The development of precast concrete structure is an effective way to promote industrialization of construction industry and housing industrialization, and is also a inevitable choice for green development. Grouted splice sleeve connector, regarded as one of the key technologies of precast concrete structure, has the advantages of high strength and good seismic performance. In this paper, the development of grouted splice sleeve connector is systematically summarized both home and abroad, existing problems in the domestic research of sleeve are evaluated and analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures are also further proposed.

Laser cladding, as an effective method of metal surface modification, is to fuse an alloy coating of enhanced mechanical and chemical properties on the surface of a substrate. Therefore, laser cladding has been attracting continuous and extensive research for years. In this paper, the research progress in laser clad cobalt-based alloys is summarized. The preparing processes, microstructures, properties and influence factors of laser clad cobalt-based alloys coatings and their ceramic particles strengthened composites coatings are analyzed systematically. And the existing problems, some solving measures, the development tendencies and industral uses are presented.

This paper reviews the latest research and development status of processing technologies for wrought magnesium alloys including extrusion, forging, (twin-roll) thin strip casting, rolling, stamping, and superplastic forming. Existing problems and the development trends of these processing technologies are analyzed and discussed. Up to the present, the R&D on the processing technologies of wrought magnesium alloys has made great global progress. Nevertheless there is a long way to achieve large-scale industrialization and application of wrought magnesium alloys.

Technological independent innovation is not only the internal need for equipment manufacturing enterprises to improve their core competitiveness but also the urgent requirement to promote economic and social development. Based on the development status of technological independent innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises, this study analyzes the explicit and implicit influencing factors of technological independent innovation using iceberg theory and obtains the multilevel hierarchical structure model of explicit and implicit influencing factors and its key influencing factors using the integrated DEMATEL-ISM method. The three aspects of enterprises give suggestions and countermeasures for the existing problems, put forward correct and effective guidance for the technological independent innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises, and lay a solid foundation for China’s industrial revitalization and economic development.
