In the process of selecting Indonesian Workers (TKI) based on quality at PT. Adila Prezkifarindo Duta is classified as still manual, where there is not yet a system for selecting quality migrant workers so it requires a long time for its assessment and the selection process is less effective. To support decision making in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers (TKI) to make it easier by using a decision support system. One method used in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers is the Profile Matching method. The profile matching method is a decision-making mechanism by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by applicants, rather than the minimum level that must be met or passed. In the profile matching process a process will be compared between individual competencies into standard competencies so that different competencies can be identified (also called Gap). The smaller the gap produced, the greater the weight value. In matching this profile, the selected TKI candidates are Indonesian Workers who are closest to the ideal profile of a qualified TKI.

Penilaian kinerja staff merupakan proses penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui staff yang berkualitas dan berdedikasi tinggi. Manajer memiliki pemasalahan untuk bisa mengevaluasi atas kinerja staff pada sebuah acara yang bertema “Change Agent” dan staff terbaik diberi nama “Best Agent”. Dikarenakan sistem penilaian secara manual dengan mengisi form nilai kemudian dijumlahkan dan diperoleh rata-ratanya. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan “Best Agent” metode Profile Matching merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang untuk memberikan sebuah alternatif keputusan yang akurat didasarkan pada data terkini dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja staff dan harapan besarnya adalah terbangunnya peningkatan kinerja yang baik sehingga meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan membawa nama baik institusi. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Manajemen Kinerja, Metode Profile Matching. Staff performance appraisal is an appraisal process undertaken to find qualified and dedicated staff. Managers have problems to be able to evaluate staff performance at an event entitled "Change Agent" and the best staff is named "Best Agent". Due to the manual appraisal system by filling in the value form then adding up and obtaining the average. Decision Support System Approval Selection of "Best Agent" Profile Matching method is an application designed to provide an accurate decision alternative based on current and accountable data, it is expected to improve the quality of staff performance and the expectation of the magnitude is the establishment improvement in good performance so as to improve the quality of human resources and bring the institution's good name to both the scope of the Department and more broadly. Financial statements are an important instrument that is the duty of every company to publish them every year. The issuance of financial statements is useful for knowing the company's financial position. Especially companies that have gone public financial reports must be published publicly as a form of financial transparency to stakeholders. The issuance of these financial statements is useful for investors as consideration for investing in shares or withdrawing their shares in certain companies. Analyzing financial statements in general is done by ratio analysis, which is by looking at the company's financial ratios. But by adding the analysis method will enrich the results of the analysis of the company's financial statements. The addition of the analytical method is done by the profile matching method, which is to measure the ability of the company's financial ratios and rank them according to the company that has the best results.

Oil palm plants are plantation crops that are cultivated and require intensive care, oil palm seeds are a major factor in the success of oil palm plantation cultivation. Quality palm oil seedlings will provide satisfactory yields, oil palm seedlings should be obtained with superior seed selection and good maintenance, in nurseries carried out by following the existing stages, oil palm plantations are long-term business and maintenance of oil palm seeds must be be considered and managed with incentives to ensure optimal production and business results in the future. This study aims to determine quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bah Jambi Plantation. In the nursery is carried out by following the existing stage, this research uses Decision Support System (SPK) Profile Matching method. This method can be used to solve semi-structured problems by calculating consistency using the Profile Matching method, if consistent values are generated consistently can be used as a reference for ranking quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bahjambi Plantation. For the results of the research it can be produced that it is easier to recommend oil palm seedlings and be an input to the plantation in recommending the best oil palm seeds.Keywords: Palm oil seeds, Decision Support System, Profile Matching

The role of the School Extracurricular (EKSKUL) in a junior high school, high school, vocational high school/equivalent has an important function in improving the quality of school environment, proper selection in determining the Chair of the EKSKUL is very necessary in order to be able to protect and become role models for students in the environment. school. The absence of a fixed application of specific criteria, and the absence of voter understanding in choosing the extracurricular chair according to the criteria, make this study more helpful in applying the criteria using the profile matching method. It is hoped that it can help the existing schools at MA Tarbiyah Islamiyah in facilitating the selection of the chairman of EKSKUL. The criteria that have been determined are Behavioral Aspects, Responsibility Aspects, Communication Aspects. The assessment was carried out by filling out a Likert scale questionnaire by the respondents, where Scale 5 = Very Good, Scale 4 = Good, Scale 3 = Doubtful, Scale 2 = Disagree, Scale 1 = Strongly Disagree. The results were processed using the profile matching method, and based on the results obtained, the top-ranking was Dhiyah Fathiyyah with a final score of 4.86. So it can be concluded that there is an influence in determining the selection of extracurricular chairman using the profile matching method according to the existing criteria.

One form of education that we can get is learning guidance. In conducting learning guidance required process of meeting between teachers and students. Learning guidance enrollment system using profile matching method is a system that can be a media for students with teachers. Profile matching is a method of decision-making system that uses variable data comparison in the form of criteria owned between a part. This system is used to provide teacher recommendations to learners by using a comparison of data in the form of criteria, among others, origin address, address in Malang, hobbies, education history and experience. The Gap value obtained from the criteria data calculated on the Core Factor and Secondary Factor will then be performed N as the total value of the assessment aspect. With variable data comparison on every aspect of the ordering system guidance of learning can provide recommendations to teachers to learners who possess the level of matching data based on the calculations that have been done.
