This community service activity is motivated by the condition of problems in the environment of Junior High School (SMP) of Global Insani Islamic School (GIIS); it has been found that one of the problems that is deemed necessary to watch out is in terms of interaction with fellow Junior High School students. Based on the observation of the school, in this case is the teacher, the intercommunications of Junior High School students are considered "braver". In the sense of sometimes "forgetting" the risks or dangers they face. If we learn further, then the risk behavior among Junior High School students can be caused by the adaptation process in the face of puberty and also in the face of changes in the style of intercourse in adolescence. Risky behaviors that become the most widespread problem are the behaviors associated with bullying and the behaviors of intercommunication with understanding of sexuality.

<em><span lang="EN">KKN PPM program objective is to provide insight to junior high school students about drugs and its effects. The program is carried out in SMP</span><span>N</span><span lang="EN"> 8 Singkawang through socialization and counseling. There are three things to be done to optimize this service activity. Sosialiszation iwill be given in order to provide information about various drugs and counseling to avoid drugs in order to avoid the impact of which is not good.</span></em>

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of Junior High School Laboratory State University of Malang counselors in facilitating the moral development of junior high school students by using moral comics. The methods for carrying out this service are lectures, guided discussions and guided assignments, workshops and mentoring. The partner in carrying out this dedication activity is the counselor at the Laboratory of SMP State University of Malang. The results obtained are an increase in understanding and ability of teachers to facilitate the moral development of junior high school students appropriately, the indicators are 1) counselors of SMP UM Laboratory have understood the moral development characteristics of SMP students and the importance of moral development of students appropriately 2) counselors of SMP UM Laboratory have understood efforts efforts that can be made to facilitate the moral development of middle school students. 3) counselors of SMP UM Laboratory have been skilled in utilizing moral comics as a medium for moral information services for junior high school students. So that through this moral comic can help overcome the problems of junior counselors in accordance with the characteristics of junior high school students.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan konselor SMP Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan moral siswa SMP dengan menggunakan komik moral. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, diskusi terbimbing dan tugas terbimbing, lokakarya dan pembimbingan. Mitra pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah konselor di SMP Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan moral siswa SMP secara tepat, indikatornya adalah 1) konselor SMP Laboratorium UM sudah memahami karakteristik perkembangan moral siswa SMP dan pentingnya pengembangan moral siswa secara tepat 2) konselor SMP Laboratorium UM sudah memahami upaya-upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi perkembangan moral siswa SMP. 3) konselor SMP Laboratorium UM sudah terampil dalam memanfaatkan komik moral sebagai media layanan informasi moral bagi siswa SMP. Sehingga melalui komik moral ini dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan konselor SMP yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa SMP.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Panti Asuhan Harapan Remaja adalah kurangnya motivasi dan inspirasi anak asuh siswa SMP untuk belajar bahasa asing. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menumbuhkan motivasi dan inspirasi belajar bahasa asing untuk belajar bahasa asing.</em><em> Salah satu cara untuk menunbuhkan motivasi dan isnpirasi belajar bahasa asing adalah dengan dilakukannya pengenalan bahasa asing dengan konteks yang dekat dengan keseharian anak asuh/siswa. Untuk itu telah diadakan program penumbuhan motivasi dan inspirasi berbahasa asing terutama bahasa Jepang dan Inggris masing-masing selama 2 kali. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah munculnya ketertarikan siswa terhadap bahasa asing dan ketertarikan untuk belajar bahasa asing terutama bahasa Inggris dan Jepang. Selain itu terlihat juga peningkatan motivasi belajar bahasa asing selain pelajaran sekolah. Akan tetapi tidak ada peningkatan ketertarikan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang asing. Saran kegiatan ke depan adalah mengadakan yang berkelanjutan dan berkala.</em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci:<em> </em></strong><strong><em>Bahasa Asing, Inspirasi</em></strong><strong><em>, </em></strong><strong><em>Motivasi</em></strong></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>This community service activity had purposes to inspire and motivate the junior high school students to learn a foreign language at the Harapan Remaja Orphanage. This orphanage has a problem dealing with foster children’s motivation in learning foreign languages. The result of this activity is the emergence of an interest in foreign languages and learning those languages, especially English and Japanese. After the activities, the result shows that the learners’ motivation is still low. However, the activities related to foreign languages increased the participants’ interests to learn foreign languages, in this context, Japanese and English. ABSTRACT This paper attempts to analyze the test items in the English National Final Examination (UAN) for Junior High School Students in the academic year 2009/2010. This study aims at analyzing the compatibility of the test items of package A in reading and writing section of English National Final Examination for Junior High School Students with the standard of graduate competence and the cognitive domains used in the test. The data were collected by using documentary method, while in analyzing the data the writers focused on matching the compatibility of the test items with the Standard of Graduate Competence and identifying the cognitive domain used. From the analysis, it was found that the test items of package A in reading and writing section of English National Final Examination 2009/2010 were in line with the Standard of Graduate Competence (SKL) arranged by the government. The cognitive domains in reading section mostly used level of comprehension. The cognitive domains in writing section used the application and the synthesis level. ?é?á Key words: analysis, test items, national final examination
