: Obesity and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) are becoming more common among pregnant women worldwide and are individually associated with a number of placenta-mediated obstetric complications, including preeclampsia, macrosomia, intrauterine growth restriction and stillbirth. The placenta serves several functions throughout pregnancy and is the main exchange site for the transfer of nutrients and gas from mother to fetus. In pregnancies complicated by maternal obesity or GDM, the placenta is exposed to environmental changes, such as increased inflammation and oxidative stress, dyslipidemia, and altered hormone levels. These changes can affect placental development and function and lead to abnormal fetal growth and development as well as metabolic and cardiovascular abnormalities in the offspring. This review aims to summarize current knowledge on the effects of obesity and GDM on placental development and function. Understanding these processes is key in developing therapeutic interventions with the goal of mitigating these effects and preventing future cardiovascular and metabolic pathology in subsequent generations.

Karimata and Gaspar Straits were the connector between the South China Sea and Indonesian Seas, which played a role in transporting the Indonesian Through Flow. The current velocities in both straits were studied by comparing outputs from the INDO12 physical ocean model simulation against observation results from the South China Sea-Indonesian Seas Transport Exchange (SITE) program. In general, the magnitudes of the zonal and meridional model current velocities are weaker than observations. Notably, the B1 and B4 moorings show uncertain model values most of the time. It is understandable considering that B1 and B4 moorings are located in a narrow strait (Gaspar Strait), near the coasts. On the contrary, B2 and B3 moorings show comparable magnitude to the two zonal and meridional components' observations Keywords: Karimata Strait, Current Velocities, INDO12, SITE Program

This study aims to examine and determine the effect both simultaneously and partially between return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, quick ratio, board of directors, independent commissioners on the capital structure of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The data of this study were obtained from the Investment Gallery of Kanjuruhan University Malang and the Indonesia Stock Exchange Site, www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is based on certain criteria in order to obtain 6 companies that are used as research samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, quick ratio, board of directors, independent commissioners influence the company's capital structure. Partially return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, quick ratio, board of directors, independent commissioners negatively affect the company's capital structure

E-commerce drivers begin by starting with one nation then migrating to the next. A few drivers found in some developed nations are not yet apparent in numerous emerging nations. Sometimes the drivers in a developed nation could be obstructions or less useful in different nations. A significant part of the development has happened in Asia. The region's wellorganized economies especially in gathering are shown as beneficiaries of clients in making nations to get a handle on Eexchange frameworks. China's people of Internet clients is, beginning at now the world's third greatest and is becoming generously more quickly than India's. China's web usage may incite one more lift for that nation as E-exchange instruments for verifying, stock and store mastermind assignments are utilized to update capability for its enough astonishing undertakings. There are no dedicated E-exchange laws India. IT Act 2000 does not have any course of action for protecting the adolescents. The Eexchange industry is still in its basic stage in India. The essential E-exchange site was (www.fabmart.com) moved in 1999. It continued running for just twenty one years. In spite of the way that E-business industry strikes a gigantic improvement rate in India. Various factors expect a gigantic activity in it for instance business system, website collaboration, security features, portion structure, changing acquiring conduct, customer care support, cost ampleness, globalization, preparing update, economy, and fortifying and Internet advancement. A new fluorescent probe (BDP-Fe2+) was developed for targeting dopamine, with a boron–dipyrromethenyl (BDP) group as the fluorophore and a Fe2+ complex as the ligand exchange site. The free form of BDP-Fe2+ in solution displayed weak fluorescence emission, while it showed strong fluorescence emission after interaction with dopamine due to the release of Fe2+ from BDP-Fe2+, confirming the binding of Fe2+ to dopamine. The increase in fluorescence intensity was concentration-dependent, and a good linear relationship was observed between the fluorescence intensity and dopamine concentration. The detection limit of dopamine by BDP-Fe2+ was 1.1 nM, indicating a 20-fold higher sensitivity than that of previously reported compounds. The reaction of BDP-Fe2+ with dopamine was not affected by the presence of foreign substances, allowing the highly selective detection of dopamine in the human serum sample. The results of this study indicate that the novel compound BDP-Fe2+ is a reliable fluorescent molecular probe for the detection of dopamine and can be widely employed in diverse scientific areas.

YouTube has enabled new forms of political dissent in Arab societies. This article examines the development and rise of YouTube in the Arab world. In particular, it looks at how this video exchange site is invigorating the online public sphere's vigorous demand for political reform and respect for human rights. Specifically, this investigation explores how social networking capabilities have made YouTube an effective asset in dissidents' arsenal among Arab activists. To examine the vibrancy of this fledgling online public sphere, the chapter scrutinizes how activists incorporated YouTube videos to shed light on human rights abuses, specifically police abuse, corruption, and brutality in two Arab countries, Egypt and Morocco. The chapter concludes with a discussion of the new campaigning modes that the Internet and YouTube have facilitated.

Aim. To determine the features of the ligand-protein interaction of glaziovianin A and human α-, β- and γ-tubulin. Methods. Protein and ligand spatial structure modelling (I-Tasser, Grid), molecular docking (CCDC Gold), molecular dynamics simulation (GROMACS). Results. Using the method of molecular docking in CCDC Gold ligand-protein complexes of glaziovianin A and human α-, β- and γ-tubulin were reconstructed. Studied ligand interactions in GTP/GDP-exchange and colchicine binding sites of different tubulin isotypes. The built ligand-protein complexes were studied using molecular dynamics simulations. Conclusions. Binding of glaziovianin A with human tubulin was confirmed exposing its derivatives as perspective tubulin effectors. The binding energies of ligand-protein interaction confirm higher affinity for β-tubulin molecules, and it was suggested that glazovianin A binding may occur at two alternative sites: GTP/GDP-exchange site and site of colchicine binding. Keywords: tubulin, glaziovianin A, binding, antitumor activity.
