Based on the data from WHO in 2015, incident of low birth weight in Indonesia is still high. As many as 15,5% of babies born in Malang district. in 2018, total babies born were 38.421 and 1261 babies were born with low birth weight (BPS Kab. Malang). Meanwhile in puskesmas dau, there were 30 babies birth with low birth weight. Factors that can influence LBW include maternal weight before pregnancy, maternal weight during pregnancy, arm circumference, alcohol consumption, cigarette use, symptoms of depression or anxiety and eating pattern. This study is a descriptive study with a linear regression analysis design multiple analysis to analyze physical, psychological, and dietary factors in tribulan III pregnant women against LBW events at Puskesmas Dau. Samples were taken by simple random sampling method with a total of 175 pregnant women. The result shows that these three factors had a significant influence on LBW events with a t-count of 2,200 physical condition factors, a t-count of 8,165 psychologic factors, and a t-count of 3,612 eating conditions. Based on the result of this study, it can conclude that there is significant effect between physical factor, psychological factor and eating pattern to low birth weight event in Puskesmas Dau. The conclusion of this study shows that psychological factors that have the most significant influence on LBW events when compared with other factors. Suggestions that can be given from researcher to Puskesmas Dau are to maintain and improve services to psychological conditions by always involving families in solving problems so that low birth weight will decrease

The paper deals with urgent issues of development of resource-saving methods of biotechnological processes intensification. The main purpose of the work is to show the efficiency of using extremely low doses of physical factors impact in food biotechnology. Acoustic and electric treatment was in various modes. Impact capacity did not exceed 10-4 W/kg. The duration of exposure ranged from 5 to 15 min. Barley grains enzymes and lactic acid microorganisms were subjected to treatment. Impact of vibration as a physical factor, its frequency is considered as a priority in controlling growth and biochemical processes in biological objects. Impact frequency in the range of 50–10000 Hz influences the activity of hydrolytic enzymes in bimodal way. It is presented in the article. The coincidence of the frequency ranges of the maximum activity of enzymes in the model reactions with the ones in the grain of barley under the treatment of alternating current and sound is noted. Improvement of all indexes of germinating barley and improvement of the quality of the finished malt were observed in these ranges. Low-intensity acoustic treatment at a frequency of 2000 Hz contributed to an increase in β-galactosidase activity of the CT-95 Str. thermophilus strain. Selected ST-95 Str. thermophilus strain was used in the starter composition for the experimental sample production of fermented melted milk. The fermentation process intensification was observed. The lactose content of this product is 30% less in comparison with the feedstock. The use of traditional starter without a selected strain can reduce the lactose content by an average of 7.5%. The results of biotechnological processes modification by means of the treatment of enzymes and extremely low doses of physical factors impact used in meat technologies are observed. Thus, the prospects of using low-intensity physical effects of vibration in the development of innovative food technologies are substantiated. It is also promising to use these technologies in making absolutely new food products with different qualities.

En ese sentido, la experiencia dramatúrgica particular a que hace referencia este artículo tiene su punto de partida al interior del Departamento de Artes Escénicas de la Universidad del Valle. Desde el área de movimiento la aplicación de un training corporal dio paso a creaciones escénicas donde se priorizó y posicionó el uso del cuerpo como elemento de representación autónomo, su evolución permitió abordar el hecho dramatúrgico en relación con la puesta y la dirección escénica, todas ellas experiencias dramatúrgicas que abarcaron lo corporal y lo performativo.</p>

