Application surface tension measuring tool to distinguish saturated cooking oil and unsaturated cooking oil has been done. Th is study aims to apply the surface tension measuring tool as an alternative tool for distinguishing saturated cooking oil and unsaturated cooking oil. This study was conducted to distinguish the quality of cooking oil consumption in terms of the number of oil for frying. The method used in this research is the method Torsion Dynamometer conducted in three phases, the first preparation of tools and materials, the second data retrieval, and the third is data processing. The results showed that torsion Dynamometer can be used as a tool to distinguish saturated cooking oil and unsaturated cooking oil. Saturated cooking oil has a value of surface tension γ ± Δγ = (1.6604 ±0.01448) dyne/cm, while for unsaturated cooking oil has a value of surface tension γ ± Δγ = (1.3492 ± 0.03624) dyne/cm.

In the SERVQUAL method there are a total of 22 attributes, for the tangible dimension it has 9 attributes, then the reliability dimension has 2 attributes, Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension has 4 attributes, the assurance dimension has 3 attributes, and finally the empathy dimension has 4 attributes. The result of Service Quality data processing, as a whole has a gap minus value. The results are then processed by the IPA method and the results show that six attributes are in the first quadrant (priority recovery), three attributes are in the second quadrant, one attribute is in the third quadrant, twelve attributes are in the fourth quadrant. The results of data processing using the IPA method, then continued with data processing using the PGCV method, and the results show that there are six attributes listed in the order of priority, with the highest PGCV score statement, namely the item "tellers and customers". Service has a sufficient number. Then followed by adding some divider walls, equity in bank services, in customer services speed, improvement at queue information, adding some chairs. So, to increase and maintain the bank service quality, the problems must be fixed immediately based on the priority rank results like adding some divider wall, increase the number of teller and customer service, adding some chair, improving equity in bank services, improving the customer service speed in serving customers

Cooking oil is one of the essential ingredients of everyday life. Cooking oil is made from the mother's acid ester with glycerol. Cooking oil that is used repeatedly can harm health. The use of recurrent oil results in oil damage and affects the quality where the indicator of damage to cooking oil can be seen from the levels of free fatty acids and peroxides. To determine the effect of repeated frying on the quality of cooking oil in terms of the parameters of the levels of free fatty acids and peroxides. The research design used in this study is quantitative with experiments. The cooking oil used is bulk cooking oil and packaged cooking oil used to fry vegetable food ingredients, namely tofu. Numbers of peroxide and free fatty acids can be known through the titration method. The peroxide number test results have increased from the repetition of the third frying to branded oil and second repetition of bulk oil. Peroxide numbers obtained are higher than required by SNI (1.00 mg O2/100g). Examination of the levels of free fatty acids in samples of branded oil and bulk oil shows that all samples are by the oil quality requirements set by SNI (Max. 0.30% b/b).

The functions of a website are very strategic, such as a tool to promote goods and services, display information, and share files or images. In addition, a website is also needed in providing online services to its users, especially during the current pandemic. Because of its very strategic function, many studies have been carried out to measure website user satisfaction using the Webqual model. This study aimed to conduct a literature review on the application of the Webqual model in Indonesia between 2016 and 2020. This study identified the type of website being measured, the data processing techniques used and analyzed the findings. The results of this study indicated that the Webqual model as a measuring tool for website quality could find dimensions and attributes that were positively or negatively correlated with user satisfaction, which could be used as a benchmark in evaluating the quality of the website.
