<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Corporate Growth, Company Size, Capital Structure and Return On Equity Against Dividend Policy. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013 until 2015 as many as 131 companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique so that resulted 22 company. Data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that company growth does not influence Dividend Policy, while Company Size, Capital Structure and Return on Equity influence to dividend policy.</em></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return On Equity</em> Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2015 sebanyak 131 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em> sehingga dihasilkan 22 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return on Equity </em>berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan dividen.</p>

Investors have a goal to get maximum returns by anticipating the impact they will face in the future. In this study the return meant is dividend policy. There are 4 factors that influence dividend policy, namely: (1) debt policy, (2) liquidity, (3) company size, (3) profitability. This type of research is causative with secondary data, where this study analyzes how the influence of one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is the determination of the cellphone and population based on the criteria desired by the researcher in order to obtain a representative sample according to the criteria. The object of this study is a company listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period of 2013-2016. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) debt policy has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy in the LQ-45 index company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, (2) liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-index companies 45 which are listed on the IDX in 2013-2016, (3) the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, and (4) Profitability has a negative and not significant effect on policy dividends on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Liquidity, Company Size, and Profitability

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh faktor – faktor penentu berupa profitabilitas, struktur aset, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan likuiditas terhadap struktur modal. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 – 2019. Teknik purposive sampling yang digunakan menghasilkan 50 sampel yang terdiri dari 5 perusahaan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari faktor – faktor penentu terhadap struktur modal, peneliti menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Profitabilitas, Struktur Aktiva, Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Likuiditas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal. Secara parsial Profitabilitas, Struktur Aktiva, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur modal, Namun Likuiditas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi bangunan periode 2010 – 2019. Kata Kunci : Struktur modal, profitabilitas, struktur aktiva, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan, likuiditas. Abstract This research aims to determine the influences of determining factors in the form of profitability, asset structure, company size, sales growth, and liquidity to the capital structure. This research used financial report data of building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010 – 2019. The purposive sampling technique used produced 50 samples consisting of 5 companies as samples in this study. To determine the influences of determinants on the capital structure, researchers used multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study are Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Size, Sales Growth, and Liquidity simultaneously affect the Capital Structure. Partial profitability, asset structure, company size, and sales growth have no effect on capital structure, but liquidity has an influence on the Capital Structure of the company's building construction sub-sector for the period 2010-2019 Keywords: Capital structure, profitability, asset structure, company size, sales growth, liquidity.

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability(ROA), asset structure(SA), company growth (GROWTH), business risk (BEPR), and company activities (TATO) on capital structure (DER) in a large trading sub-sector company listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2018 period simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially (partial). Purposive sampling technique was used in this study for sampling by obtaining 21 company samples with a research period of 6 years, so that 126 data samples were obtained. Processing data using Eviews 9.0, this study uses data from several independent variables, namely profitability (ROA), asset structure (SA), company growth (GROWTH), business risk (BEPR), and company activities (TATO) with the results of research that simultaneously the five independent variables can affect the capital structure. While partially it can be concluded, company growth has a significant negative effect on capital structure and asset structure has a significant positive effect on the dependent variable. Pengolahaan data menggunakan Eviews 9.0, penelitian ini menggunakan data dari beberapa variabel bebas yaitu profitabilitas (ROA), struktur aktiva (SA), pertumbuhan perusahaan (GROWTH), risiko bisnis (BEPR), dan aktivitas perusahaan (TATO)  dengan hasil penelitian bahwa secara simultan kelima variabel bebas tersebut dapat berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan secara parsial dapat disimpulkan, pertumbuhan perusahaan memiliki sebuah pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal dan struktur aktiva memilki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Sedangkan pada variabel lainnya yaitu profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, dan aktivitas perusahaan tidak dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya struktur modal. Kata Kunci                          : Struktur Modal; ROA; SA; GROWTH; BEPR dan TATO.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence value company (PBV) which includes dividend policy (DPR), company size (SIZE), capital structure (DER), liquidity (CR), and profitability (ROA). The population in this study  is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2018. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling, so we obtained a sample of 18 companies. Type quantitative research. Data sources in the form of secondary data. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially dividend policy (DPR), capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROA) affect on value company (PBV). While the size of the company (SIZE) and liquidity (CR) has no affect on value company (PBV).

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of debt costs, dividend policy, profitability, company size, business risk, and company growth on the capital structure of coal and non-coal mining industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019 period, and to analyze the differences in the effect sixth determinant of capital structure  in the two industrial subsectors studied. Based on purposive sampling method was obtained 19 coal mining companies and 17 non-coal mining companies as the research sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and Chow test. The analysis showed that simultaneously cost of debt, dividend policy, profitability, company size, business risk, and company growth has a significant effect on the capital structure of the coal sub-sector, but no significant effect on non-coal sub-sector. Partially, the sixth of these variables have varying effect in the two industrial subsectors studied. Chow test results indicate a difference in effect cost of debt, dividend policy, profitability, company size, business risk, and company growth on capital structure decisions in the coal and non-coal sub-sectors. The limitation of this research is only examines the stability of the parameters in the regression model without informing how big a change or difference. The results of this study are beneficial to mining companies and academics.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of liquidity, debt policy, company growth, board of commissioners and audit committee on dividend policies of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The method of determining the sample is using purposive sampling. The samples taken were 30 companies with 170 observations, by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collected through non-participant observation.  Based on the results of research, debt policy and company growth have a negative effect on dividend policy, while liquidity, board of commissioners and audit committee have no significant effect on dividend policy. This study aims to determine the factors that influence capital structure. The independent variables in this study are asset structure, company size, liquidity and profitability. The population of this research is 43 consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. By using purposive sampling technique, as many as 62 companies met the sample criteria. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously asset structure, company size, liquidity, and profitability variables affect the capital structure. The research results partially liquidity variables affect the capital structure. Meanwhile, the variable asset structure, company size, and profitability does not affect the capital structure.

Every company, especially companies that have gone public have value. The value that is owned by the company is a perception that comes from investors to the level of achievement of the success of a company in managing various resources that are controlled and owned which is reflected in the stock price of the company in the market. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy on firm value. The companies in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2015 to 2018. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2018. The research sample of 11 companies. The technique used in the sampling of this study used a purposive sampling technique. In this study secondary data was obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and testing using the classic assumption test. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2 test). The results showed that simultaneous profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy significantly influence the value of manufacturing companies. Partially, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has positive and not significant effect on firm value.

Profitability is an appropriate indicator to measure the performance of a bank. profitability assessment useful to determine the ability of companies in creating profit from capital used. This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Liquidity to Profitability of Bank Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling, based on sample determination criteria then the samples obtained are 33 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. Based on the results of the analysis found that the debt ratio has a negative significant effect to the return on equity of the Bank companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, debt to equity ratio have a positive significant effect to the return on equity of the bank companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, loan to deposit ratio positive significant to return on equity a bank company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Asset Structure, Profitability, Company Growth and Company Size on the Capital Structure of Manufacturing Companies in the Goods and Consumption Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Period 2017 - 2019. This study uses a sample of 26 manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption industry sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2017 - 2019.
