One form of education that we can get is learning guidance. In conducting learning guidance required process of meeting between teachers and students. Learning guidance enrollment system using profile matching method is a system that can be a media for students with teachers. Profile matching is a method of decision-making system that uses variable data comparison in the form of criteria owned between a part. This system is used to provide teacher recommendations to learners by using a comparison of data in the form of criteria, among others, origin address, address in Malang, hobbies, education history and experience. The Gap value obtained from the criteria data calculated on the Core Factor and Secondary Factor will then be performed N as the total value of the assessment aspect. With variable data comparison on every aspect of the ordering system guidance of learning can provide recommendations to teachers to learners who possess the level of matching data based on the calculations that have been done.

Determine the best candidate in a company is something that is natural. There are several methods to determine the best candidate. One of them using the "Profile Matching" method. The method will rate employees from the highest to the lowest value, the assessment is carried out with several aspects of assessment which are categorized into two categories, namely core factors and scondary factors. Core factor is an assessment of the main factors in an assessment and the scondary factor is the supporting factors in an assessment. In weight determining the core factor and scondary factors greatly influence the results of the assessment. With the use of the "Profile Matching" method, it is expected that employee assessment can be maximized and provide results as expected. But in the calculation, there are several factors that are very influential so that the results obtained are unsuitable. Normal calculation using the Profile Matching method with standard values is the middle value produces the best candidate that is not appropriate. Requires modification of the weighting gap table so that the results produced can be maximized and appropriate.

This research is conducted to know and develop the process of determining scholarship recipients in BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk which until now still done by manual process. Based on interview, it was found that there has been a delay in decisionmaking from the deadline that has been determined. From this study the authors hope to help decision makers to be able to use the system that has been made in order to help the decision-making process. The problem discussed in this research is how the implementation of Profile Matching method is used in determination of scholarship recipients of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk.? Profile Matching method is used to provide recommendations of students who are entitled to get based on the total value that is the result of core factor and secondary factor. The variables used are GPA, Achievement, Psychotest score, and interview value. For core factor attributes: GPA, psychotest score, and interview value, while for secondary factor attribute: achievement. For the total value weighs 80% for core factor and 20% for secondary factor. The result of this research is a rank of candidate based on calculation by web-based decision support system using profile matching method. AbstractLaboratory assistants in universities are usually active students who are recruited to help lecturers implement theoretical courses given by lecturers in class. Assistant recruitment is carried out to screen students who have talent in teaching, because in addition to assisting lecturers in providing practical material, becoming an assistant is a way to measure personal abilities that have talent in teaching. This study applies the profile matching method by determining the gap value which is the difference between the candidate values and the standard that has been set between the profile data from the selected assistant candidates. The purpose of applying this profile matching method is to get an assistant that is in accordance with the main and supporting factors that the reviewer will determine in each selection. Calculation using the profile matching method gives different weights to each criterion, so that the criteria have weights according to the type or standard of interest. This study uses a prototype method that involves the user in the analysis process. This study resulted in a calculation method using the profile matching method by determining each criterion weight, then classifying or dividing criteria into core factors and secondary factors which ultimately resulted in the total amount of the whole, and then ranking.Keywords : Assistant, Profile Matching, decision making, core factors, secondary factors.Asisten laboratorium di perguruan tinggi biasanya merupakan mahasiswa aktif yang direkrut untuk membantu dosen mengimplementasikan mata kuliah teori yang diberikan dosen dikelas. Rekrutmen asisten dilakukan untuk menyaring mahasiswa yang memiliki bakat dalam mengajar, karena selain untuk membantu dosen dalam memberikan materi praktikum, menjadi asisten adalah cara untuk mengukur kemampuan personal yang memiliki bakat dalam mengajar. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode profile matching dengan menentukan nilai gap yang merupakan selisih nilai calon dengan standar yang sudah ditetapkan antara profil data dari calon asisten yang diseleksi. Tujuan dari penerapan metode profile matching ini adalah untuk mendapatkan asisten yang sesuai dengan faktor utama dan pendukung yang akan ditentukan reviewer setiap seleksi dilakukan. Perhitungan menggunakan metode profile matching memberikan bobot berbeda pada setiap kriteria, agar kriteria mempunyai bobot sesuai dengan tipe atau standar kepentingannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype yang melibatkan user dalam proses analisis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan cara perhitungan menggunakan metode profile matching dengan menentukan setiap bobot kriteria, kemudian mengelompokkan atau membagi kriteria menjadi core factor dan secondary factor yang akhirnya menghasilkan jumlah total dari keseluruhan, dan kemudian dilakukan perankingan.Kata Kunci : Asisten, Profile Matching, pengambilan keputusan, core factor, secondary factor

