The functions of a website are very strategic, such as a tool to promote goods and services, display information, and share files or images. In addition, a website is also needed in providing online services to its users, especially during the current pandemic. Because of its very strategic function, many studies have been carried out to measure website user satisfaction using the Webqual model. This study aimed to conduct a literature review on the application of the Webqual model in Indonesia between 2016 and 2020. This study identified the type of website being measured, the data processing techniques used and analyzed the findings. The results of this study indicated that the Webqual model as a measuring tool for website quality could find dimensions and attributes that were positively or negatively correlated with user satisfaction, which could be used as a benchmark in evaluating the quality of the website.

Websites are being widely used for commercial purpose in both private and public sectors. Whether such widespread use and dependency on web enhances the satisfaction among its users or not is to be understood. The objective of the present study is to examine and analyze the quality of the website of the Indian Railways. The Indian Railways website quality was compared with a perceived ideal website. The attributes for assessing the website quality of a railways were developed on the basis of pertaining literature review, interview with some of the web site users and with personal observations. In the present study the mean value in case of the Indian Railways is 36.28 and in case of perceived ideal website the mean value is 45.06. The F-statistic value is 52.75. The result allows us to infer that the Indian Railways website quality is not on the mark compared to what the users expect in a perceived ideal website. The implication of the present study is that the Indian Railways should focus on the quality of its website for increased user satisfaction and for enhancing its image.

The more competition the e-commerce company and the development of technology company in Indonesia, website of Zalora Indonesia traffic rank declining. Measuring the quality of website by using WebQual 4.0 will help manage the web to be able to adjust the quality of the web with user perception.  The research aims to make design of Data Flow Diagram model to measure website quality using WebQual 4.0 based on user satisfaction variable. A case study was conducted on the Zalora Indonesia website. Data Flow model is used to make design of system model recommendation, while WebQual 4.0 method is used to measure website quality to user satisfaction. The research data using primary data in the form of questionnaires involving 384 respondents in the city of Bandung who had transacted on the website Zalora Indonesia. Data analysis technique applies descriptive analysis. Measurement of the quality of information systems is necessary to evaluate the satisfaction of users of the system as a consideration for companies to develop the information system. This research aims to apply and test the Service Quality method to measure the level of user satisfaction with the Indihome Dunsanak Information System Provisioning Monitor (SIMIDUN) to serve as a benchmark for system developers to develop Indihome Dunsanak's Information System Provisioning Minitor. The data used in this study is data about the details of items or indicators contained in the application to be evaluated, by distributing questionnaires to system users. Data processing is done using the Service Quality method, then the data is processed by calculating the perception value and the expected value based on the questionnaire that has been distributed then calculating the gap score to make a cartesian diagram. The results obtained in the evaluation of user satisfaction information system provisioning indihome dunsanak based on Distribution and Percentage of User Perceptions of the information system that 38.47% of SIMIDUN Information System users are satisfied with the performance of the system and only 18.47% of users assess the performance of the SIMIDUN Information System very much. satisfactory, based on the data obtained that the average servqual score is -0.97 means that the score gap between user expectations and what the user feels is negative. This means that the average expectation of new users is fulfilled by SIMIDUN Information System with a score of 0,97.

Application surface tension measuring tool to distinguish saturated cooking oil and unsaturated cooking oil has been done. Th is study aims to apply the surface tension measuring tool as an alternative tool for distinguishing saturated cooking oil and unsaturated cooking oil. This study was conducted to distinguish the quality of cooking oil consumption in terms of the number of oil for frying. The method used in this research is the method Torsion Dynamometer conducted in three phases, the first preparation of tools and materials, the second data retrieval, and the third is data processing. The results showed that torsion Dynamometer can be used as a tool to distinguish saturated cooking oil and unsaturated cooking oil. Saturated cooking oil has a value of surface tension γ ± Δγ = (1.6604 ±0.01448) dyne/cm, while for unsaturated cooking oil has a value of surface tension γ ± Δγ = (1.3492 ± 0.03624) dyne/cm.
