The article examines the content of professional adaptation of employees of internal affairs bodies, as well as the reasons that complicate their adaptation. Using a systematic approach to the study of professional activity, a number of features of adaptation of employees at the stage of training in the main vocational training programs are revealed. In particular, it emphasizes the importance of studying the formation of a student's own ideas in the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia about the profession of an employee of internal affairs bodies at the early stages of professional development. By them, the article proposes to un-derstand: 1) the very first stage of recruitment (including during the period of the beginning of training in the system of professional training in the main vocational training programs); 2) the process of vocational training (including prior to its completion); 3) completion of vocational training and independent performance of official duties by employees of the internal affairs bodies who have undergone professional training. The article proposes specific ways of creating conditions for professional adaptation of students of vocational training. It is concluded that the study of the indicated issue will strengthen the human resources of the internal affairs bodies, form professionally significant qualities of the employees of the internal affairs bodies, and also increase the efficiency of their activities.

Educational administration is a set of methods used in the implementation of education in accordance with the policies that have been set in order to achieve an educational goal. In order to carry out the operational administration of education, the School as an educational organization must manage three things namely material, human resources and curriculum. The management must go through predetermined procedures or processes in order to be well planned. The process of education administration consists of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Good and regular administration will make the course of education and educational goals achieved effectively and efficiently. In addition, the role of educators and all education personnel is also very important in the administration of education for the smooth implementation of the system and the realization of the objectives to be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary for the active participation of educators and education personnel to participate in the administration of education.

The main goal of the article is to describe project management used in education. The concept of “project management” and its main components in the conditions of educational organizations as a system mechanism in resource management have been theoretically analyzed. The role of investments and state support for training and education on project management not only in the national but also foreign education has been shown. The main goals and areas of the implementation in the educational sector have been revealed through the example of the Education national project. The role of the methodology for network planning of the employees’ activities in an organization has been considered. This creates guidelines for organizing the research on optimizing human resources in the organization and improving their efficiency. The article has focused on one of the approaches in project management, namely, the projective-resource one, where the head of the educational organization plays an important role both in project management and in the formation of a team for its implementation.