Practical Work is a mandatory activity for all students of the Engineering Study Program at Nurul Jadid University with a time span of one to two months. In determining the location of PKL (Practical Work ), a problem that often occurs is the competencies incompatibility in the students placement based on the need of the company where the Practical Work is going to take place. The purpose of this research is to produce a decision support system design in Placement of Practical Work for students of Faculty of Engineering, Nurul Jadid University. The data processed in this study are student data, value data, and several other supporting data. Furthermore, the data from the students are processed using the Profile Matching method. The processing stage is to matching the value of the weight of each criterion with the value of each student. Later, it will determine the core and second factor. The results of testing this method are to produce recommendations in the form of ranking each student and provide the best alternative solutions in determining the placement of practical work for students of the Faculty of Engineering, Nurul Jadid University.

Music education exists in multiple spaces. Within formal approaches to music education in academic institutions, there has been an acknowledgment that more informal pedagogical approaches can be useful (as evidenced in the work of movements such as Musical Futures). However, constructive links between formal and informal contexts for music education remain difficult to navigate for many teachers. Within the United Kingdom, the newly defined roles for music education hubs have made some headway in recasting these relationships in a more productive direction. Similarly, social media has an important role to play in developing new relationships between key agencies within music education. Like any specific technology, there are positive affordances and more negative limitations to such approaches. People have a complex relationship with technology, but they are not gadgets! Lanier’s (2010) thesis argues strongly that recent cultural developments can deaden personal interaction, stifle genuine inventiveness, and change people. Within an educational setting, careful consideration needs to be given to the affordances and limitations of social media. For teachers and designers of learning spaces and opportunities, pedagogy should be underpinned by careful, mindful choices—including wise choices about the tools that teachers and students are using. It is about a focus on the core, asking: What is the key learning that this music lesson is facilitating? Is this tool the best one for the job? Does this tool or approach allow one to teach music musically? Done skillfully and conscientiously, social media can help develop collaborative approaches to music education that provide teachers with pedagogical strength and security. They result in mindful teaching and mindful learning that will last a lifetime. They can also help teachers develop meaningful relationships with students that help them make sense of their musical experiences in whatever context they have emerged through: a truly, “joined-up” approach to music education with the student at the core.

In the process of selecting Indonesian Workers (TKI) based on quality at PT. Adila Prezkifarindo Duta is classified as still manual, where there is not yet a system for selecting quality migrant workers so it requires a long time for its assessment and the selection process is less effective. To support decision making in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers (TKI) to make it easier by using a decision support system. One method used in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers is the Profile Matching method. The profile matching method is a decision-making mechanism by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by applicants, rather than the minimum level that must be met or passed. In the profile matching process a process will be compared between individual competencies into standard competencies so that different competencies can be identified (also called Gap). The smaller the gap produced, the greater the weight value. In matching this profile, the selected TKI candidates are Indonesian Workers who are closest to the ideal profile of a qualified TKI.

  Proses penyeleksian dan penilaian pemain futsal yang dilakukan secara manual oleh pelatih sehingga tidak efektif dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pembuatannya. Yaitu pelatih masih memilih anggota pemain yang mempunyai jam terbang tinggi sehingga sulit untuk merotasi pemain yang akan diturunkan dalam sebuah pertandingan, padahal pada dasarnya anggota club Force Fighter bukan terdiri hanya dari kalangan mahsiswa melainkan juga mereka yang telah bekerja. Sistem ini menggunakan metode profile matching yaitu dengan menguji kemampuan tiap individu dengan posisi pemain berdasarkan kriteria kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah daya tahan, kekuatan, kecepatan, kelenturan, passing, control, chipping, dribbling, shoting. Pemilihan presentase di bagi menjadi dua aspek yaitu aspek teknik dasar dan komponen fisik. Presentase penilaian dimulai dari pemilihan core factor dan secondary factor dengan bobot 60% dan 40%. Dilanjutkan perhitungan nilai total dan perangkingan. Dengan menggunakan metode profile matching diharapkan pelatih dapat menyeleksi pemain futsal dengan kriteria kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Dengan metode profile matching didapat hasil seleksi pemain yang akan dimasukkan dalam tim inti club, berdasarkan nilai rangking tiap tiap pemain.

