ABSTRACT  This article investigates the influence of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, brand loyalty, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy customer satisfaction. The population is the customer in BPR Meru Sankara, the sample is taken with convinience with slovin method. Using sample 96 and tested using SPSS software. The results of this study show Perception Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness and Empatimiliki influence and significant to Customer Satisfaction. Thus the proposed hypothesis proves true. As for Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Brand Loyalty, Physical Evidence and Guarantee no effect on Customer Satisfaction so that the hypothesis proposed is not proven. This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality, and brand loyalty to purchase decisions of French Fries. The research is quantitative and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, with 100 respondents. The researcher applies multiple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. Findings. The results show that all brand equity variables affect to purchasing decision of French fries. To improve brand awareness, corporate needs to advertise products on television and social media such as Instagram or food platforms. For brand association improvement, producers need to create new French Fries flavor. Attractive packaging design and usage instructions for perceived quality improvement. In brand loyalty must maintain consistency of product taste.

This study aims to determine wheter the ads and family’s effect in the form of brand awareness and brand association and how the advertising, price promotions, and family influence in shaping the perception of quality. Brand awareness, brand associations, and perceived quality will also be tested the significant effect directly and indirectly the brand equity through brand loyalty. This research was conducted in the Yogyakarta where respondents are students. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents. Data retrieval technique using purposive sampling. Data processing techniques using regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that advertising and family has significant effects positively on brand awareness, but only a significant effect of family on brand association. Advertisements, family and the price also proved significant effect on the perception of quality. The purpose of this study is to develop a reliable scale for measuring the customer-based brand equity (CBBE) and empirically test Aaker’s model for determining the role of CBBE dimensions in building brand equity for local brands in the Indian smartphone market. A multistep study involving exploratory factor analysis and linear regression was used. A total of 288 actual Indian smartphone users evaluated different smartphone brands, that is, both local and international. The empirical findings suggest that CBBE for smartphones consists of four dimensions, that is, brand association, brand awareness, brand loyalty, and perceived quality, and that Aaker’s model of CBBE is generally supported. The findings suggest that brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty are not all influential dimensions of brand equity in the Indian smartphone market. Perceived quality and brand associations were found to have a positive and significant impact on brand equity with the impact of perceived quality being more profound than brand associations. Brand awareness and brand loyalty were not significant contributors to brand equity. Significant differences were found between perceived brand equity dimensions of local and global brands. This study adds value to the growing body of literature on CBBE and its creation by incorporating brand personality measures. The reliable measures developed in this study will help scholars and managers to monitor brand equity on a continuous basis.

In this study the respondents involved are consumers who make a purchase at one of Supermarket in Bandung. The goal of the study was to show brand awareness, quality perceptions, brand associations and brand loyalty that ultimately affect the purchase decision of instant noodles at the supermarket. The results of the study showed that brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association and brand loyalty has affect simultaneously in making the decision of purchasing. The conclusion of the study showed that instant noodles that are not top brand such as sarimi, has brand equity like instant noodle of the top brand. Penelitian Ini bertujuan melakukan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor–faktor Ekuitas Merek(Brand Equity), yang terdiri dari Brand Awareness, Brand Association dan Perceived Quality – Marketing Mix,yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen (Brand Loyalty) didalam membeli suatu produk minuman teh rasa buahdalam kemasan, sehingga diketahui faktor faktor Brand Equity yang paling menentukan keunggulan dankelemahan produk merek Fruit Tea yang diproduksi oleh PT. Sinar Sosro dibandingkan dengan merek Fresteayang diproduksi oleh PT. Coca-Cola Indonesia, berdasarkan preferensi konsumen di didalam memilih merekminuman teh rasa buah dalam kemasan.Dua ratus Responden Mahasiswa Universitas Sumatera Utara dilibatkandalam penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik Non probability sampling, dimana pemilihan sampelditentukan dengan model Purposive dan Judgment sampling dengan pertimbangan tertentu yaitu pernahmengkonsumsi produk dengan merek Fruit Tea maupun produk merek Fres Tea kemasan apa saja. Pengumpulandata dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner, dan metode analisis data dilakukan dengan Analisis Regresi LinierBerganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Signifikansi Simultan (Uji F), Signifikansi Parsial (Uji T), PerbandinganBerpasangan (Paired – Samples t Test), Customer Satisfaction Index, Analisis Tingkat Kepentingan dan KinerjaAtribut Dimensi Kualitas Produk, dan Analisis Loyalitas Konsumen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secaragaris besar dari 3 pembentuk variable Brand Equity, diketahui merek Fres Tea unggul pada Brand Awarenessdan Perceived Quality, sedangkan merek Fruit Tea unggul pada Brand Association. Secara keseluruhan atribut–atribut pembentuk Brand Equity produk merek Fres Tea lebih unggul dibanding dengan merek Fruit Teatermasuk tingkat Loyalitas Responden (Brand Loyalty) didalam membeli produk merek Frestea.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kesadaran Merek, Kualitas yang dirasakan, Asosiasi Merek, dan Loyalitas Merek terhadap Kepercayaan Merek; 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kesadaran Merek, Kualitas yang dirasakan, Asosiasi Merek, dan Loyalitas Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian; 3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian; 4) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kesadaran Merek, Kualitas yang dirasakan, Asosiasi Merek dan Loyalitas Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Kepercayaan Merek.            Jenis penelian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna kamera DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) atau Mirrolless pada Komunitas Pecinta Fotografi di Kota Malang, Jawa Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 65 responden. The samples are taken by using purposive sampling and obtained the sample size of 65 respondents. This research aims to determine how the influence of brand equity elements (brandawareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty) to purchase decision andtheir impact on consumer loyalty PT. Garuda Indonesia in Bogor City. This research usedexogenous variables (brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brandloyalty) and endogenous variables (purchase decision and costumer loyalty). The samplemethod that used in this research was Roscoe. With 100 respondents selected are people whohave been used the inflight services of Garuda Indonesia. This research data is processedusing AMOS 22 for structural equation modeling analysis.The results of this research showsthat brand awareness has a positive and significant influence to purchase decision, brandassociation has a positive and significant impact to purchase decision, perceived quality hasa positive and significant influence to purchasie decision, brand loyalty has a positive andsignificant influence to purchase decision, and purchase decision has a positive andsignificant impact on customer loyalty. This study investigates the relationship between brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyalty and brand purchasing intention. A total of 99 students from Budi Luhur University was used as respondents in this study based on the convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis specifies that there is a significant positive relationship among brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality towards brand loyalty and brand purchasing intention. However, there is not a significant relationship between brand loyalty and brand purchasing intention. It indicates that consumers who are satisfied with Richeese Factory products and services do not always end up making purchases. The ability of managers to understand the factors which shape consumer brand behavior is required to develop and to maintain their brand position in high competitive fast food brand competition.

This study aims to determine brand equity differences between Nike and Adidas from Denpasar athletes perception. The population in this study are all athletes in Denpasar who use the sport product brand Nike and Adidas to support training activities. The sample that used in this study is 100 respondents using Purposive Sampling method, and the data analysis technique used is Descriptive Analysis and T-test technique. Based on the research result, it shows that there are differences in brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty between Nike and Adidas sport product.
