The design of the cassava slicer machine has a capacity of 38 kg / hour, this machine is designed to design a cassava slicing machine that has high usability, achieving the required motor power so that the desired engine capacity can be achieved, able to determine the exact method of slicing cassava . The working principle of Cassava Slicing Machine is to work when the electric motor is turned on, then the motor will rotate then the motor rotation is transmitted to the pulley, moving the slicing knife by 0.03653 N / mm2. After the shaft rotates, the disc where the blade will rotate and the cassava is ready for slices and the results of the cassava slices will come out through the output funnel. Cassava slicing machine using 1/2 HP motor with 1400 rpm rotation as its driver, and Framework with L St.37 profile material, type A belt, bearing with UCP205-16 type

Stakeholders involved in the renewal of drinking water pipes almost always use mean ‘lifetime’ values, which are set by an expert based on material type. A common approach to estimating replacement requirements is to assume that all pipes of the same class of material are renewed when they reach an age equal to their average ‘lifetime’. However, experience shows that for the same type of pipes, very different average ‘lifetime’ values are used, leading to inaccurate estimations of renewal requirements. Furthermore, the notion of ‘lifetime’ can lead to confusion between ‘financial requirements’ and ‘practical rehab requirements’. This study highlights the advantage of considering that pipes of the same class of material can have different lifetimes, the values of which can then be represented in a statistical ‘survival curve’. Replacement needs generated through this curve are then smoothed, allowing realistic annual renewal budgets to be calculated. Given the risk of incorrect evaluation that the term ‘lifetime’ may entail, the term should be avoided when discussing pipe renewal. It would appear preferable to use the term ‘service life’, which clearly expresses the choice to be made by decision makers between repair and renewal.

The main goal to be achieved is to be able to make an onion slicing machine so that it can answer the problem if the onion slicing is carried out in a larger capacity. The onion slicing machine is made to support the increase in the production of shallot slices, which are ready to be fried for the production of scallion onions in household industries. In a small scale, the work can be done manually with a knife or other simple cutting tool. Problems will arise if large quantities of sliced or cut production are available. In order to facilitate the community in processing shallots and learn about the problems, namely how to produce a shallot slicing machine with uniform slices results using different slope angles on the knife. the working principle of this machine is the Onion which has been peeled dry skin inserted into the funnel then the plate on the back of which has a knife, will rotate because it is driven by an electric motor. As a result of the rotation the onion will be sliced and the slice will fall down, and below it a container will be used as a cross section of the onion which has been finished sliced as a result

Рассмотрен вопрос о необходимости повышения качества потребляемой электроэнергии на нефтяных месторождениях. Отмечен один из наиболее эффективных методов повышения качества электроэнергии - активный выпрямитель напряжения. Представлена модель активного выпрямителя, и описан принцип ее работы. Исследована работа макета активного выпрямителя, нагруженного на частотный преобразователь. Приведены осциллограммы токов и напряжений при нагрузке выпрямителя на преобразователь частоты, а также приведены характеристики макета. Показано влияние искаженной и несимметричной питающей сети на параметры потребляемого тока выпрямителя. Предложены методы компенсации влияния искажений сети на качество работы активного выпрямителя. Представлены сравнительные характеристики выпрямителя при работе с компенсатором искажений.

PLC control is basically a computer designed to replace a relay-based system. SMK Negeri 3 Sorong as one of the Vocational High Schools in Sorong-West Papua has an Electricity Engineering Expertise Program that studies PLC mastery competencies, but from observations made by researchers at SMK Negeri 3 Sorong it turns out that it does not have adequate practice modules in the subject of applying PLC to control of industrial electric motors and there are also difficulties for teachers in these schools in providing learning competency in electric motor control techniques, especially in terms of application or practice. The implementation of the module that will be designed and applied is a learning medium that will help the process of practicing skills in electric motor control engineering competencies automatically using the PLC Omron CP1E module. This module is designed to pay attention to several important things as follows: (1). Practice module in accordance with existing competency standards, (2). Easy to use, and (3). Helps the level of understanding of teachers and students in applying it. This practical module is also used to study the working principle parts of the up / down motor control system with the addition of a simulation module of the lift motor work system using a limit switch that detects the presence of the lift box. At the PLC output, a motor power window and lift indicator are used which indicate the lift box is automatically running.

The design of this fish pellet production machine is based on the working principle of a screw extruder. The working principle of this screw extruder is used for compaction by pushing the dough in the mold which ultimately results in fish pellets in accordance with the size of the mold hole continuously. Screw extruder is made by cutting the steel plate to form a ring. Then the steel plate is spiral formed by heat treatment and then welded to the screw extruder shaft. A binding pellet machine with screw extruder method has been successfully made with components in the form of hopper, screw extruder, screw cylinder, reducer, motor and mold plate. The screw extruder is capable of delivering the dough material at 2.23 m3/hour with a rotation of 35 rpm with a screw diameter of 6 inch. This fish pellet is driven by an electric motor with 1 HP power. This electric motor will drive the reducer, then turn the screw extruder. This fish pellet production machine has produced a fish pellet production capacity of 2,35 ton/hour

Utilizing analytical, numerical and experimental procedures, high-current connectors are developed to transmit electrical loads within the key components electric motor, power electronics and battery system.

In this paper, I introduced the working principle and drive type of hybrid cars, and parallel hybrid system was the driver type of hybrid sanitation vehicle. Combined with vehicle parameters and power performance indicators of the original model, I matched the appropriate engine, electric motor, battery and design the corresponding transmission.
