Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh dewan direksi, dewan komisaris, kepemilikan publik dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan diperolah sampel sebanyak 49 yang telah memenuhi kriteria. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Kinerja perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan return on equity (ROE). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dewan direksi, kepemilikan publik dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan sedangkan dewan direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.  This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of board of directors, board of commissioners, public ownership and institutional ownership on firm performance. The sample used in this study is a BUMN company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2019 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 49 samples that met the criteria. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The firm performance criteria in this study were measured using Return on Equity (ROE). Based on the research results, it can be concluded board of directors, public ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on firm performance, while the board of commissioners has a positive effect on firm performance.

This study aims to examine and determine the effect both simultaneously and partially between return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, quick ratio, board of directors, independent commissioners on the capital structure of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The data of this study were obtained from the Investment Gallery of Kanjuruhan University Malang and the Indonesia Stock Exchange Site, www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is based on certain criteria in order to obtain 6 companies that are used as research samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, quick ratio, board of directors, independent commissioners influence the company's capital structure. Partially return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, quick ratio, board of directors, independent commissioners negatively affect the company's capital structure

Law on State Owned Enterprises (No.19/2003) define one of the purpose of privatization to increase the firm performance and firm value. However, until June 2017, from 119 State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia, only 19 firms have go public. The aim of the research is to examine the effect of state ownership and public ownership towards firm performance proxied based on Return on Equity (ROE) partially and simultaneously. Multiple regression analysis is performed on the data which are collected by using purposive sampling technique for the Indonesia’s State Owned Enterprise (BUMN) listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2015. We find that state ownership has no effect towards ROE. However, public ownership proxied based on percentage of public ownership has significant effect towards ROE. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of board of directors and commissioner diversitieson leverage ratio. The study population includes all manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia StockExchange in the period of 2013. Samples were taken from 63 manufacturing companies listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange in the period of 2013 with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used wasmultiple linear regressions. The results of this study show that the board of directors and commissioners donot significantly influence the leverage ratio.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Board of Commissioner, Leverage, and Ownership Structure on the Enterprise Risk Management disclosure of banking firm listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period from 2013 to 2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling (purposive sampling method). The sampel used in this study is a banking company that meets the criteriaas set out in this study to obtain 21 banking. The data obtained derived from the annualreport and financial report of the banks publishe. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression to test the classical assumption first. The result showed that the Board of Commissioner have a significant influence on the Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure. Leverageand Ownership Structure is not significantly effects on Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure.

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Change In Total Assets on Price Book Value with Debt To Equity as an intervening in metal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is an associative study with documentation data collection techniques, the population in this study This amounted to 16 companies and samples taken amounted to 14 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results showed that Return On Equity had a positive and significant effect on Debt To Equity, Return On Equity had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Debt To Equity, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity has a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Return On Equity and Price Book Value has a negative and insignificant effect, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Growth Assets and Price Book Value has a negative and negative effect not significant.

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Corporate Growth, Company Size, Capital Structure and Return On Equity Against Dividend Policy. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013 until 2015 as many as 131 companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique so that resulted 22 company. Data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that company growth does not influence Dividend Policy, while Company Size, Capital Structure and Return on Equity influence to dividend policy.</em></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return On Equity</em> Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2015 sebanyak 131 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em> sehingga dihasilkan 22 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return on Equity </em>berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan dividen.</p>

The purpose from this research is to test the effect from CEO characteristics towards firm performance. CEO characteristics was proxied with founder CEO, ownership, tenure, and education. Firm performance was proxied with Tobin’s Q. The sample from this research are every non-financial firm that have been listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2010 – 2015 period. The method from this research is purposive sampling with analysis technique model multiple linier regression. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of the growth of earning per share, deviden per share, return on investment and return on equity of stock return on registered companies in the LQ 45. The populations of this research are companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research uses by purposive sampling with the available data in 2005 – 2006, registered in the LQ-45 period 2006 – 2010 respectively, announced a profit and distributing dividends in a row, so that the sample used amounted to 15 companies. The statistical method used is multiple regresion to test a classical assumtion first. T statistical test show that the growth of Earning Per Share effect on stock return H+3, growth Dividend Per Share effect on stock return in the H-5 and H+4, growth of Return On Investment effect on stock return in return H+1, whereas Return On Equity effect on stock return H+3