AbstrakMemilih pemasok  yang  tepat atau vendor diantara pemasok  yang  ada  adalah  isu  penting  bagi  top manajemen. Proses penentuan vendor pada PT. Gema Graha Sarana dilakukan secara manual, yang diawali dengan pengumpulan informasi melalui presentasi dari setiap calon vendor. Setelah itu dilakukan rapat pimpinan untuk membahas tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing vendor. Rapat pimpinan perusahaan menggunakan sistem votting sehingga cara tersebut dinilai masih kurang objektif dan tidak menutup kemungkinan penilaian dilakukan secara subjektif. Saat ini sudah berkembang pesat teknologi dalam segala bidang salah satunya teknologi dalam penentuan pengambilan keputusan, oleh karena itu untuk membantu dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan sebuah  pendekatan dengan menggunakan sebuah metode sistem pendukung keputusan salah satu nya dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching dengan tahapan yaitu menentukan kriteria, perhitungan pemetaan gap, melakukan pembobotan, perhitungan core factor dan secondary factor, perhitungan nilai total, dan perhitungan untuk menentukan perangkingan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan vendor  yang cocok agar mampu menyediakan layanan jasa maintenance server dan jaringan sesuai kebutuhan. Sehingga dari tahapan-tahapan tersebut diperoleh sebuah hasil keputusan untuk memilih vendor yang akan diajak kerja sama dalam melakukan pekerjaan maintenance server dan jaringan dengan memilih PT. The process of determining vendor at PT. GemaGrahaSarana, Tbk is done manually, which begins with the collection of information through the presentation of each potential vendor. After that conducted a leadership meeting to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each vendor. Company leadership meeting using the voting system so that way is considered still less objective and did not rule out the assessment is done subjectively. Nowadays, technology has been developed in all fields, one of them is technology in determining decision making, therefore to assist in solving the problem it is necessary to do an approach by using a method of decision support system of one of them by using method matching profile with stages that is Determining Criteria , Gap Mapping Calculation, Weighting, Calculation of Core Factor and Secondary Factor, Total Value Period, and Calculation for Determining Ranking. The purpose of this research is to determine the suitable vendors to be able to provide server and network maintenance services as needed. So from these stages obtained a decision to select a vendor who will be invited to work together in doing maintenance work server and network by choosing PT. <p><strong>Resumo: </strong>O trabalho tem como preocupação a implantação da disciplina de Educação Física nas escolas do município de Ituiutaba (Triângulo Mineiro), no período entre 1934 e 1971. A adoção de atividades físicas nos currículos escolares com o objetivo de disciplinar e higienizar a juventude e a infância local refletia o novo ideal pedagógico voltado ao domínio dos “instintos insubordinados”, buscando-se normatizar condutas e contribuindo para a nova organização social, surgida com a sociedade urbana e industrial, especialmente a partir da Segunda Guerra Mundial. Tal contexto provocou a necessidade de desenvolvimento de um alto grau de eficiência produtiva, onde a educação escolar seria fundamental para atingir tal propósito, além de contribuir para a difusão da idéia de que era necessário garantir uma “educação higiênica” no combate aos grandes surtos epidêmicos. A partir dessa perspectiva, buscamos apontar as especificidades das práticas de professores e alunos nas aulas de Educação Física nas escolas desse município mineiro.</p><p><strong>Palavras-chave:</strong> História da Educação – História da Educação Física – Triângulo Mineiro.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This article is concerned about the implementation of Physical Education in schools in the city Ituiutaba (<em>Triângulo Mineiro</em>) between 1934 and 1971. The adoption of physical activities in school curriculums aimed to <em>discipline</em> and <em>purify</em> the local youth and children reflected the new pedagogical ideal directed to the control of the "insubordinate instincts", seeking to regulate behaviors and contributing to the new social organization which appeared with the urban and industrial society, especially after the Second World War. Such a context brought about the need for development of a high degree of productive efficiency, where schooling would be essential to achieve such purpose, beyond the contribution to the transmission of the idea which was necessary to ensure a "pure education" in the fight against large epidemic outbreaks. From this perspective, we highlight the specific practices of teachers and students in Physical Education classes in the schools of this city.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> History of Education – History of Physical Education ­– Triângulo Mineiro.</p>