Phytoplankton is the primary producer whose existence depends not only on the nutrient. The eastern part of Segara Anakan waters experienced changes where the decline in quality which received input from organic and inorganic wastes and residential, industrial and factory wastes of Holcim and Pertamina factories. The purpose of this research is to study the water quality and to study the relationship between water quality and abundance of phytoplankton at the eastern part of Segara Anakan. The result showed that Water quality in Segara Anakan waters in the eastern part of Cilacap consists of several parameters that beyond the quality standards according to the Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No. 51 of 2004 such as pH, Nitrate, Ammonia, Phosphate, and TSS. Water temperature is a physical factor which has a strong negative correlation with the abundance of phytoplankton, followed by TSS as a physical factor which has a positive correlation. The chemical factor which has a positive correlation with abundance are TDS, Nitrite and pH, followed by Phosphate, Salinity, Ammonia, and Nitrate which has a negative correlation with the abundance of phytoplankton. In the wake of the Great Recession, a new cycle of scholarship opened on the history of American capitalism. This occurred, however, without much specification of the subject at hand. In this essay, I offer a conceptualization of capitalism, by focusing on its root—capital. Much historical writing has treated capital as a physical factor of production. Against such a “materialist” capital concept, I define capital as a pecuniary process of forward-looking valuation, associated with investment. Engaging recent work across literatures, I try to show how this conceptualization of capital and capitalism helps illuminate many core dynamics of modern economic life.

MANETs is a network which has nodes. Communication is done without use of infrastructure. Quality based routing is developed which considers end to end qualitatiove data communication. A number of protocols were designed and suggested by researchers to achieve effective communication in MANETs. Considering number of quality factors as energy, trust, bandwidth etc a number of protocols are existing. But still there are number of factors those can consider to enhance the performance of the protocols used for the communication purpose. The existing schemes were effective enough but still as factors those were considering only the resources held by a node not the physical factors were present as node is to survive and communication in network. So further enhancements were possible by considering the physical parameters. Inspired from that in this paper a proposed scheme considering physical factor name as Distance is considered as the improvement to the traditional scheme. The distance factor is behaving as finding the physical presence of the node in the network also the distance factor will help to find the appropriate node for the next hop to communicate. A simulation is conducted in MATLAB software and performance factors as throughput and energy are analyzed, also an comparison with existing system is done and the results shows that the proposed scheme is effective enough to achieve QOS based routing with reduced energy consumption and high throughput.

Pacitan Regency has the potential natural tourism because in the south is adjecent to the Indian Ocean and that region has many caves. The number of tourists visit in Pacitan Regency has recently increased, especially in 2017 is the highest number of tourists visit. Spatial pattern of tourist distribution can be analyzed based on terrain, type of network and the distance from city center. The purpose of this study is analyzing spatial pattern of tourist distribution based on physical factor (terrain) and accessibility factors (type of road network and the distance from city center) then the factors that have significant relation. The data are collected by observation, interview, plotting, and documentation. The method used in this research was descriptive and statistics. The tourists distribution in this research are total of tourist arrivals 2017 in tourism object that registered by the department of tourism, youth, and sport of Pacitan Regency. The result shows the highest tourist distribution is on Teleng Ria Beach and Klayar Beach. Teleng Ria Beach is on flat terrain, located on local road and near from city center of Pacitan Regency. Klayar Beach is on undulating terrain, located on other road and moderate from city center of Pacitan Regency. The highest tourist distribution in Teleng Ria Beach and Klayar Beach are reinforced with the most complete primary, secondary and conditional facilities among other tourism objects in Pacitan Regency. Statistics show significant relation between tourist distribution and physical factor (terrain).

Monopolar dielectric radiofrequency (MDR) is a non-invasive treatment for pain based on the local application of electromagnetic signals. The study’s goal was to analyze the effects of MDR on the symptoms of fibromyalgia. For this aim, a randomized controlled trial was conducted on 66 female participants (aged 47 ± 17.7) diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Participants were randomly allocated to either an experimental group (n = 23), which received eight 20-minute sessions of MDR; a sham group, which received the same number of sessions of a sham MDR therapy (n = 22); or a control group (n = 21), which received usual care. The outcome variables included pain measured by the visual analogue scale (VAS), score on the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) and quality of life measured by the combined index of fibromyalgia severity (ICAF). A large effect size was observed for the local pain (R2 = 0.46), total ICAF (R2 = 0.42) and ICAF physical factor scores (R2 = 0.38). Significant mean differences were found for the local pain (p = 0.025) and ICAF physical factor (p = 0.031) scores of the experimental group in comparison with the sham group. No statistically significant differences between groups were found in HADS. In conclusion, MDR is more effective than either sham treatment or usual care in the short-term improvement of pain and the physical wellbeing of participants with fibromyalgia.
