results, it was found that the MOS value on Google Hangouts was greater than Facebook Messenger, that is 4.0 while on Facebook Messenger only 3.6. If correlated with the level of user satisfaction to get MOS value, Google Hangouts is categorized as "good" and Facebook Messenger is categorized as "good enough".Keywords: MOS, LTE, VoIP, E-Model, GNS3

This paper presents an algorithm for enhancement of the noisy speech signal quality. This algorithm is based on the dissonant frequency filtering (DFF), F#, B and C# in relation to the frequency of the primary tone C (DFF-FBC algorithm). By means of the subjective Mean Opinion Score (MOS) test, the effect of the enhancement of the speech signal quality was analyzed. The analysis of the MOS test results, presented in the second part of this paper, points out to the enhancement of the noisy speech signal quality in the presence of superimposed noises. Especially good results have been found with Husky Voice signal. .

English is an international language. In Indonesia, English is taught as a foreign language (English as a Foreign Language/EFL) from Elementary Schools to Higher Education. Especially at the University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya and IAIN Palangka Raya consider the importance of English which is shown through the TOEFL test and meet the scores determined before they are Judisium or Munakasah and have completed the thesis hearing in one semester. There were 20 participants from the Palangkaraya UM Students and Palangkaraya IAIN. The training method used in the English equivalent of Toefl training on Reading Tests is to use the Toefl training module on Reading Tests and also using a computerized software program in Toefl training on Reading Tests. The results of this training The training activities showed an increase between the pre-test and post-test results. The mean pre-test was 61 and the post-test mean increased to 83.6. In the pretest conducted to 20 participants were in the low category with a total of 4 people, a medium category of 13 people and a high of 3 people. The post-test results showed an increase in the score, namely the low category of 4 people, the medium category of 12 people and the high category increased to 4 people.

The Tuition Payment Information System was designed because at this time the payment of tuition at SMP Islam Cilacap still uses the general ledger, causing inaccuracies in payment data by employees (administrative). The purpose of this research is to help solve problems in the processing of tuition payment data, making payment data reports, searching payment data, knowing payment data information, and knowing the school money payment report. The system is designed using MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture and SMS Gateway notifications as well as system development methods using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Waterfall model. In addition, the system design uses PHP and HTML programming languages, database management is MySQL and uses the Laravel framework. Based on the results of the system test and the results of the questionnaire by 10 respondents that 14% stated enough, 44% stated well and 42% stated very well calculated by the calculation of the Likert scale of 86% entered the excellent qualification which means successful. So it can be concluded that this system can solve existing problems by facilitating the processing of payment data, assisting in the creation of school money payment reports, helping in speeding up the search for payment data, knowing the payment information of tuition without having to come to school, and knowing the payment data report quickly without having to go through a long recap process.

Emergencies can occur anywhere and anytime, where handling these emergencies must be done quickly. This research was conducted to design and build an emergency reporting system in the city of Mataram. The emergency reporting system that was built took the workflow from the emergency call number 112. The system will be used by 4 users namely the citizen as a emergency reporter, call taker emergency call number 112 from Diskominfo as an information processor, admin as a call taker information processor and units such as ambulances and firefighters as the action takers of the submitted report. The system runs in 2 platforms, namely the web pages used by call takers and Android, which are used by the public and action units. The system is tested using the mean opinion score and black box testing. The results obtained by using the mean opinion score test is 3.6 or the fair category.

Issues of particular campus study programs in Information Systems scheduling and ratings contained the data redundancy. Through the website is expected to solve the problem of redundancy scheduling and assessment so that students can get the desired information through access to the website of civil enggineering at Islamic University Of Indragiri (http://ts.ftik.unisi.ac.id/) did not need to come directly to the college / Academic Division in Islamic University Of Indragiri. Profile information such as information about the university, class schedules, grades and information and announcements. So that the efficiency and effectiveness in terms of time, effort, and cost can be achieved with either. The method used in this study is based on qualitative methods and action. While the system development using SDLC with Waterfall Model. The software used is: Windows XP Professional, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 and Xampp 1.7.8. Bandung Health Office as a Health Agency that always provides quality services is currently focused on handling pandemics, especially in the implementation of vaccination programs as a strategy to combat the COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, monitoring of complaints experienced by the community after vaccination is required. The problem experienced today is the unavailability of containers to accommodate and manage data on COVID-19 vaccination complaints using the information system. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based information system that supports the process of monitoring and handling COVID-19 vaccination complaints in the Bandung Health Office by presenting informative and transparent data so as to facilitate the public in reporting and obtaining complaint information easily. The system development method uses waterfall model, while the system functional design method uses object-oriented modeling approach with Unified Modelling Language (UML). Black box test results obtained a 100 percentage of system functionality success. Evaluation test results with System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire obtained the final test score of 77.6 with Acceptable category and B Grade Scale. So based on the test results, the system can run easily according to the needs of the user. This research resulted in a web-based information system that makes it easier for health workers to efficiently manage COVID-19 vaccination complaint reporting data.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the mean transitioning probabilities from a Healthy state to malaria positive uncomplicated state or to malaria positive severe state. It also classifies the various transitioning probabilities of moving through the various states based on some baseline characteristics. Malaria test results for 2019 over a 12-month period were collected from the University of Ghana school clinic. An H-U model for the study was developed and the transition rates from the cross-sectional data are indicated. With two states Healthy (H) and Uncomplicated (U) forming a state space, there were four possible transitions. The results show that the probability of transitioning from a Healthy state to a malaria positive state is 0.03% while the probability that an individual will remain at Healthy state (H) after the test is 99.73%. It was found that if an individual is already positive and has taken medication the probability that its second test came out negative is 6.45% while the chances that it will remain positive but uncomplicated is 93.55%. The study also showed that in the long run, about 95.98% of persons who visited the student clinic with malaria symptoms recorded negative tests for malaria parasite while about 4% recorded positive for malaria. In terms of disaggregation by gender, it was realized that the number of reported negative test results were higher for females (97.08%) than for males (96.13%). However, the infection rate is higher for males (3.87%) than females (2.92%). It is recommended that in as much as the University of Ghana has two health centers (a clinic and hospital), there should be a centralized system to track students’ health so research done would not be biased.
